Our baby joined the nursery at 9 months old, having been at a previous nursery that we weren't happy with. Being nervous parents, we found all the staff considerate to that and understanding of our being over cautious. Having a 'parents evening' allowed us to see the development that the staff are helping our baby achieve and how they continuously monitor and adapt play for this. Our baby smiles and reaches out for staff at drop off and can't wait to sit down and have breakfast. The feedback at the end of the day is comforting and full of information. This helps us adapt what we do at home ie specific meals baby likes and specific toys or games being played. We communicate in the middle of the day also, if baby has had a bump or isn't feeling 100%, we appreciate it. The app is really lovely to see pictures of what baby's getting up to during the day. We trust this nursery with our baby's wellbeing, daily care, and feel that if ever there were a bump or accident, baby is in good hands.

The staff are amazing! They take such good care of the kids, my daughter loves it. The activities are fun and educational. We are always surprised by the range of activities and the enthusiasm of the staff.

All the team at Perfect Start Day Nursery are amazing...Our daughter has been here since 18 months and is finishing in September starting school, they have a great team in place from management down to the guys in each room.

It’s such a special nursery, we feel very lucky to be a part of it.

Perfect Start is a really friendly and welcoming place to walk in to. The staff always say hello and my child has settled in really well. I have seen a massive improvement for the best in my child. My child didn't like to leave me and my partner when she first started and now we can't get her to leave to come home. Management and staff are always around to talk to for advice and will always give you 100%. We looked at a handful of nurseries and feel this nursery gave the best facilities and care for my child.

Perfect Start at Haywards Heath is wonderful. Our child loves it there. The staff are fantastic, and they are so good at keeping in touch with parents. The facilities are great. Would give it more stars if I could!

From the first moment we walked into the nursery we knew this was the place for our son. The venue itself is well equipped and welcoming. The staff are always smiling and attentive and nothing is too much trouble. It’s such a relief to drop your child off for the day knowing he will have a great time always.

Our daughter has attended for about a year and absolutely loves it. It's so nice to see her happily run off into her room each morning. She's learned and developed a huge amount over the period and seems very well looked after.

I think this is a fantastic nursery. My daughter is currently in the younger toddlers room and it is a great place for her to make friends, learn and develop. I feel like all of the staff know the children really well, and they seem to genuinely enjoy looking after them. All of the activities they set up look great and my daughter always comes home chatting about them, or singing new songs that she has learned.

The sign language that is taught has also been great as it has helped my daughter learn to communicate much more effectively as she learns to talk. It has made a huge difference.

I think all of the staff, from management through to the team in the room, do a really good job and I really appreciate all of the effort that they put in.

I cannot recommend Perfect Start Haywards Heath enough! I have one child in Pre-School and one in Under 2s and I have been incredibly happy with the nursery since my eldest started 3 years ago. We moved 30 minutes away and still drive the boys to Perfect Start because we don’t think anywhere else could match the facilities and wonderful staff. The range of activities they plan for all ages is phenomenal - no two days at the nursery are ever the same and the children’s interests are always catered for. They are well cared for and happy and as parents, we appreciate the regular updates, Facebook posts and communication we receive. Thank you Perfect Start for all you do!

Both of our children attend Perfect Start (in the baby room and older toddlers) and they absolutely love it. As soon as they each started they settled really quickly and built great bonds with all the staff, not just their key workers. Every member of staff seems to know their names and genuinely cares for them both.

They're teaching our kids so much and really helping us as parents to make sure that they're flourishing and doing their best. The management team is amazing, and always there when we need them. They've also been excellent at keeping us up to date with changes during the pandemic.

The food is always nutritious and creative and they enjoy the meals there.

Most importantly, they're both extremely happy there and though they're full time seem to always be smiling and laughing when we pick them up at the end of the day.

I can't rate the entire team highly enough.

Absolutely tremendous nursery, I couldn’t recommend it highly enough. We moved to the area, which meant a new start for our two toddlers and the team couldn’t have been friendlier to make our kids feel welcome. All of the team are so caring and patient with the children. The nursery has such a lovely feel and I’m particularly jealous of the food each time I pick the kids up.

My 11-month-old daughter has been going to the nursery for almost 4 months now and we absolutely love it. It's wonderful seeing our daughter getting excited about going to the nursery and jumping to hug her carers in the morning.

The staff are always friendly and welcoming and they really make an effort to get to know each child. They have a multitude of activities ready for them every day and I love that they are allowed to get messy. The pictures posted on ParentZone are a plus and they always make my day. She's learning so many new things that have a positive effect on her. She has become more confident and sociable and I have the staff to thank for that, for how supportive and encouraging they are.

The rooms are separated according to age but not isolated so that the staff can help each other out. I have only experienced the under two's room and am happy it's a stimulating and playful environment, a place where I can leave my little one and know she's safe and well looked after.

My son has felt happy and settled since day one. His key worker and all the ladies in his room know everything about him and I love that he goes up to them for hugs when we arrive in the morning. What’s so lovely is everyone knows him so well even in the older rooms, it feels like one big happy family. There are always lots of different activities set up for the kids and I love getting pictures of all the fun things my son gets up to throughout the day. He absolutely loves the food, which is healthy and varied. Since starting he has learnt so much, he comes home singing and is saying lots of words, as well as using sign language, they clearly spend a lot of time engaging with him throughout the day, he comes home so happy!

We love Perfect Start Day Nursery - Haywards Heath, our daughter is so happy there! Her language has developed so much in such a short space of time and she has become so much more inquisitive since starting! She has made friends and is so happy. We are incredibly grateful to all the staff team who care for our little girl so well!

I was extremely anxious about sending my one year old to nursery but have found Perfect Start Day Nursery - Haywards Heath to be excellent. They certainly care for the happiness and well-being of the children and I feel confident that my child is being looked after properly when in their care. I couldn’t recommend them enough.

She is currently in the toddlers room and gets excited, telling us the names of all the staff she is going to see and play with, as well as all her friends. The staff are really friendly and helpful and you can see that they love what they do, ensuring the children feel relaxed with them and enjoy their time there while still learning. We have signed our son up as well and we would not think to go anywhere else. The only thing I would recommend is having more variety for the meals and changing the plans more frequently.

Having looked around a large number of nurseries, I can confidently say that none of the nursery settings in Haywards Heath come close to what Perfect Start Day Nursery - Haywards Heath can offer. The facilities are stylish, clean and functional with toys and equipment that is high quality, providing the perfect environment for children to learn and have fun in. What really makes the difference in this nursery is the staff. A special mention to one member of staff, who has been my sons key worker since he joined. His key worker is full of enthusiasm, professionalism and energy. Another member of staff takes a very genuine interest in the children and is always a pleasure to talk to on pick ups. I would recommend this nursery wholeheartedly, each morning my son can’t wait to spend the day with his friends and I am so grateful to the staff for all that they do.
