Kids Planet Trafford City

I can't rate Kids Planet Trafford City highly enough - I would like to give a compliment/thank you special reference to a particular staff member in Woddlers for her professionalism and support. Leaving Babies as another staff member had also been a big personality to leave moving rooms, fantastic support! The particular staff member has gone above and beyond in her care efforts with my daughter. If there is a monthly award it should be her who receives this!

My child has been going to the nursery since May and our experience is really good. The staff are amazing and really helpful always. A very safe and secure place. I feel really comfortable when I leave my son.

Hands down the best nursery. My little girl attended here for just over a year and honestly, every single staff member goes above and beyond for every child. The staff were always super friendly, I received lots of updates, and the food provided was always really well balanced, they even had a little fruit platter on the way out at the end of the day which my daughter loved. I really felt that they had my daughter’s best interests at heart, and every activity is fully-centred around the child’s development. Definitely the best in Trafford and I can’t recommend them enough!

Modern, secure, great facilities, our daughter loves to go. The staff all very nice, friendly and qualified. Only downside, it is a bit expensive compared to others but everything provided, good flexibility great food etc. and I don’t mind paying staff more if they are looking after my child well.

Currently have two children who attend Kids Allowed Trafford City. Overall experience has been amazing. The staff have cared for them really well for several years now and they are still always happy to go to nursery. Couldn’t imagine them going anywhere else.

Our daughter has been at the nursery for 8 months now and has been in two rooms - babies and toddlers. We have had a great experience to date and I have seen the staff go above and beyond to ensure my daughter's needs are met. My daughter runs in every morning with a smile on her face and then having the daily updates confirms both her learning and enjoyment!

We have had an excellent experience with Kids Allowed to date. We cannot fault the staff; they are all so approachable, friendly and helpful. The communication through the app is excellent and we feel like we always have a good insight into what our daughter is up to during the day. We are really impressed with the broad range of activities on offer each day and enjoy all the special events the nursery puts on for the children. They really have been amazing with my little girl who struggled with the separation at first and we can’t thank them enough.

My son has attended this nursery since he was 9 months old and is now in his last year before starting school. All I can say is the team there are absolutely fantastic and have gone above and beyond with my son to ensure he has the best time there. He has made great relationships with all of his careers and is doing amazing. I would highly recommend this nursery to anyone who is looking. The building itself and facilities are great, lots of indoor and outdoor space.

I 100% recommend Kids Allowed Trafford, my little one is happy and we are too.

We have had a very positive experience at KA since our daughter started in April 2023. The staff are always there to listen, they are friendly, and our daughter enjoys her days engaging in the different activities the staff put on. Staff regularly update the app so we know how our daughter's day is going, and they give us a full update when we pick her up. Her confidence has grown since starting, and she always seems to be happy there. We are very satisfied so far.

I have 5 children the eldest being 23 so I've used different childcare providers. Out of all these, I would recommend Kids Allowed Trafford City. My son 5 and my daughter 2, go to this nursery. It’s clean, it’s friendly, welcoming and well-stocked with learning resources, my children actually enjoy going. We have regular app updates during the day with photos and information on their activities and any key information or nursery updates. The food is varied and they even make sure that the three meals they give the children have five portions of fruit and vegetables a day and a fruit platter at reception on leaving. Plus the nursery is all-inclusive which includes milk and nappies etc so that’s an added bonus. You can come straight into the building at any time as they have an intercom with face recognition for parents who pick up only, so there is no waiting at the door in the cold and wet to be let in. The nursery is also secure with added locks to all doors. The staff make this the best nursery around by far.

We have had two children come here, and both absolutely love it. The eldest went from age 1 through to starting school and absolutely loved it. The staff are always helpful, caring and informative. Our issues are always taken care of, and they’ll always try to accommodate your wishes. We are so pleased that we chose this nursery for our children.

My boy comes home happy and smiling every time. The staff are lovely and welcoming. It's the best day care I've come across, being a mother of two. I wish I knew about you sooner.

We’ve seen so much development since she’s been going and the number of different activities they do each day is great. All the equipment, toys etc. are in great condition and it’s always clean. Would recommend to anyone!

Since my son has started in April 23 I have always felt reassured that he is cared and looked after in the most caring and professional way. The ladies in the baby room have always shown love and attention to my boy and every day has been easy to leave him in the hands of them in there. From the activities he gets up to, seeing the moments we get daily, the full tummy of amazing food from the chef he has, everyone goes above and beyond. Nothing is too much of an ask.

The staff at Kids Allowed Trafford City are so supportive and patient. My little one always enjoys her days at nursery - there are always lots of fun activities to keep her entertained and learning. The nursery is very flexible in letting us swap days when needed.

My daughter went to this nursery from 1 years old and left in August to start school just before turning 5. So four years including COVID times. Care by the staff was excellent. She loved going and still talks about it now 3 months after leaving. She enjoyed all the many activities and learnt loads. Management are fab. She enjoyed all the food. We miss our little nursey community.

So happy with how well my son has settled into nursery, three staff members in particular are amazing with him, always creating fun activities and helping him learn new things. He has come along so much in the past three months since starting, I cannot thank them enough!

My son started this nursery in September and I can already see a massive improvement. He has some additional needs and the deputy manager, nursery manager, toddler room leader and all of the staff are amazingly supportive. Can't thank them enough!
