Kids Planet Hoylake is based in a former police station. The nursery officially opened in November 2018.

The nursery caters from babies through to preschool and staff ensure every child is given the best opportunities during their early years care with them.

The nursery has been designed to provide each of the different age groups with separate areas that have stimulating colours running throughout. The new setting will benefit from large spacious rooms with secure outdoor area and will also include a state of the art sensory room. Kids Planet Hoylake is also Udeskole accredited.

Safeguarding the children in the nursery is top priority and access to the nursery is through a secure door entry system and is fitted with CCTV throughout including inside and outside areas. Intercom systems are standard in all rooms ensuring your children’s safety at all times.

All meals are prepared by a qualified nursery chef on the premises who caters for individual needs while focusing on the nutritional requirements of all children. Staff welcome input from parents for their nursery menus.

We have had both of our daughters at Kids Planet Haylake over the last few years and they have loved every minute. All the staff are brilliant. We could not feel more comfortable with our gurls here.

Excellent staff, very careful with my son in addition to promoting and continuing to motivate in his second language the staff always attend us with a smile. I like scheduled activities and proper nutrition for children.

My daughter has attended this nursery since December 2020, and we couldn’t be happier. The staff are all so polite and helpful and supportive! The activities they plan for the children are amazing and my daughter has grown so much more in confidence and ability! The range of food provided is also great
and the app they use is so reassuring to know your child is safe and having a great time while you are at work!

The best nursery I could put my son in. He absolutely loves going to nursery. The staff have gone above and beyond to help build his confidence which he was struggling with. Seeing him so happy brought me to the decision to keep him at Kids Planet and let him move up to preschool with his friends there.

Absolutely fantastic nursery, my daughter has settled in and absolutely thrived since being in nursery. The staff are lovely, friendly, and seem to genuinely love their jobs, which is what any parent wants to see. Couldn’t rate this nursery enough, my daughter is excited to go to nursery.

After having a really poor experience with a former childcare provider, we were very apprehensive about placing our children back into childcare. However, Kids Planet Hoylake has been an absolute breath of fresh air for our family. Our children have come on so much since joining and love going in every
day. We love hearing about what they’ve been doing with their friends and with the adults throughout the day. They do an amazing range of activities, which we are updated on through their app throughout the day. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and approachable and there is a real family feel to the place. The communication from management, staff and head office has been fabulous especially throughout the pandemic. Thank you to all of the wonderful staff at Kids Planet Hoylake!

My child is very happy at Kids Planet Day Nurseries - Hoylake and I’ve always felt very happy with the service. The only thing I would like more of is feedback on how my sons getting on in his development. I know parents evenings can’t happen but I would love emails or calls, whatever is possible.
Maybe every six months? I don’t think it’s allowed but trips to the park and beach as soon as you can, would be great, especially now my child doesn’t have access to the large garden.

My eldest girl joined Kids Planet Day Nurseries - Hoylake when they first opened and did nearly two years and then my youngest started at about eight months and now she is two and a half. I will be so sad when she transitions to big school because the staff make the nursery such a joyful, happy and
wonderful place. The nursery is organised, clean and every day is full of fun and exciting activities for the kids because the staff care so much! I would recommend Kids Planet Day Nurseries - Hoylake to anyone. They cannot do enough for me and I have three friends who have now sent their kids too. Keep up the great work dream team!

I cannot thank the lovely staff at Kids Planet Day Nurseries - Hoylake enough for not only welcoming my little girl into the nursery but for always answering the questions that I have. I was so reluctant and worried about putting my little girl into the nursery and I just know I have picked the right

Feels safe post COVID with all safety measures in place. Staff always friendly and enthusiastic when answering the door. I can tell my daughter likes the staff when going in. Fabulous nursery, we are so pleased with the care that our son is receiving. The staff are all so warm and welcoming and he is so settled going in and has always had a fun-packed day. We love Kids Planet! We moved to the area a year ago and the staff did a brilliant job of settling our son in quickly, as well as moving him seamlessly to an older room a few months later. He always has a great day there and the child-led approach is very apparent. The activities they do always seem
fun, interesting and stimulating, plus the wider pastoral care they receive is second to none - each member of staff seems to really get to know the children and work to meet whatever needs they have. The setting itself is also lovely - bright, clean, spacious and inviting. Plus the food menus sounds great too.

I was so nervous putting my little boy into a nursery at nine months old as my oldest stayed with family. On our first settling in session I had a full tour of the nursery which was so clean and modern and I got to sit in the baby room with my son and chat to the staff while he played. When I’m at work
I’m updated throughout the day on the parent app so I know what he’s had to eat and they put lovely pictures and videos of him exploring new things and having fun. I love this and makes me feel like I’m still with him so I don’t worry about him while I’m at work. My son loves coming to nursery, he is learning so much and picking things up so quickly! Even after lock down I was so nervous bringing him back in as he became very clingy of me but after the first week of tears leaving him he had settled back in great and is happy going in again. This is thanks to the most amazing staff who are so loving to the children and really put their heart into the job. I could not thank you enough.

I cannot recommend Kids Planet Hoylake highly enough. The beautiful, spacious rooms and garden areas are extremely well-equipped and clean and encourage a fun and happy learning experience. The staff are dedicated and committed, and communication with parents is excellent. The amount of imaginative
and fun activities that the staff design and deliver never fails to impress me. My son has grown in confidence since attending and he loves going. We will be sad when he has to leave to go to school.

My son has attended this nursery for just shy of a year. The nursery have worked so well with my odd working hours. When I changed my job they were quick to change the hours in which my son attends and he settled into full-time nursery very quickly.
The meals that are available are a wide range and
healthy. The parent app is amazing which helps parents see what their child has eaten, been changed, observations that have been done but also what they have eaten and how much. He loves going into nursery and lives for their routine which they have in place. He can access everything you could imagine within the setting.
The staff are amazing and so professional. Would highly recommend this nursery to all my friends.
Only downside is parents have to pay for children if they are on holiday. If anything it should be a discounted amount.
