Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery Welling

I cannot recommend this nursery enough. Our daughter - our firstborn - has attended since Feb 2019, aged 1. As a first-time parent, letting your child go to strangers is hard - knowing that your child is happy and being cared for is the most important thing. The management and staff instantly gave us a feeling of being with family friends and we knew our daughter was in very safe hands. We were immediately put at ease and the relationships that she, and we too as parents, have formed with staff can only be described as warm, supportive and secure. Communication is excellent and they are so thoughtful. They do so much for the community and for charity too. As a teacher, I have often been astounded by what my daughter has learnt there and the speed of it. Learning is creative, imaginative and always through play. Every single thing they do has the children's happiness and wellbeing at its heart. Quite simply, It is an outstanding provider. We could not imagine a better nursery.

Our child thoroughly enjoys going to Monkey Puzzle Welling and always comes home having had a great time and has formed many great relationships with the staff. They are all so caring and truly love the kids and make sure they are all encouraged and cared for.

Our daughter started at this nursery in December 2019. She really took to the environment straight away and has already in the space of a few months, grown in her abilities and confidence. As one of the of youngest babies when she started, I was mindful that it could take a while for her to feel happy going there but from the start, we have been so happy with her settling in. The staff take such good care of the children and you can see how bubbly and happy they are when you go in for drop off, pick up. Our daughter is always smiling when we pick her up and comfortable playing in the surroundings. We receive weekly updates on what she has been up to and daily debriefs on pick up, so you always feel in the loop. We are very happy with the care, range of activities and overall environment so much so that we would not hesitate to recommend this nursery to others.

My niece attends Monkey Puzzle Welling. She has grown in confidence so much since starting, and I am so impressed with the trips the children get to go on. She loves Monkey Puzzle and tells all our family about it.

My child started at the nursery this month, and the staff have been so welcoming. They have put me at ease, and my child has settled in very quickly. We even received our first painting; which is proudly displayed at home. We would highly recommend this nursery.

My children have had nothing but great joy and pleasure being under the care of a wonderful team at the welling branch of monkey puzzle, it’s truly overwhelming the support both of my children receive and the progress in which they have made is great.

My son absolutely loves the nursery. His teachers are all very kind and really look after him well. He has a number of allergies and the nursery has been so considerate and caring.

I have to say, 2 members of staff, in particular, are absolutely lovely and the management team are all very helpful.

The nursery is brand new and has really cool resources that my son loves. The learning journal thing they use is a great tool for working parents. It’s a great way for me to see that he is having an amazing day!

The nursery staff are lovely and combined with the facilities on offer I can not recommend this centre enough. From the moment I stepped through the doors I felt at ease and each day I have confidence that my child is in a safe, secure and nurturing environment.

Being a first-time mum, it was extremely hard to choose a nursery for my baby. Meeting the managers put my mind at ease. The staff are really caring and loving and the facilities are all brand new. You can tell a lot of thought has gone into the design of the nursery. I would recommend this nursery.

Amazing nursery with excellent facilities and safe, fun, surroundings for the children. My son absolutely loves going to nursery here and especially enjoys the sensory area they have. The staff and management are very friendly and helpful. My son has come on leaps and bounds in his development since starting here and I would recommend to anyone looking for a nursery for their child to send them to Monkey Puzzle Welling.

I could not ask for a better place or better staff, to help us encourage and develop our son's growth in these early years.

I would not hesitate to recommend Monkey Puzzle Welling. The owners are amazing people and are extraordinarily professional. They have a wonderful customer service culture. The managers are phenomenal and the staff are all so friendly and loving. My 11 month old thoroughly enjoys nursery. All the other parents I have spoken to are very happy with the nursery. Overall I feel very lucky to have got a place for my son and I can’t recommend it highly enough.
