Stars Pre-School Woodston

The setting has been incredibly flexible and accommodating, with extra hours at late notice, which is greatly appreciated. This month we have been kept up to date really well with comms on staff changed. It makes you feel well-connected. It has been a great month at Stars Woodston.

Since our son has been attending Stars Woodston, he has come on so much! He is an ASD person, and the way the setting and the staff have been for him is amazing. He loves coming to the setting every day, and as a parent, seeing your child happy and settled is the best thing.

Star Day Nursery is a wonderful place for little ones. The staff here are very cooperative and understanding. They take care of the kids nicely. My son found it quite difficult to adjust initially, but they helped him settle well. Each child is given individual attention and is loved and cared for. I would like to thank the staff for all the efforts they put in to make our kids happy.

My kid joined the institution in late September, being the first school she joined since birth. Her attitude towards school is great and always in need to attend school even on a weekend. This is brought about by a team of dedicated teachers, supportive and with good communication to me as a parent and all this is observed in the kid's behaviour too. Teachers are always available and on time while dropping and picking the kid up. This is so encouraging and I may wish to congratulate the entire team of Stars Pre School Woodston to continue with the good work they are offering to my kids - kudos.

Personally, I want to use this opportunity to thank each and everyone for the excellent job, care, support and love you show to our children.

The staff are very friendly and always happy to answer questions.

The staff are friendly and professional. There are a lot of activities, and kids can choose what they prefer. My child learns a lot every day. Parents are included (events to come and play in pre-school) and well informed (giving feedback about the child's day in person, parent consultation days, and all important information in parent's board, e-mail, Facebook and the app).

All the staff are so friendly and welcoming. Our little one loves coming here every day.

My daughter has made lovely bonds with the practitioners at Stars nursery and regularly talks about them at home. She loves to be busy, and there is always something to do and bring home! The great scheme of developing children's pre-school skills before school is also apparent when she comes home with lots of new information and skills. I would recommend Stars Pre-School to anyone who wants a friendly environment for their child.

My son looks forward to going to school and is always full of smiles when I pick him up. I think the staff are exemplary in teaching and keeping the children excited about learning. I love picking my son up and hearing about his day or any new songs as he likes to sing and play with his little sister. I have seen a great change in my son after sending him full time getting ready for receptions. I am grateful to his teachers.

My child loves coming to nursery and has lots of fun there. Good parenting advice/tips, and positive inclusiveness and acceptance.

My son loves the place. The environment is excellent for learning. Many creative activities. Unfortunately, after leaving her contact with staff is worse. I'm happy that the manager is always happy to help.

I've used this Pre-School for many years. Both my children love/have loved this setting, and I do too.

I can't praise the staff and management at Stars Pre-School Woodston enough especially during Covid-19. All possible cases were dealt with efficiently and I was notified straight away. Since my son started almost 2 years ago, I have always felt at ease and reassured that my son was looked after as their own. My son goes into nursery now so much more confident and rarely goes in sad or upset due to leaving me. He goes to 'big school' in September, thank you all for an amazing experience and first stepping stone in his learning and school life. We will miss you all.

The ladies/girls are all lovely and are really kind, caring and supportive with the children and adults/parents. My girl really enjoys nursery. I can't recommend the nursery enough they were especially great through the lockdown - sending work for me to do with my daughter and was always in contact.
