I'm very pleased and impressed with the care my daughter receives. The staff are friendly, caring, nurturing and attentive. They're competent and do everything they can to ensure her needs are met and she enjoys her days. There especially understanding of my long commute and do everything they can to ensure it's comfortable for her. For example making up a bottle for the journey and changing her before we leave. Thank you to her wonderful key worker and the brilliant staffer the peace of mind you give us while we work.

Monkey Puzzle is a wonderful nursery. Both my children attend this nursery and are so happy! The service provided by the staff is first class and I couldn't be happier.

For me, the first day I took my daughter here I could not have felt more at ease. The ladies were so lovely and they bonded with my daughter straight away. the nursery does lots of different fun activities. Everything is always clean and the meals they provide are very good with lots of variation. When my daughter moved to the bigger room, the ladies all made me feel very confident it was the right move. The handovers are always thorough and the ladies are always cheerful and so friendly. I couldn't be more pleased with this nursery. The ladies are a real asset!

Our experience with Monkey Puzzle, Welling has been excellent - our two boys started in the mini-preschool group and our daughter in the baby room. The room leaders are so professional and make sure the settling in is seamless. Our kids love going to Monkey Puzzle, they learn a lot and we get regular reports on their development.

My daughter joined the nursery in January. she has had a speech delay and difficulty with following instructions and her concentration is sparse. As a parent, I have been offered so much support as well as my daughter. Not only is she now starting to speak, repeat words and follow instructions the improvement in her development has been incredible. As a parent, I am now confident and reassured my daughter has the best support and she is happy and so am I.

My son's care here has been amazing, the manager has been very supportive of his care. They have honestly taken great care of him and he always comes back so happy. They manage the nursery so well and the manager introduces herself to parents, asks if they need any help and has been very attentive when my son has been feeling unwell.

My daughter absolutely thrives here. The support is second to none and we are so grateful for the progress she has made here.

Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery Welling is an outstanding nursery. My daughter started at 11 months old. The staff helped her to take her first steps, potty trained and also helped her speak in full sentences! What I love about the nursery is their attention to detail, each day they give a detailed handover of how her day went. They have a monthly newsletter that keeps you up to date with what’s happening in the nursery and also key information on what the children are learning that month which allows you to incorporate that at home. All the staff are caring and friendly they go the extra mile to ensure the children are settled and are so good at adapting their service. The food choices are excellent and they change the menu every two weeks. I would definitely recommend Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery Welling.

I am very happy with my son's development since he joined the nursery. I feel very comfortable to leave him at the nursery because I know he has fun, he is encouraged to thrive and he is loved. Management is open for a discussion as well on the things parents think can be improved.

The staff here are extremely friendly and the nursery provides a very safe environment for the children. Staff are committed to teaching the children and ensuring their wellbeing. The nursery provides a fun environment for the children with various resources to enhance their learning, development and play. Our child has been very happy here.

I could not recommend the nursery more. From social development to academic development, it really does have it all. Their attention to detail is next to none and they really do keep track of all activities/events each day to report to you on collection of your child. The freshly made meals which are unique each day, every 3 weeks before repeating, are just another bonus. Our daughter has been at the nursery since age 1 (she's 4 now) and looks forward to going every single day. Our son started last year in October just after turning 1, and ever since the 3rd week has been putting his arms out every morning we're at the front door, eager to enter the arms of whichever caring face answered the doorbell!

The staff are warm, friendly and approachable and my granddaughter is clearly happy to see them when I drop her off and I know that she’s had a good day when I collect her as she chats about what she’s been up to. She has thrived since attending Monkey Puzzle, she is confident and making excellent progress in her learning, communication and social skills. I feel confident leaving her with the lovely team knowing that she’ll have a great day and will be well cared for and treated as an individual.

This nursery is not only excellent, it is outstanding. My son had speech delay but at 18 months, I was extremely reluctant to leave him with anyone. Eventually, I went to Monkey Puzzle based on recommendations, and I have to say I never regretted that decision for a minute. They took care of him, played with him, taught him so much that my son never called me Mummy since I birthed him but now he happily says Mummy and Daddy. He’s always excited to go nursery and on the weekends gets up, gets dressed and wants to go too and when we say no nursery today, he cries so much! He’s so used to everyone at the nursery, they treat him so well and help him along his speech development. They keep us up to date with his antics during the day and we all have a great laugh after. The teachers are amazing, my son was with them from when he was 18 months and now he almost 4! The only reason we are leaving the nursery is because we are moving away from the area. We are going to miss them a whole lot.

My niece has been at this nursery for a year now and she absolutely loves it. All the staff have been so welcoming and caring to her and we have seen her grow in confidence since starting. The activities that she takes part in when she attends are amazing and they offer a variety throughout. The nursery is such a welcoming environment and she is excited to attend each day. We feel safe with her being at this nursery. She has developed so much as she learns so much from the nursery and the learning from staff is very clearly seen. This is a fantastic nursery.

My child loves going to nursery every day and is always so excited to tell me about his day. The staff are friendly and always welcome my son with open arms and a smile in the mornings. Couldn’t fault the nursery at all! Absolutely fantastic nursery.

We love Monkey Puzzle almost as much as our son does and are happy to recommend it to any parents.
