My son has gained more confidence in putting more sentences together, he gets great support from his teachers, Getting regular updates during the day regarding the kids is absolutely amazing, teachers are well knowledgeable on what the kids needs and are also ready to help.

We love sending our child here and they love going! The staff are so friendly they have lots going on and it’s lovely to see. Would definitely recommend it. The nursery is clean they have great outdoor spaces for the children to play in and they are in a great location.

Have had a lovely experience with the Old Station in Houlton. Staff are always upbeat and accommodating. My daughter loves the sessions, they have helped her grow and supported us with potty training. I’m glad we got a spot and couldn’t recommend it more.

Friendly and welcoming staff from day one. My child’s key worker learnt about his interests fast and brought these into the activities. Updates are sent with pictures, meals, nappies, sleep and developmental areas, which is a nice touch and keep you informed on your child’s day and progress. A lovely new building, with a range of resources.

Really lovely staff that look after the children like their own. My son really enjoys his time at nursery. The facilities are clean and I like that the children get to go outside often. Updates on activities are good and my son enjoys the food.

Nothing gives me more peace of mind like seeing him confidently walk into his room when dropped off to give his key workers a morning hug/cuddle! The staff are so lovely and accommodating, always working with parents to ensure the kids in their care are well catered for. I would highly recommend the nursery over and over to anyone looking for a place for their little one!

I am so happy with the nursery. The staff are fabulous and have always gone the extra mile to help my little boy settle in. They have not been out of by my son having health problems and have always been willing to offer help and support whenever they can. The nursery itself is always clean and tidy, they always go outside for fresh air and do lots of crafts and sensory play. I would definitely recommend it!

The team are so caring and friendly and really help to put you at ease with children transitioning to a nursery setting. The building is lovely. My children eat really well and I always see lots of fresh food being delivered, the chef does a brilliant job with variety!

My daughter absolutely loves her "big girl school." Since starting, she has really come out of her shell. The staff are amazing. I really couldn't have asked for a better place for her. They do so much each and every day she is thriving.

Our son joined this nursery, long before the building was built at all. He had just turned 2 at that time, has been brought in during the lockdowns and hadn't spoken a word in English. However, we knew this nursery was the best place for him and we have never regretted our choice. Not only does he now speak and sing in English, but also he is more confident and became more social. The staff are friendly and caring, willing to collaborate with the families, and always take into consideration little individual details, health issues or diet preferences. The new building and equipment are appealing and all educational materials are of an excellent quality at the highest standards. Looking forward to growing up and learning at the Old Station Nursery.

Excellent building and staff to support the early development years of my little one! I cannot think of a better place to use for my child. My child is so happy going to nursery each day. Would definitely recommend this nursery.

The nursery is also clean and tidy. I have seen a variety of toys, and the outdoor garden area is good as well. Overall, our nursery experience so far is very good.

Our daughter joined The Old Station Nursery Houlton in September, and honestly, it has been such a great nursery for her. She’s settled in well and clearly enjoys herself when she is there. The staff clearly care about the children, and it shows.

I had been apprehensive about sending my daughter to nursery as a whole, but she was now just over two years old and actually asking to go, so had to take the leap. After visiting a few nurseries, I visited The Old Station Nursery and absolutely loved it. My little girl came to visit too and straight away she was off playing and not even acknowledging I was there. The nursery is new, so everything is spotless and the setting is lovely, but not everything has been ready to go. Despite that, my daughter has settled in really well there and I really like the staff too. This morning my daughter said "nursery is my favourite", which was so lovely to hear after wondering if we were doing the right thing. There are a few tears here and there, but she is only in her 4th week of two days a week, but she doesn't grumble about going. Overall, I am really pleased with my decision.

I have no regrets in enrolling my daughter at The Old Station Nursery. The staff is highly welcoming as well. My little one is always so excited to resume at the nursery as she has gotten so used to the key workers in her class.

I could not be happier with the care provided at this nursery, I would go to the length of saying after 6 nurseries between 2 children this is by far the best! My son loves it here and we as parents are so pleased with the relaxed, caring and supportive environment that he is so settled in. Every member of staff are a credit to the nursery and make his days thoroughly enjoyable. Please keep doing what you are doing.

My daughter enjoys going here; the team are very friendly and caring. We get updates on the log so we know what our children have eaten or done each day. They are very accommodating, and I can change things last minute with no problems.

Our daughter loves attending The Old Station Nursery at Houlton. The staff are friendly and professional, creating a warm, nurturing environment for the children. The activities seem both educational and fun, and our daughter is always talking to us about the things she gets up to.

My daughter has been here for two months. We moved her from a brilliant nursery due to location, and I really didn't expect The Old Station Nursery to be equally as brilliant, but it has been. My daughter seems much more relaxed here, she is confident already. The staff are lovely and have been very supportive of the family. The communication is really good - the whiteboard updated with the days activities outside is great, and there are also great hangovers, observations shared on an app and phone calls are welcomed. I think this is a very caring nursery, and they seem very on top of the EYF and don't get complacent. The staff work hard to make nursery fun and interesting with lots of learning too.
