Daffodils Day Nursery - Parchmore Road

Teachers are very good at looking after my boy to make sure he is cared for. He remembers some of the kid's and teacher's names and other kids who he befriended when he comes home and talks about them. He's always happy and dancing coming out of the nursery and wishes to go there even more days. Thanks for everything, teachers. He has flourished and bloomed nicely over the duration of his stay with Daffodil Day Nursery.

Lovely staff. Lovely environment for children of all ages. My son has excelled since being at Daffodils Day Nursery. Everyone is understanding and helps to meet my needs when it come to my son, they always listen to any concerns I may have and they always provide resources and are always able to help in anyway they can. I would recommend this nursery if you want your child to excel and thrive tremendously. The facilities are amazing and very child friendly. Daffodils Day Nursery always provides the best learning for children, they have so many different educational toys and equipment for children of all ages. All the staff are very caring. The nursery is very clean and big on hygiene, they encourage the children to wash hands, brush teeth and wash faces after meals.

The nursery is very family orientated. I love how all the staff are referred to as aunties and uncles. The children are well taken care of and are generally loved by all staff. Communication is excellent and I have always felt well informed. My son loves it here!

Every single member of staff is so lovely! They treat my son like their own. The hugs he receives in the mornings from the Aunties just make me know he is in safe hands. He has developed with his talking with their help.

I want to start by saying you are an amazing nursery, everyone there is always so caring and sweet, my son really enjoyed learning in this nursery and there were a lot of fun moments. Thank you so much for everything, I wish the best for you all. Kind regards.

Daughter here 2.5 years before school. Her confidence grew enormously thanks to Daffodils Day Nursery and lovely aunties. Great management and standard of care. Very happy and appreciative for everything. Highly recommend this nursery

Amazing staff, they’re so friendly and hardworking. My son grew in an amazing environment. My child grew his confidence and enjoyed every minute of his time at this nursery. Can’t wait to send my youngest there too!

I love this nursery all of my three children attended. The aunties are kind, caring, knowledgeable and friendly. My children have learned and developed so much that I can't thank the manager and all the aunties enough. Keep up the fantastic job, aunties. You are all amazing.

My daughter has been going here since she was 9 months old and we have had such a positive experience with Daffodils the whole time she has been there. It's a place that feels very much like a family and because of this, my daughter has built such fantastic bonds with all of the Aunties. My daughter has such a fun and confident personality and I know that this is partly down to the love and fun she has every day at nursery. Thank you for keeping my baby safe, happy and loved whilst she was there.

We were specifically impressed by the ever-friendly staff at the front entrance and how well organised everything looked inside. We'll be sure to recommend Daffodils to friends and family and wish them all the best for the future.

Best nursery ever.

My daughter has attended Daffodils Nursery in Thornton Heath since she was 10 months, she is now almost 17months. She has flourished tremendously. And her key worker has been incredible. At every stage, they have taken good care of my daughter and she has been really happy there. We recently moved house to a different area. The manager has been so good in giving us time to find a suitable nursery in our new area. Because Daffodils is so good, I have kept my daughter at Daffodils and travel 40 minutes to take her there and 40 minutes back giving us time to find a suitable nursery near where we live now. Sadly my daughter will be moving to a nursery closer to home, I wish there was a Daffodils Closer to where we live now. Thank you to the Manager, my daughter's key worker, and the team at Daffodils. We will miss you.

Daffodils is a fantastic nursery. My daughter has been attending for three months and it is lovely to see her learning and developing (she’s now 14 months old). She settled in very quickly thanks to the kind and friendly ‘aunties’. She is happy and full of smiles at drop off and I know she enjoys spending time there. I am given monthly learning goals and updates on her behaviour and progress. I feel reassured by the Daffodils COVID regime and I know my daughter is in safe hands. I’m happy that my daughter has many years of happiness and learning to come at Daffodils.

Great daycare nursery. My child felt so comfortable and could express how she was feeling. My daughter learnt so much and learnt how to communicate with others as she is very shy. The nursery updates you on progress and what your child needs support on.

Daffodils (Thornton Heath branch) - great nursery with good space and facilities. Staff and management are very welcoming, friendly, supportive and professional. We like that it has a family feel and that we were constantly involved and kept up to date with our child’s development. French classes were also something we liked. I can not thank Daffodils nursery enough for the support, love and care they showed me and my son during the COVID pandemic. As a key worker, I was extremely worried about where to put my son whilst I had to work. Also, I was anxious as to how my son would settle in a new environment. The management and staff at Daffodils Nursery in Thornton Heath put me and my son at ease. My son enjoyed his time there very much and learnt a lot during the process.

My son throughly enjoys attending nursery. He has matured so much and his social development skills have shown how caring and considerate he is to other children. The staff are very dedicated and very supportive and caring ensuring to prepare my son for the next stage in school. All staff always greet and say good bye to myself and my son with smiles. They definitely always make you feel welcomed and this make me feel happy to leave my child knowing he is well cared and looked after.

My daughter has been attending for five months. All the staff seem very friendly and aware of the ongoings in the baby room. In the short time she has been going, I have noticed the increase in self-confidence and her ability to socialise. Each morning she appears happy to be passed over which gives me confidence in the care she receives.
