I would highly recommend Poppies Day Nursery Maidenhead. They have an amazing management team and such a genuine, caring and professional staff in general.
I have had a brilliant experience with 3 of the Poppies Day nurseries with my two kids over the past 5 years and they have all been consistent
and truly great.
My boys loved going to nursery, they had a great time, learned new things and developed very well. The staff and management are very thorough, detailed, caring and responsive. we were so happy with Poppies Day nursery Maidenhead, and it truly felt like a second home.
I would highly recommend Poppies Day Nursery Maidenhead to everyone. I am one of many of their biggest fans. Keep up the great work.

I have two children attending this nursery, and they absolutely love it. My son literally charges out the door to nursery each morning. The staff are so friendly and caring. They take time to engage with all the children and the children there are happy, confident and friendly.
The nursery is relatively
new, very well designed and super clean. The food is prepared fresh on-site and looks tasty. The staff are particularly good at getting even picky eaters to at least try each meal.
I would not hesitate to recommend this nursery - it really is excellent.

Poppies Day Nursery Maidenhead is one of the best in the area. The nursery manager and her staff are very well trained and helpful. It is a very happy place and you feel all the positive energies when you enter the building, which the children pick up on instantly. My boy went there only a few months
and we had to take him out due to house move. I was extremely sad to take him out of this nursery and miss the nursery and its friendly staff very much so, that I am still on the search for a new nursery for my son that can match the standards at Poppies.


I would highly recommend this nursery to anyone. Thank you Poppies and keep up the great work you guys do.

So far I am very pleased with how the staff have welcomed my daughter. She has only been there a short while but the time she has spent there she has thoroughly enjoyed and always has the biggest smile when I collect her. The staff are very pleasant, friendly and professional, never without a smile.

The nursery is in a new building and is clean and spacious. There is a wonderful selection of toys including soft play equipment. The staff are very friendly and approachable, many of the senior staff are also very experienced. My daughter seems to be having a great time with lots of different activities.
She also gets lots of outdoor time - the large outdoor space on a big terrace leads straight off the baby room (similar set up downstairs for older children).
I am very pleased with Poppies Maidenhead and would thoroughly recommend it.

The nursery setting and staff alike are brilliant. I know when my daughter is there she is being cared for by amazing people. The activities and routines are great. She is always so happy to go to the nursery which makes me equally as happy. What more could I want?

My son started at Poppies Maidenhead when it first opened in August. He attends three full days a week and he loves it! He’s 15 months so he’s in the Baby Room which is full of so many toys and activities and he is kept fully entertained all day! The staff are brilliant - so attentive, friendly and
caring and they really couldn’t do more to make sure he has a great day. As it’s a brand new nursery, it’s immaculate, bright and spacious and the rooftop garden is a fantastic outside space.


I know that whilst I’m at work he is being cared for, entertained, loved and listened to whilst also being encouraged to achieve all his milestones and develop into the little boy he’s turning out to be. I highly recommend Poppies.

My twins joined Poppies in August when the Maidenhead branch opened. Their settling in process was seamless, the staff took their time to get to know them both and we discussed their full routine. I am really happy with Poppies nursery, the staff are very knowledgeable, very approachable and extremely
caring. I feel very comfortable going to work knowing that they are being well cared for, and are experiencing lots of new activities each day. I would definitely recommend it to my friends.

Donna Bagley

Job Title: Deputy Manager Joined: 2013

Hi, I’m Donna and have been part of the Poppies family since January 2013 and have supported the team in developing Poppies Old Windsor and now Poppies Maidenhead. I started off my career within Poppies as Deputy Manager before being promoted to Assistant Manager in August 2017.


Since August 2018, I have led the team at Poppies Maidenhead as Nursery Manager. I hold a Level 4 qualification in Early Years and have extensive experience educating and caring for young children, particularly babies. I have two grown up children of my own and also a young granddaughter.


Since October 2021, I have taken on the role of Deputy Manager at Poppies Maidenhead.
