Our baby has been with Trafford Kids Planet since he was 9 months old...he is now 19 months and loves going to nursery.
The quality of staff and teachers there are amazing. They always try to do activites with them or even have mini outside trips when weathers good and keeps up posted with how he's
doing at school. They also give us plenty of advice on how to make life easier at home with feeding. They are always smiling and try to teach children where they can. The reception staff are also very welcoming...they always greeting mornings and goodbyes with a smile and they're always helpful when I have a query.
Im not sure about other kids planet places but I would highly recommend Trafford Kids Planet as the facilities, teaching, care quality and the staff themselves are quite exceptional. Really glad I chose this school for my first born!

Amazing nursery at Trafford city. Amazing staff day after day to make sure my daughter is safe and happy. Couldn't ask for anything more. The staff make sure there is fun and laughter in the room everyday.

This review doesn't just relate to one particular month, it relates to ever since jax started at Trafford city kids planet at 7months old he's just been so well looked after and cared for by every member of staff who aren't afraid to go above and beyond for the children in there care. The amount of
development he's done and still does on a weekly basis has a lot to do with nursery and the staff who care for him and the time and effort they all put it in. And the fact Jax loves going every week makes it so much easier on us parents and reassures us that he's well looked after and that we made the right choice choosing kids planet Trafford city. Would highly recommend this nursery to anybody who's looking for one.

The environment feels warm, safe, and well-organised, and it's clear that a lot of thought goes into the daily activities. Communication with parents is good and is very reassuring to know that children are well cared for throughout the day. Most importantly, my child is happy and settled here,
which says a lot. I'd happily recommend this nursery to other parents.

The team at Kids Planet Trafford are fantastic. Always going above and beyond to support our childcare needs. Cherie on Reception always greets us with a lovely welcome. It's great to see our little girl developing from all the learning activities they provide.

Such an amazing nursery. The staff always go above and beyond for the children and for us as parents too. Our daughter is so happy there and it's really reassuring knowing she's so well cared for. We can't thank them enough and would 100% recommend this nursery.

I have my daughter in the baby room and she absolutely loves nursery. She has lovely relationships with the staff who she is happy to go with in the morning. They keep me in the loop with constant written and photo updates on the different activities that my child is doing. They are always doing
arts and crafts and sensory play. My daughter always has lovely food and thoroughly enjoys herself. The staff keep us informed on what is going on at the nursery and share any information about health and safety. They keep us very in the loop. I would recommend kids planet Trafford city to anyone!

Before I talk about the incredible staff, I want to mention how secure and safe the building is. It helps that it is within a secure complex but the face recognition on 2 sets of doors really eased my mind from the first time I entered the nursery. There is brilliant resources within the rooms and
children get to experience such a creative range of activities that I know I wouldn't always be able to do at home. I'm always impressed with the different meals provided so children get to experience a variety of flavours and textures. Now the stars of the show - the staff. Every single member of staff I have met has been kind, caring and so lovely. As a 1st time mum, handing my baby over to strangers felt like a daunting task but the staff did everything in their power to assure me during those first few weeks which was helped by the app where they post updates. Now, I drop off my daughter and wish I could stay and play too!

We couldn't be happier with this nursery. The staff have been absolutely amazing and the level of care and support has been outstanding. Our little boy has been attending since he was 20 months old, and now at 4 years old he'll be leaving this September to start school. Watching his growth,
confidence, and development over the years has been so reassuring, and we know it's largely thanks to the wonderful team here. He has loved his time at the nursery, and we will always be grateful for the care they've given him. We would 100% recommend this nursery to anyone looking for a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment for their child.

From changing our nursery due to the services they provided we changed to this nursery.
Kids planet has provide us with more support than we could have imagined and our children love going.
We are very grateful for the staff and services our new nursery provides us!

My son really loves going to nursery playing with his friends. I love the fact he can get his hair cut done at nursery with the monthly hairdresser visit. Staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable, they have a sports coach which is perfect for a football-loving toddler.

We couldn't be happier with this nursery and the care our son receives. He started at just 11 months old, and sending him to nursery was something we were very anxious about. At first, he struggled and wouldn't eat anything during the day, which was really worrying for us. The staff were patient,
understanding, and supportive, and thanks to them he has settled in beautifully. He now eats all of his food and even occasionally asks for more, which has been such a relief for us as parents. Knowing he feels safe, comfortable, and happy there means everything to us.
A massive shout out to Sam, Zoe, and Amy - they have been amazing and have truly gone above and beyond to support our son and put us at ease.
We were recommended by other parents and will happily recommend it to others.

Kids Planet Trafford City is an amazing nursery - I would recommend them to anyone! My son has attended since he was in the baby room and is now in preschool. He is over joyed to come into nursery every day to play with his friends and teachers. The resources are brilliant and I receive many
gorgeous pictures of my son engaged in exciting and educational activities. The access to outside space is a huge plus for us, and my son especially enjoys taking part in all of the sports activities provided by their sports coach.
I cannot speak highly enough of the incredible team, who go above and beyond every day. My oldest child came to Trafford when it first and opened and even though she is nearly in high school, the team still ask about her and the whole family. This is a reflection of the nurturing and caring environment at Trafford, where the whole family is thought of and supported. It truly feels like a home from home for us.

Everything was great when my daughter first started in the baby room, staff was amazing, really looking after the kids. She was so happy going to nursery every morning until she got moved to toddlers. Settled well and then two weeks later started crying at drop offs. Not just crying- screaming.
Every day she would come home with bump or cut. Not much explanation given- just they have so many kids and accidents happen. Until one day when I went to pick her up and found out she has massive cut on her face- no call given, none of us been informed. What they put on the accident form made no sense so we have to chase for weeks to see the CCTV and noticed the staff is not doing what they should! I took her out there straight away and now can really see she hasn't been given the attention she needs. Since in the new nursery she learnt so many things, something which didn't happened in Trafford.

Having viewed other settings I chose kids planet trafford because the building and rooms felt light and open with easy access to outdoor space for all ages
Having been a customer of the nursery for around 9 months Im confident I made the right choice. There is regular outdoor play when possible
and the well thought out activities have encouraged so many new skills for my little one.
My child has a fantastic bond with not just thier key worker but most of the staff, including those not regularly in thier setting and this shows the staff whole heartedly care for the all of the children.

I can't rate Kids Planet Trafford City highly enough - I would like to give a compliment/thank you special reference to a particular staff member in Woddlers for her professionalism and support. Leaving Babies as another staff member had also been a big personality to leave moving rooms, fantastic
support! The particular staff member has gone above and beyond in her care efforts with my daughter. If there is a monthly award it should be her who receives this!

My child has been going to the nursery since May and our experience is really good. The staff are amazing and really helpful always. A very safe and secure place. I feel really comfortable when I leave my son.

Hands down the best nursery. My little girl attended here for just over a year and honestly, every single staff member goes above and beyond for every child. The staff were always super friendly, I received lots of updates, and the food provided was always really well balanced, they even had a
little fruit platter on the way out at the end of the day which my daughter loved. I really felt that they had my daughter’s best interests at heart, and every activity is fully-centred around the child’s development. Definitely the best in Trafford and I can’t recommend them enough!

Modern, secure, great facilities, our daughter loves to go. The staff all very nice, friendly and qualified. Only downside, it is a bit expensive compared to others but everything provided, good flexibility great food etc. and I don’t mind paying staff more if they are looking after my child well.

Currently have two children who attend Kids Allowed Trafford City. Overall experience has been amazing. The staff have cared for them really well for several years now and they are still always happy to go to nursery. Couldn’t imagine them going anywhere else.
