Excellent.

Feels safe post COVID with all safety measures in place. Staff always friendly and enthusiastic when answering the door. I can tell my daughter likes the staff when going in. Would be nice to have more feedback regarding what activities she has done during the day. Overall very happy with the care received from Kids Planet. Thank you.

Fabulous nursery, we are so pleased with the care that our son is receiving. The staff are all so warm and welcoming and he is so settled going in and has always had a fun-packed day. Great communication and relations built between staff and parents to support our son's learning needs and interests.

I cannot recommend Kids Planet Hoylake highly enough. The beautiful, spacious rooms and garden areas are extremely well-equipped and clean and encourage a fun and happy learning experience. The staff are dedicated and committed, and communication with parents is excellent. The amount of imaginative and fun activities that the staff design and deliver never fails to impress me. My son has grown in confidence since attending and he loves going. We will be sad when he has to leave to go to school.

I was so nervous putting my little boy into a nursery at nine months old as my oldest stayed with family. On our first settling in session I had a full tour of the nursery which was so clean and modern and I got to sit in the baby room with my son and chat to the staff while he played. When I’m at work I’m updated throughout the day on the parent app so I know what he’s had to eat and they put lovely pictures and videos of him exploring new things and having fun. I love this and makes me feel like I’m still with him so I don’t worry about him while I’m at work. My son loves coming to nursery, he is learning so much and picking things up so quickly! Even after lock down I was so nervous bringing him back in as he became very clingy of me but after the first week of tears leaving him he had settled back in great and is happy going in again. This is thanks to the most amazing staff who are so loving to the children and really put their heart into the job. I could not thank you enough.

We love Kids Planet! We moved to the area a year ago and the staff did a brilliant job of settling our son in quickly, as well as moving him seamlessly to an older room a few months later. He always has a great day there and the child-led approach is very apparent. The activities they do always seem fun, interesting and stimulating, plus the wider pastoral care they receive is second to none - each member of staff seems to really get to know the children and work to meet whatever needs they have. The setting itself is also lovely - bright, clean, spacious and inviting. Plus the food menus sounds great too.

Clean, organised, helpful, engaging and try to come up with solutions to problems like difficult eaters. Lots of different activities available each day including outside play - all age suitable. Involves the children in the local community e.g. walks to the shops, care home visits, bonfire night, Christmas Tree Festival etc. Tries to engage parents for new ideas.

Only downside is parents have to pay for children if they are on holiday. If anything it should be a discounted amount.

All the staff have been very helpful and reassuring in supporting out one-year-old into nursery life (of our child and of us the parents). The facilities are new, bright and engaging. Our older child also, enjoyed it here and was supported in her transition from nursery to school, we felt she was cared for very well here. Thank you.

Seems good. My son enjoys being here, which is the most important thing. I like that he is made to remove his dummy, during his time here. I'm disappointed that we need to pay for bank holidays, as he only comes on a Monday. It doesn't seem fair, perhaps that's why Monday's are relatively quiet? I think we'll look to move.

Both my children have settled into the nursery, they enjoy their day in nursery, as all the staff are friendly and welcoming. My son took a while to settle in and still has bad day's, but he always comes home happy.

Fantastic nursery with beautiful toys and exciting spaces, caring and interested staff and lovely food. Love bringing my daughter here.

Our daughter joined in November 2018, from the off she was made to feel very welcome by all the team. She absolutely loves the nursery and even talks about it over the weekend. We have seen a clear improvement in her development since joining. Overall, we are extremely impressed and happy with the care being provided for our daughter.

A fantastically equipped, clean, bright and modern nursery, every detail has been thought through. Facilities and resources are fantastic, food is fresh, healthy and imaginative. Staff are amazing - so proactive, caring, thoughtful and dedicated. My little boy tells me daily he "had lots of fun!" The best nursery locally.

My child is so settled at Kids Planet. After a thorough settling in process for both myself and my son, I felt extremely happy leaving him in the care of the wonderful staff. He seems to have lots of fun during his day, taking part in lots of things, stimulating activities in a highly secure environment. I definitely made the right choice choosing Kids Planet.

Kids Planet Day Nurseries - Hoylake is a very special nursery. The facilities are second to none with fabulous resources and outdoor space but more importantly, the staff are amazing. It is clear they care about all the children and their individual qualities. My two boys (2 & 4) have attended this nursery for over 6 months now and have thrived and flourished in this environment.
