We have been so happy with Kids Planet Haywards Heath and feel so grateful that our two children get to attend such a caring setting, fun and happy setting.
The staff are incredibly friendly and take the time to get to know the children as individuals. As a result our two boys have flourished
there.

My daughter is in toddlers room. I am so grateful to her key person and all the practitioners in the room, they support my toddler so well during the transition of moving room as well as supporting her during the new routines. I would like to mention how good the nursery manager support me during
the transitions and how helpful she was giving me the information that I need to support my daughter from home. I can thank enough to the people that works at nursery with all the work they have done to support my daughter's development.

The nursery is fantastic place, the facilities are great and the staff are excellent and prepared, we are really pleased of choice and the great work done for all the children. I really recommend the nursery

Perfect start HH have provided the best experience for our daughter, starting in the baby room all the way up to pre-school. The staff are all so lovely & the new management team are so great. Our son is starting this year and I'm excited for him to have a really positive early education experience
too.

The staff are all very friendly and professional. Our daughter became ill at nursery and they took very good care of her whilst I was on my way to pick her up. I have high confidence in them to look after our daughter.

My daughter has recently moved rooms and was struggling with settling into a new environment. The staff were amazing and suggested creating a photo book of all of her favourite people. This really helped her and she is now absolutely loving her new room and really enjoys going to nursery.

Couldn't have higher praise for the nursery. How well it is run. How well they listen to Feedback. Highly recommend it. Both of our children look forward to coming here every day and come home with energy telling us all about what they've been up to.

Really pleased with the care and social development our daughter is receiving here. She started her Nursery journey in August 2024, and we have since seen a huge change in her confidence and social interaction. The staff are brilliant, we receive feedback each day on what our daughter has been up
to, and they always provide a lot of care and attention to our daughter.

My daughter has attended Perfect Start for six months now and we are very impressed with the facilities and level of care. She has so much fun there and the staff are lovely and very good with sharing info at the end of each day. Our daughter fell ill one day when she was at nursery and required an
ambulance and the staff and managers were incredible at looking after her until we arrived. Would (and have) recommend Perfect Start to anyone. No complaints from us.

Practitioners are brilliant! Our child loves spending time there, they all make such an effort to care for her and entertain and teach. They always give such a warm welcome and goodbye each day - even in a different room.

Our daughter has been at Perfect Start Nursery since she was 10 months old and she is now 4 and we have been so happy with all the love and care she has received since being there. The staff are amazing and I couldn't ask for a better bunch of people to take care of our daughter. Our daughter always
comes home happy and tells us about all the amazing activities she has done and all the new things she has learnt. We feel so lucky to have found such a wonderful nursery!

The team at Perfect Start Haywards Heath are fantastic, both exceptionally caring and professional. My little girl started in the baby room at 1, as many would be, I was nervous about the initial separation but the team worked hard to make her feel safe and cared for. When she moved to the next room
up, they showed the same care and attention to detail on what she needs. My girl is thriving there. They challenge her with great learning opportunities, provide feedback, are open to answer any questions and (most importantly) my girl goes in with a big smile on her face every time. I can't fault them and would recommend them highly. Thanks again!

I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience.
My child has been with Perfect Start since the baby room and moved into the younger toddler room in September just before he turned 2. The transition was smooth and quickly bonded with his key worker because he knew her from being his
sister's key worker also. It's like he is treated like their own child, they understand his ways and he seeks comfort in them which is very comforting for a mother. I feel that he has excelled in lots of different ways both emotionally and academically. My child genuinely enjoys coming to nursery which I love to see.

I can't recommend the team at Perfect Start enough, especially the amazing staff in preschool. They've been so patient and caring with our son settling in and now he thoroughly enjoys his time there! I wouldn't hesitate to choose this nursery again.

All of the staff are caring and enthusiastic, and you really feel that your child is safe with them.
The staff provide detailed feedback at the end of every day and she gets to know your child and their individual needs.
The staff are all friendly and helpful, and I would highly recommend the
nursery to others.

Our baby joined the nursery at 9 months old, having been at a previous nursery that we weren't happy with. Being nervous parents, we found all the staff considerate to that and understanding of our being over cautious. Having a 'parents evening' allowed us to see the development that the staff are
helping our baby achieve and how they continuously monitor and adapt play for this. Our baby smiles and reaches out for staff at drop off and can't wait to sit down and have breakfast. The feedback at the end of the day is comforting and full of information. This helps us adapt what we do at home ie specific meals baby likes and specific toys or games being played. We communicate in the middle of the day also, if baby has had a bump or isn't feeling 100%, we appreciate it. The app is really lovely to see pictures of what baby's getting up to during the day. We trust this nursery with our baby's wellbeing, daily care, and feel that if ever there were a bump or accident, baby is in good hands.

The staff are amazing! They take such good care of the kids, my daughter loves it. The activities are fun and educational. We are always surprised by the range of activities and the enthusiasm of the staff.

All the team at Perfect Start Day Nursery are amazing...Our daughter has been here since 18 months and is finishing in September starting school, they have a great team in place from management down to the guys in each room.

My son has recently joined the baby room and I cannot praise his key worker and all of the incredible staff enough.
They take so much care to ensure he’s having the best day and are always updating me and my husband on his feeds and naps.
It’s such a special nursery, we feel very lucky to be a
part of it.
