Kids Planet Hoylake

My daughter is attending Kids Planet 5 days a week and absolutely loves it. The staff are excellent; she gets lots of personal 1-2-1 attention and created a lovely bond with them. Meals are great, and she always asks for seconds! I can check in on her day via the app, which is always up to date and usually with photos from the day. Can't fault them!

They have made us feel so welcome, and the team in the baby and tots room have really made us feel at ease and send regular updates throughout the day, so we don't feel we’re missing out on too much. Would highly recommend this setting.

The staff at Kids Planet Hoylake have done wonders for both of my children. Having been elsewhere with my daughter previously, the difference in her is incredible to see. She is much more confident and excited to go to preschool. My son also gets very excited when we drop him off in the baby room, having made such a strong bond with his key worker. It is a delight to have my children attend here, and I would recommend to all.

The communication in the setting is second to none and the staff are all so warm and nurturing with my daughter. I would 100% recommend them.

Staff are lovely and really supportive. My son is so happy to go into nursery and loves all the staff. As a mother, it is so important that you know your child is safe and loved when they are not with you. My son has been with the nursery since he was 9 months old and I know he's in the best hands when he's not with me. Excellent nursery that I would highly recommend.

We couldn't be happier with Kids Planet Hoylake, our choice was obvious after we visited few nurseries in the area and we are so pleased with our choice. Our little girl is a lockdown baby, and an only child. Staff are amazing with her and helped her to settle down really quickly, they helped her with the naps, she only contact naps at home, girls have been so great with her and supported her for a little while, now she naps really well on her own at nursery, like magic! It's so easy for me to leave her in the morning knowing she'll be well looked after, will take part in lots of activities and I can follow her day on the app. Love when the girls upload some photos. Food's amazing too. Staff will take time to let me know how the day was when I pick her up in the evening, even if I'm too chatty sometimes they always make the time! Fantastic nursery and always been a pleasure to deal with. My son is very happy here and has learnt so much, even though he's only three. I feel like he is in a very good position to move to pre-school.

Kids Planet is amazing. They have great communication, the staff are friendly and very attentive. The outdoor areas are lovely and the nursery, in general, has a warm, calm feeling to it. My son loves the staff there and really enjoys going in.

We have been very happy with quality of care our son has been getting since moving him to Kids Planet Hoylake in October. From the moment we looked around we could tell the nursery was professionally ran and as we looked around the rooms all the children were so happy and engaged which to us said it all.

Our son settled very quickly and we have seen a huge improvement in his confidence which is thanks to the hard work of the girls. He adores them and always comes home excited to tell us about his day.

My daughter started at Kids Planet 5 months ago, after being recommended by a friend. As a lockdown baby, I was worried she wouldn't settle very well but her key worker was fantastic and really made sure she was comfortable and happy. Kids Planet Hoylake are so friendly ad welcoming and I have noticed such a vast difference in my daughter's development. We couldn't have picked a better nursery!

My child has a lovely relationship with her teachers and always talks about them at home. She is very happy here. Communication from staff is always great.

My child adores coming to nursery, although she only comes half a day a week, she has come on so much. My child will now interact with other children, which she wouldn't before.

The staff at Kid's Planet are always really helpful. Our son has lots of support from his key workers. Sometimes communication can be limited and sometimes slow.
