Kiddi Caru Day Nursery Ower

Since my son started at Kiddi Cary at 9 months old, the staff have been so amazing and approachable. I know I can trust them with him and we are always kept up to date with his development. He has been helped with his speech too and has come on Leaps and bounds. It's nice to see him so conned to his key person too. I really can't reccomend this nursery enough.

The nursery team have been amazing in helping our little one settle in when he joined at 14 months old. Their attention to the level of care and communication has been exemplary. From settle sessions to helping when teething, the staff are caring and very competent. The nursery app supported by the team also keeps us updated with all the activity throughout the day. I would not hesitate to recommend Grandir Kiddi Caru Day Nursery to parents looking for a safe and friendly environment for their child.

We are so pleased that we picked this nursery as our little one is so happy going there. She has made some lovely bonds with the staff who are all lovely and so helpful. I feel so comfortable leaving her here and I will be sad to leave when we have to.

Such a caring team, our child thrives here having made lovely relationships with the caring staff and other children at the nursery. Our second child will be attending soon too. Our child has learned so much and tells me about the things she's done each day. She also has had the opportunity to try lots of different types of food and meals cooked on-site. Thank you to the patient and kind staff for everything you're doing each day!

We absolutely love this little nursery for our Daughter. She started when she was one and she is now moving up to pre-school. All staff are so welcoming and friendly, our daughter is very happy spending time at the nursery and has really strong bonds with the staff. They listen to any of our daughter's needs and help in any way possible and our daughter's development continues to grow every time she attends. We get regular updates and it's just a really lovely little place and we can't wait for her sibling to start in the baby room soon!

The staff at Kiddi Caru Ower are so friendly and welcoming and each time I pick my daughter up I always feel like she's had the best day. Whenever I have queries the staff are happy to answer them and help, and at handover it's so nice to hear from them about how my daughter's day has been and what she's eaten (she always eats so well thanks to the chef!). I've seen a vast change in my daughter's learning over the last year and I'm amazed at how far she's progressed with her numbers, letters and imagination, and I know a lot of that is with thanks to Kiddi Caru. My daughter has been at the nursery for 3 years and it's sad to think she will be leaving for school soon as I don't think I'm quite ready to leave the lovely environment and staff she's currently in at Ower!

A big thank you to three members of staff in particular who are just simply wonderful. Watching my child's face light up when he sees you, makes me happy to leave him in your care.

Fab nursery, my little one is always happy to go in and all the staff are lovely and welcoming. Would happily choose this nursery again and again! Communication is great and management does all it can to accommodate your requests!

Kiddi Caru has been great for our little boy, he absolutely loves nursery and can't wait to go and play with his friends. The nursery is clean tidy, the staff are great. We get updates on the app lots too and obviously a great cook because my sometimes fussy little boy loves the food! Thank you all.

My son used to attend this nursery and now my daughter. She loves going into the nursery, and she has formed such a lovely bond with the staff. She has lots of activities during the day and plenty of outdoor play which is great for a high-energy child!

Staff are absolutely fabulous. Cannot recommend enough. They have just won nine awards, which shows how great they really are. Nothing is ever too much to ask. Care is outstanding. I am so pleased with how they treat my son and thankful for everything they do!

Kiddi Caru in Ower is an excellent nursery and my little one has settled in extremely well after transitioning over from another branch. Every step of the process was managed to an excellent standard and having all the staff rally together to keep a friendly and welcoming atmosphere has been an integral part in ensuring the process was seamless. It's always the best feeling to see your little one's face light up and tell you about how much they love nursery and all the fun activities they get up to in their day. My sons moved to the Ower branch of Kiddi Caru in January, in the baby and pre-school rooms respectively, and the nursery has provided a warm, welcoming environment for both of them. The staff is so kind and caring, providing engaging activities and creating a stimulating atmosphere, ensuring both kids feel at home as they learn and grow. Both my sons are very happy there and have created wonderful attachments.

Kiddi Caru Ower is wonderful. We were first made aware of the nursery when expecting our son and attending the scan facilities opposite the nursery (not linked) and were really keen to take a look around. The manager and key workers are a credit to the nursery. Always smiling and so pleasant, extremely helpful and accommodating to us parents and our son. Nothing is ever too much trouble. Our little one loves attending and is always so happy when we arrive for his sessions. The catering is fantastic, with a huge variety of different food options for the children and our son seems to enjoy meal times a lot which is really comforting. The children are able to make use of the outside gardens/play areas in all weathers which is fantastic. You won’t be disappointed with this setting. It’s absolutely brilliant!

Our son has settled in so well following the merger. We have got to know the staff well and it’s great to see him still thriving. We are updated regularly and the newsletter is very useful in keeping us up to date.

Since our son started at this nursery at nine months old in February 2021, he has been welcomed and encouraged by all staff over the last three years. He will be leaving in August this year, ready to start school. The staff have always given time each day to chat with us at drop off and pick up and call ahead if there have been any issues during the day. The free-flow style of the nursery/preschool is great, as our son loves to be outside exploring and learning new things. He is keen to replicate or retell us things from the nursery that we can then do at home following his clear instructions. This would only be possible with thanks to the staff here.

Our daughter has been in the baby room at Kiddi Caru Ower for the last 8 months and she loves her time there! The carers are all very friendly and so caring for our daughter and we’re very grateful to them. The nursery puts on lots of optional themed events at the weekend around Christmas, Halloween etc. which are great. We would definitely recommend.

Five stars for this nursery! My little one’s key worker is wonderful and he loves coming in to see her. He talks about her non-stop when at home, she’s his ‘best friend’. Home cooked meals daily from the lovely chef. Would really recommend this nursery.

My girls have both been at this nursery from 1 year old. They have always been so happy. The staff are caring and sensible and it is managed well. My oldest just left for school and they’ve prepared her brilliantly plus they made her last weeks attending nursery super special. My youngest calls all the staff and children her best friends. They make a real effort to do varied activities and learning. Would (and have) recommended to friends/family!
