Amazing, everyone is always happy and very welcoming. My child loves going.

Great experience both my children have come here, they have always enjoyed coming and never had any problems. Staff are great with the kids.

Great nursery. My son struggled to settle when he 1st came but with the help of the brilliant staff. He now loves it here. Staff are kind, warm and loving. Any minor issues are resolved quickly and there is great communication.

I have no issues. My child seems genuinely happy to attend and any queries or questions I have are always answered.

We are happy with the stuff. Our kid is happy too he's happy to go there all the time.

My son loves the nursery and teachers. Especially since he goes full days he enjoys having lunch with friends. I am kept up to date with his day and happy with everyone.

All 3 of my children have received excellent care at Stars. They have all flourished and grown so much during their time here. We so appreciate all the staff do and how much they care.

My daughter loves to come here. We will miss a lot every person we meet here. We love all of them.

My son has settled in really well since he joined in January. The staff are very kind and welcoming and have been great at helping him settle. He enjoys going in every day and has already started making friends. I'm also happy with how his learning is developing and the structures in place. I would recommend Stars Pre-school to friends and family.

Very good pre-school with amazing and caring staff. Outside space is excellent with flower and fruit garden and lots of things to climb on as well as areas for quiet play. My daughter enjoys all the activities provided and there are plenty of them to choose from every day. She can run, get muddy and messy and comes back home happy. I always get a phone call if she is unwell and her key person shares any concerns with me. She loves all the practitioners working here and I feel safe leaving her there every day. The only cons are the lack of hot meals and not very creative arts and crafts activities.

Overall, the nursery itself is outstanding. The staff are caring, always there when you need help. They are very safeguarding towards my two children and their care for them is unreal. One member of staff who deals with my children is outstanding, my children are always super excited to come to nursery and play. They are always talking about how good their days are.

My daughter has attended since March 2022 and will sadly leave this July to start school. She started attending every morning and since January 2023 has been in full-time. The staff were wonderful in helping her make this transition. She loves the setting and the staff and has built up a close bond with her keyworker. She is always happy and keen to go in and loves all the activities that the setting provides. She loves the outdoor area and anything that is messy. The home corner is also one of her favourites. The staff have been amazing in helping with potty training and thanks to their approach this has been very successful. Communication is first class, at pick up time we are always told what kind of day she has had and if there’s been any problems or things to celebrate. The use of the app means I get to see what she does even when I’m at work which is very reassuring and also a pleasure to see her enjoying herself. Highly recommended.

Since my boy started, we've been very pleased with how he got used to the nursery. His speech has developed a lot, making better sense, and the toilet at school is great, hasn't had an accident. For lunch, he almost has all his lunch, which he never did before. Really pleased. Thank you.

The girls have only been going for the week, and the experience so far has been good. Every day I get told how the girl's days have been and their progression which is a good thing to know. My girls are happy there!
