Kids Planet Hoylake

I really love the nursery and I cannot fault anything about it. Everyone in the nursery go above and beyond for all the children and parents, so glad I chose this nursery. It has brought my child on so much.

Kids Planet is very friendly and my little girl really loves coming here. Her big brother came before her and loved it too. The staff are great and very approachable.

We've been really pleased with the overall excellence at Kids Planet. Our child has loved it since her first day. We are kept up to date with everything she does and she always seems to be busy with lots of activities. We would definitely recommend the nursery to other parents.

We moved to the area in April 2021 and found the team at Kids Planet so incredibly helpful and welcoming. Our eldest son was here for five months before moving to the local school for his foundation year - he loved it here and has stayed friends with lots of the kids he made friends with here. Our little boy loves it here - his key workers are so lovely and always have time for us. Very thorough and professional.

All the staff are supportive and offer a lovely environment for the children.

My son is thriving at Kids Planet Haylake. He enjoys a fun-packed day. The provision was the best in comparison to all the local nurseries I observed. My son has a superb relationship with his key worker. She is like his daytime mummy. I couldn't be happier with the level of care he gets.

Staff are absolutely wonderful with both of our children. On a daily basis, they feedback to us about the progress of our children and they're extremely welcoming. A great range of activities and food is offered.

So pleased, no faults. My child has settled in so well and loves coming in. He is very fond of drawing activities which he continues with at home. Brilliant staff.

We have had both of our daughters at Kids Planet Haylake over the last few years and they have loved every minute. All the staff are brilliant. We could not feel more comfortable with our gurls here.

Excellent staff, very careful with my son in addition to promoting and continuing to motivate in his second language the staff always attend us with a smile. I like scheduled activities and proper nutrition for children.

My daughter has attended this nursery since December 2020, and we couldn’t be happier. The staff are all so polite and helpful and supportive! The activities they plan for the children are amazing and my daughter has grown so much more in confidence and ability! The range of food provided is also great and the app they use is so reassuring to know your child is safe and having a great time while you are at work!

The best nursery I could put my son in. He absolutely loves going to nursery. The staff have gone above and beyond to help build his confidence which he was struggling with. Seeing him so happy brought me to the decision to keep him at Kids Planet and let him move up to preschool with his friends there.

Absolutely fantastic nursery, my daughter has settled in and absolutely thrived since being in nursery. The staff are lovely, friendly, and seem to genuinely love their jobs, which is what any parent wants to see. Couldn’t rate this nursery enough, my daughter is excited to go to nursery.

After having a really poor experience with a former childcare provider, we were very apprehensive about placing our children back into childcare. However, Kids Planet Hoylake has been an absolute breath of fresh air for our family. Our children have come on so much since joining and love going in every day. We love hearing about what they’ve been doing with their friends and with the adults throughout the day. They do an amazing range of activities, which we are updated on through their app throughout the day. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and approachable and there is a real family feel to the place. The communication from management, staff and head office has been fabulous especially throughout the pandemic. Thank you to all of the wonderful staff at Kids Planet Hoylake!

My child is very happy at Kids Planet Day Nurseries - Hoylake and I’ve always felt very happy with the service. The only thing I would like more of is feedback on how my sons getting on in his development. I know parents evenings can’t happen but I would love emails or calls, whatever is possible. Maybe every six months? I don’t think it’s allowed but trips to the park and beach as soon as you can, would be great, especially now my child doesn’t have access to the large garden.

My eldest girl joined Kids Planet Day Nurseries - Hoylake when they first opened and did nearly two years and then my youngest started at about eight months and now she is two and a half. I will be so sad when she transitions to big school because the staff make the nursery such a joyful, happy and wonderful place. The nursery is organised, clean and every day is full of fun and exciting activities for the kids because the staff care so much! I would recommend Kids Planet Day Nurseries - Hoylake to anyone. They cannot do enough for me and I have three friends who have now sent their kids too. Keep up the great work dream team!

I cannot thank the lovely staff at Kids Planet Day Nurseries - Hoylake enough for not only welcoming my little girl into the nursery but for always answering the questions that I have. I was so reluctant and worried about putting my little girl into the nursery and I just know I have picked the right one for her. The staff have made sure that my daughter is in the most appropriate room for her so that she is happier. I'm so pleased with the nursery and would recommend it to everyone.

Lovely nursery with a dedicated team who go out of their way to create a fantastic and engaging environment for the children. My daughter joined during the pandemic and has settled in brilliantly thanks to the time and effort invested by the team.
