Daffodils Day Nursery - Parchmore Road is the newest addition to the Daffodils family which has been established since 1995. The nursery is located beside Thornton Heath station and has large space for children to spend their day engaging in a variety of activities.

The nursery has an experienced childcare team trained to understand the objectives of early years learning, helping children to develop in their own unique way and encouraging a love of learning. Children can thrive in a fun and challenging play environment, supported in thinking independently and with a focus on all key EYFS goals.

Staff look to form strong bonds with parents, aiming to see children becoming confident learners and progress positively towards the challenges of full-time education. Together with a recognised curriculum there is a strong focus on nutrition and healthy eating.

Since our son started Daffodils Nursery 8 months ago, we have enjoyed watching his development and fully believe the care and dedication of staff have contributed to this in a positive way. It is very clear to see new skills, behaviours and language he is adapting from his time there. Overall, we are
extremely happy with the service Daffodils provides and we have already recommended to a friend. The management and staff make you feel like you are leaving your child with family.

Our daughter attends Daffodils on Parchmore Road, she has settled brilliantly in the baby room. The staff really take pride in building strong relationships with the children and the facilities are outstanding. The whole staff team are very pleasant and take the time to discuss our babies day when we
collect each day. I would strongly recommend this nursery.

Since starting at Daffodils, our son has matured and developed in many ways.
His social skills, confidence and manners have improved considerably, and he enjoys his time at nursery.

The staff are always friendly and welcoming but also willing to help with any queries. The manager is lovely, approachable and also vigilant. I really appreciate this as nothing goes unnoticed by her, these traits are encouraged and passed down to all the staff and it gives me a great deal of confidence
in the care and safeguarding of the children. I have not worried about the level of care with my son at Daffodils at all. It is a clean, bright and encouraging setting. I am so happy with my choice to move to this nursery. I love the fact the food is prepared fresh on premises and they have weekly themes that keep the children interested and involved. I couldn’t be happier with this nursery.

My son started at Daffodils when he was 7 months old and I couldn't be more happy with his development over the last 3.5 years. Daffodils Nursery has a warm and welcoming environment where my child was nurtured to grow into a well mannered little toddler - potty trained and well spoken. Every morning
he jumps out of bed to go to nursery and absolutely loves all the wonderful staff there. I would highly recommend Daffodils to any parent who wants a safe and caring environment for their child.
