This nursery has a very friendly environment and one that feels like a family.

My little boy loves going to Kids Allowed Trafford City, the lovely ladies who have looked after him in woddlers and toddlers are so kind and welcoming. They are always on hand to give advice and I love getting updates via the app so I can see what hes up to.

This has been a fantastic nursery for my two daughters. The staff are brilliant with them and they have really creative ideas for learning through play. They're also very responsive to any issues that we've had with the children and they provide support by addressing those issues during circle time or through activities. For example, my youngest daughter has recently been unclipping her car seat and the staff devised a road safety awareness activity for the children to understand and practice how to be safe in the car. This was then reinforced through regular chats with staff and staying in the car seat was rewarded with stickers. This has been so successful that she now has a car seat for her doll and she's very strict about the straps being in place! I'm so grateful to the staff for this because it's made car journeys so much safer.

The nursery is extremely well run with good communication between staff and parents. The staff in the rooms really care about the children and are loving and fun while teaching them more than I’d expect for their age group. Overall a really great nursery.

Fantastic nursery! The only reason I have not provided it with a 5 out of 5 stars is purely just because it was not convenient for us to go there as we only have 1 car, and work commitments mean we needed a nursery within walkable distance. The staff and especially our child's key worker were brilliant, they are so personable and personal, they took fantastic care of our little one for the 6 weeks we were with them. We love how quickly our little one settled in at nursery and he really loved the staff there, we know he will miss his key worker very much. The app is really brilliant, it makes such a difference when we are missing our little baby while working and can see the updates. It really helps to see how he is doing during the day as the updates are done periodically throughout the day. You can see everything from nappy changes, to cream being put on as my child has eczema, the trips and wonderful photographs and meal time updates. Messy play is amazing! I could say more!

We love how you only have to take a spare change of clothes as everything else is included in the cost. As two full-time working parents, this is such a convenience. In addition, their app updates are so warming to read whilst at work - you can see everything about the day, from nappy changes to their mealtimes, to all the activities they get up to. We cannot recommend them enough - best money we’ve ever spent.

My daughter has been going to Kids Allowed Trafford City since October 2021 and she has learnt so much in the time she has been there. I’m extremely happy with the care and development that my daughter has received from Woddlers, especially from her key worker who is fantastic. I believe my daughter's keyworker has gone above and beyond to make our daughter's, and our's as parents, experience just that little bit easier with her settling in. The app is great with keeping us up to date with what she is up to during the day, it’s really reassuring and nice to see when you’re at work.

My daughter is 16 months old and has been attending this nursery since she was 9 months old. The staff here are absolutely amazing, they are so approachable and kind, I can tell each one of them loves the children they look after! There is nothing I'm not informed around any situation with my daughter, not only does she love attending here, as it's proven when she runs with open arms into her room or to staff, but she has developed so much since attending! The rooms are perfect for our little people and nobody can believe the detail the parent's app gives parents to inform them of how their little one has been throughout the day. I couldn't fault this nursery or its staff members and this will definitely be my first choice for any other children I may have, I also recommend to all my family and friends!

From the moment my little girl started this nursery I could see massive changes and development in her. She is doing amazing, learning new things, meeting friends and loving every second spent there! The staff are absolutely amazing and I feel safe leaving my child with them! Keep doing a great job.

The nursery is well run, staff are extremely helpful and work hard to provide a fantastic service. The interim centre manager is efficient, friendly and seems like a fantastic manager. My child has developed massively since joining the nursery. The entire team are doing a smashing job. Thank you.

Our daughter loves attending this nursery and is able to learn and play at her own pace. The staff are extremely friendly while remaining professional at all times and they know our daughter really well. Communication is really good and the meals provided by the in-house chef are excellent. The rooms are set up for independent play as well as some structured activities that provide the children with a good balance of learning through play. There are good outside spaces with plenty of equipment, although they are limited because of the location. Before lockdown restrictions, the children regularly visited green spaces and went on trips locally and further afield. The staff have adapted and responded really well to the restrictions recently. I would definitely recommend this nursery as we have been extremely happy with the care and provision provided for our daughter and she loves going in each day!

I have had a positive experience whilst my child has been placed at Kids Allowed over the last year. She is very happy and settled and enjoys all the activities that they offer. The staff are very friendly and informative in the handovers.

I cannot fault this nursery, it fulfils every child’s needs that cannot be provided at home. Recently they moved to a phone app which tells parents what exactly their child is doing with photos, what they eat for the day and toilet routines. Staff are friendly and helpful, especially if you need to change the child’s day or add an extra day. My daughter has progressed with her speech, interests in different things, and most of all, her development in all stages. Highly recommend.

All in all it is a fantastic nursery and I would recommend it to all parents.

Our daughter started at Kids Allowed in August and we cannot tell you how happy we are with the service and care provided. Our baby girl absolutely loves going and reaches for her nursery bag if she spots it and heads towards the front door to go! We are impressed with the parent app for regular updates and photos we receive and we can see how much our daughters confidence has come on in just a matter of months.

From the reception staff to the manager, everyone is friendly and approachable, and above all so helpful. We would not dream of sending our little boy anywhere else until he starts school.

I want to make a special announcement to the over two's team for making me and my son feel very welcome and the support and encouragement you have given my son in the short time he has been there. He comes home each day telling me all about his day and how fun and exciting it was he has made a great bond with the staff.

Caring, thoughtful and loving are just a few of the words I would use to describe the Kids Allowed staff. My daughter has built lovely relationships at nursery and we feel so lucky. The facilities at Kids Allowed are also second to none.
