Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery Stafford

My daughter joined the nursery three months ago and settled in very quickly. The nursery was very supportive and accommodating during the settling in period.

The staff are all very friendly and we are assured that she is in the best hands when she is there.

Day to day she has a lot of fun at nursery, enjoying lots of painting, water play, playing outside and singing songs. The facilities are really great there, particularly the outdoor garden area.

There is a parent app which allows you to see some real time activity such as what your child has eaten and if they are currently sleeping, as well as updates that staff members post with pictures of what your child is up to.

I’ve been very impressed by how the nursery is led and managed and by the staff members who look after my daughter there.

My child has attended this nursery for the past year and absolutely loves it there. The nursery owner and manager run it excellently. The staff are friendly and approachable giving good feedback daily on my child. And the nursery environment is really nice with a fantastic outdoor space. My daughter enjoys the healthy freshly cooked food and snacks. And has blossomed during her time here and I would not hesitate to recommend Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery to anyone.

The staff are all lovely and make the place very welcoming. They did visual screening last month for the older children too, which was a bonus for us.

I highly recommend. My child is very happy there. She started without English and now she is fluent. She learned English and started learning French. She does a lot of interesting things every day. The teachers are friendly. Food is very healthy and tasty. They have a phone application and I know what my child is eating and doing. Every day they inform me about steps that she is doing.

My daughter and I absolutely love this nursery. I love their approach, their facilities and everything is so up to date. I've not had to recommend or fault them for one thing and I would like to say I've had a fair share of experiences with nurseries all over the country. I am a safeguarding practitioner and I have attention to detail and this nursery meets all of my standards and requirements for my daughter. Staff are friendly and all the children I see via my daughter's attendance seem very happy to be there. Very clean and modern and by far the best nursery I have used.

Amazing staff! Amazing Nursery! My son started at Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery Stafford at six months old in June 2019. The care and attention to detail from day one gave us complete peace of mind and left us with no doubt that Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery Stafford was the ideal nursery for our son. Nothing is too much trouble for the management team and staff, they are on hand to support whenever it is required. During the coronavirus pandemic, the nursery has gone above and beyond to make sure the environment is safe for children and parents. With excellent communication and new guidelines in place, we were very comfortable to send our son back as soon as the nursery re-opened. Overall, my son is excited to go to nursery in anticipation of what the day is going to bring and he comes away smiling. Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery Stafford makes it easy for me to leave for work knowing that my son is in the best possible hands.

I can't recommend Monkey Puzzle enough, my 18-month-old son has recently started there and I have to say it has changed our whole life as a family. Previously I was trying to balance working from home and childcare, but was understandably a bit apprehensive about him starting nursery in the midst of the pandemic. I can't praise the staff enough though. The whole team work very very hard to ensure it is a safe and happy environment and my little one has felt at home and settled in really well, right from the outset. He generally loves going and that is a great testament to the fantastic team there. They provide regular updates and photos via their dedicated app so I can see what he is doing during the day which makes me feel so much at ease, they have fantastic opening hours (I don't know any other nurseries locally that are open till 6:30), giving me and other parents the flexibility needed if running late, stuck in traffic etc and their food menus are second to none! Two hot meals a day. Wow!

My son recently started at Monkey Puzzle Nursery in Stafford and he absolutely loves it. He has settled in so well and on the days he’s not in nursery he wants to go! He has formed some great relationships with the staff there and thoroughly enjoys the food. I feel that he is well cared for and looked after when I leave him there. The Famly app that the nursery use is a brilliant way to see what he has been up to during the day as it logs all of his activities, food, sleep etc. It is a good form of communication to have between the nursery and parents, especially during these difficult times. I would definitely recommend Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery.

I searched and searched to find a suitable setting for my son. This one ticked all the boxes. Highly recommend. Such a clean setting, homecooked meals and healthy alternatives.

I was initially extremely nervous about sending my daughter to nursery, as she had never been before, but I can honestly say that the experience I have had with a Monkey Puzzle is second to none and puts to rest any initial concerns I may have had. The food variety, the learning opportunities, the open communication between staff and parent, and above all else, the genuine care exhibited by staff is something that really reassured us as parents, that our child is in a truly supportive and safe environment.

My daughter joined Monkey Puzzle in June this year - having viewed lots of nurseries around Stafford, I went away feeling very deflated and upset. Monkey Puzzle was the last one for us to visit and I can honestly say I loved it. The nursery is extremely clean, tidy and has all new equipment and toys. The nursery staff are all lovely and have a genuine interest in the children’s development and needs. My daughter is very happy at the nursery, when I come to collect her I can see her laughing and playing and since joining we have had no issues. Since joining the nursery her speech has come on leaps and bounds. At 13 months she is saying a variety of words! I would highly recommend.

Fantastic nursery. Very clean, friendly staff. My son has grown in confidence greatly since starting. They have an app which means you can check your child throughout the day which is reassuring for worried parents. Reasonably priced and everything is included eg: all meals, nappies, sun creams. Great nursery.

I found this nursery on facebook and I'm so happy as I can see the change in my son. The nursery is so clean and the staff are very responsible and very kind. The food is always fresh.

There is a lot of variety in the activities they do and most weeks they have a different theme. The outside area is great, with a separate space for babies. The food sounds really nice and is all home-cooked, my daughter eats far more at nursery than she does at home! The staff use Famly to keep us up to date with what she has eaten, nappy changes and sleep times during the day and also to record observations, usually with some photos. It's lovely to see what she gets up to at nursery and the staff are excellent at recording what levels she is at with the development stages and what her next steps are. This is a fantastic nursery and by far the best asset is the staff, they are so accommodating and caring.

We are absolutely thrilled with Monkey Puzzle! My daughter has attended here for the last month and we can see a massive change in her too! She is always so happy when we pick her up and all the staff are absolutely brilliant! They're very attentive, informative, caring and professional!

They keep us informed with her current developments and what her future development aims are... it's just an all-round lovely nursery and I'm glad my daughter will be growing and learning with them.
