The Daffodils Day Nursery Group are well-known amongst families in and around Norbury, Thornton Heath and Streatham, having been established in 1995, they now comprise of 4 branches which combine friendly services and secure facilities to achieve professional early years care and learning.

The groups vision remains the same – to encourage children to develop to their full potential through providing a safe, clean and stimulating learning environment.

The provider looks to brief parents on the best transport links for them, assisted by a staggered time scheme which offers flexibility. Staff are trained, motivated and from diverse backgrounds, DBS checked and the result of a careful recruitment process.

My daughter attended Daffodils at Norbury Avenue only for a few months, as I had to change her to another nursery due to personal circumstances.
However, I cannot fault this nursery at all. The short time my daughter was there, she thrived so much. She was coming home and expressing new words and
actions which she would've picked up form Daffodils.
The staff have been so amazing. Its always very warm and welcoming when entering the building and they're always smiling even after a long day of looking after so many children! They know all the children's names and as they're regular staff, my daughter felt more warmed up after a couple weeks of attending.
Everyday is a new activity and keep the children engaged. Parents are kept updated of your child's activities via the app.
Food is freshly made daily and they have a rotating menu.
Definitely recommend.

My daughter has just left this nursery to start school, and I couldn't be happier with the experience she had. The staff are warm, caring, and dedicated, always making sure the children feel safe, happy, and supported. She loved every moment from the fun activities to the kindness and encouragement
she received every day. The care she was given has made her early years so positive, and I'm truly grateful. Thank you to all the staff for making her journey so special i would highly recommend this nursery to any parent.

We've been absolutely delighted with Daffodils Drakewood Road and the care our son has received since joining. From day one, the staff have been welcoming, nurturing, and genuinely invested in his development and well-being.


The environment is warm, safe, and thoughtfully organised, with a fantastic

range of activities that keep the children engaged and constantly learning. We've seen such growth in our son's confidence, independence, and communication - and it's clear how much he enjoys his time there.

My boys been going to Daffordils nursery since last year September. I have only seen my boys improvement in speaking, eating, behaviour. Everything, they seems so much grown up and I truly believe it's their aunties at the nursery. Daffordils is one of the best nursery I have seen so far. Their App
is something which makes me comfortable and happy to see my kids daily routine and actives, which I don't know if any other nurseries are doing it. Since we are moving to another city, I thought I'd leave a review before I go. I wish Daffodils team all the very best and thank you for looking after my kids so well. I really appreciate it. I would recommend this place 10/10 to anyone who asks me. A special thanks to the management , you guys are amazing.

Choosing the right nursery for my child was very important Now, after seeing my child's growth and happiness, I couldn't be more pleased with my choice. From the moment I walked into Daffodils Day Nursery Norbury Crescent, I felt a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff greeted me with genuine smiles,
and the environment was inviting, clean, and colourful. The staff are nothing short of amazing. They are not only qualified but also genuinely care about each child's well-being and development. They take the time to understand each child's individual needs and interests, providing personalized attention and support. The strong bond my child has formed with the aunties has been heartwarming to see. I honestly wish that my daughter wasn't leaving. I want to say thank you so much to all staff and you will be genuinely missed by me and my daughter. Thank you for preparing her for her transition to primary school.

Daffodils is the best nursery in the whole of Thornton Heath in my opinion. I went to almost all the nurseries in Thornton Heath in search of a nursery for my boys and Daffodils is second to none. My boys started the nursery at the age of 1 year and 10 months and 5 months respectively. The manager and
staff took them as their own children and gave them the best of care. Daffodils Nursery is the only place I can leave my children without a second thought or hesitation. I will always recommend Daffodils to every parent looking for a home outside their home for their children. The management and staff give the best of advice for the wellbeing of the children and the manager will tell you the truth for the best interest of the children. Parents in Thornton Heath and its surroundings, when looking for a nursery for your child, look nowhere but Daffodils. The manager and the staff are humble, respectful, inclusive and diverse in all their dealings. Daffodils Day Nursery is always the best. Thank you.
