Child-led learning is practiced by experienced early years practitioners in a safe and secure environment.

The setting practices the principles of the EYFS but also utilises the best of the Maria Montessori and Reggio Emilia teaching methods.

We can only be happy that our son started this "Happy Journeys Nursery"
From day one he was a shy guy, when he finished the nursery he became self confident and popular boy. Every day he was telling us what they learned, what activities they do, amazing! He learnt all letters, numbers, how to be nice
to others, discipline at nursery and home. If child is not well we were always informed. If accidents happen we were informed! All staff was always helpful, polite and with smiles! We can give a very best review! As our son had great experience at Happy Journeys !

Every single staff member has been so lovely, friendly and welcoming. The nursery itself is extremely clean with an excellent range of stimulating toys. My son is so happy going in every day and jumps straight out of my arms.

My daughter is about the leave Happy Journeys to start reception, after being there for two years. It’s hard to leave such a warm, nurturing and happy place!
My daughter has been looked after and cared for beautifully and been really happy.
The premises is really lovely and always spotless. The
creative and varied activities and incredible staff have enabled her to thrive.
My three other children have been to other nurseries and Happy Journeys has been by far the best and I would recommend it highly to anyone.

My daughter joined Happy Journey Day Nursery when she was 2 and a half years old. She will be going on to reception this September.
The staff there are absolutely amazing! They are genuinely very caring and patient.
My daughter would come back home and tell us what she did at the nursery, dancing,
learning Spanish, learning new songs and phonics. They have helped a lot with my daughter's development.
Very glad I chose this nursery.

Our child has thoroughly enjoyed their time at Happy Journeys Day Nursery. They often speak well of all staff, including their key workers who have strived to build a great relationship together. Staff have continually demonstrated care, professionalism, understanding, and desire to better our child's
experience at Happy Journeys. Regarding the facilities, resources and equipment, Happy Journeys has always provided a clean, fun and amenable environment. They also offer many activities - particularly outsourced ones - but this is not available during every session, and therefore some children have missed out. Although we do recommend this nursery, I believe it is necessary to mention that there were a couple of instances in which we had to reiterate the importance of keeping our child safe in relation to their allergies. This is an area in which we feel improvement is still required. Nonetheless, we cannot speak more highly of all the staff and their care towards our child.

Excellent nursery with dedicated staff and good facilities. I really like the fact that they have Nursery Cam and keep parents up to date with regular App entries (activity updates, photos, observations, meals, nappy changes and nap times). We are not vegetarians but the menu is vegetarian and fish
only which suits us fine as this encourages variety and sustainability. Staff are welcoming and approachable. I would recommend this nursery.

My son has been at Happy Journeys Day Nursery for a year now and can honestly say he is so happy. He loves the nursery and always gets excited when I drop him off. The staff's communication with parents is fantastic the app lets us know everything we need to know about our children. All the staff members

My child is incredibly happy here. The staff are lovely and the activities are varied and interesting. My child loves the food. The communication is excellent and nothing is ever too much trouble. The management are very professional to deal with.

My son started nursery at Happy Journeys Day Nursery recently and I can say it has been an amazing experience for him and me so far. The communication with staff has been fantastic and the updates with how my sons day is going is wonderful. I have been particularly impressed by the variety of activities
the kids enjoy every day.
The most important thing for any parent when choosing child care, is finding somewhere your child would be safe, where they are guided to explore different experiences and ultimately are happy.
Thank you both and all other staff on being so welcoming and I look forward to watching my son enjoy his "Happy Journey!"

I appreciate the ability to communicate with the staff and the updates on the app.
Sometimes it takes a bit too long to collect and drop off child - I understand yhis may be due to timing.
I would recommend enforcing the folding buggy policy.

Very happy with this nursery and all the toddler room staff and staff in general! My daughter is getting on very well there and the regular updates on the app are great!

Our son started in the toddler room at Happy Journeys nearly 2 months ago and we only have good things to say. We felt instantly at ease when we visited - not only is the physical space beautiful, bright and fun but the staff are warm and professional. We had a difficult time settling him at a previous
setting and whilst this might have been partly due to his age at the time, we have genuinely never seen him so happy or excited as he is now. He jumps out of bed and asks to go there, and when he comes home it is clear he's had the best time. Even on the few days of difficult drop-offs, the staff were patient and understanding and it quickly passed. We get detailed updates about his day and his development which are lovely to read. Thank you to everyone at HJ and keep up the good work!

I was very nervous sending my child to a nursery that I haven't entered (due to Covid). However, several months down the line I am happy that my son is having such a wonderful time here. He has made a group of friends and has a very close bond with his key worker. He is encouraged to partake in activities
he would sometimes miss which has helped him develop his skills. He spends a lot of time outside playing games which he loves. He is happy coming to nursery and misses people when they don't come. We get a good amount of verbal feedback daily and regular observations. We have seen weekly photos of activities that were so beautifully set up to be engaging and supportive of the children's development. I do get a bit nervous about allergies, my son struggles a lot with this, but the nursery has been communicating with me to make sure his food is safe.

I couldn't be happier with this nursery! As a new parent and being a very apprehensive person, I was extremely worried to leave my son to someone I don't know. I called several nurseries to get information, but as soon as I called Happy Journeys and the staff member picked up the phone she gave me peace
of mind and made me feel that it was the right nursery for us. My son settled immediately! I was supposed to be with him for one hour, but as soon as we entered the garden he totally forgot me and so I left after 20/30 minutes. He is always so happy to go to the nursery and when he sees I'm putting nappies in his bag he starts to smile and run to the door so impatient to go out. The staff are just so lovely! My son grew up so much in the last 5 months and learnt so many new things...and this is just thanks to them! I couldn't recommend it more!

I highly recommend the nursery. My son has been at Happy Journeys since he was 11 months old, he started in February 2021 and has loved it ever since.
This is an amazing nursery, they are all great the management team and the staff that takes care of the kids: friendly and trustworthy.

the attention they have on nutrition and the constant updating on the achievement reached!

I highly recommend the nursery and have done so with friends that have asked me. My son went to the nursery when they first opened. Even though some members of staff have changed in time the values of the nursery still remain the same. This is an amazing nursery, we had a difficult journey with settling
but they were always there to support and help us go through the difficulties. They are all great the management team and the staff that takes care of the kids. All of them. I am highly satisfied and feel actually sad and nervous that this is our last year with them because my son is going in reception in September. If I could give more than 5 stars I would, their hard work deserves it.

My son has been at Happy Journeys since he was 9 months old, he started in September 2019 and has loved it ever since.
I love the staff they are all so friendly and trustworthy which is so important when leaving your child.
I really like that I can log on and see what activities he has done throughout
the day, what meals he has had and how long he's slept.
The other children in his class seem lovely and I'm so happy with his development.
Would always recommend to anyone looking for a nursery.

We now have both our children attend this absolutely lovely nursery. I cannot praise it enough. The facilities are very good, they try to keep natural materials inside. There are numerous engaging activities going on in both our groups, the children get to play outdoors as well. Very pleased about the
menu being varied and different from what we would normally have at home. The staff are easy-going, attentive, communicative and have great relationships with the children. I also like their tech setup very much, as a busy working mum, I can look at the kids' progress, manage invoices and much more via the parent app.

My daughter started at Happy Journeys when it first opened and we have been very impressed with the level of childcare that they have provided at each stage (baby, infant and toddler). Staff are friendly, provide quality updates and genuinely care for the children. My daughter enjoys the variety of
food and activities, happily chatting about her day and relaying all that she has learnt to us. I could not recommend Happy Journeys enough!
