Blue Sky Day Nursery and Pre-School

The staff are amazing and I know my son is comfortable around them all.

The Manager and the team have been excellent with my little boy. As soon as we visited we knew it was the right place for our son. Clean, welcoming and the staff really go the extra mile to care for our son and help him progress in his learning and growing. He is so settled in the nursery, really really happy and that’s all down to the excellent staff and general feel of the nursery. His key worker is doing an amazing job. No complaints at all and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Blue Sky Day nursery to anyone who needs childcare. 5* 100% recommendation from me.

As our family is from another country we were concerned about our child adaptation in the nursery. My child doesn't speak English so I was really glad when she told me after a short period that she feels happy to be in the nursery. She was welcomed warmly and friendly. I think that the staff are great, gentle and really hard working. They give their best to make children feel comfortable and confident. I like the fact that there is a big variety of activities and amusements for the children so I would recommend them anytime. Thank you Blue sky for being so careful and supportive.

I can't wait for him to venture out more like the older ones do and explore and love watching him grow each day learning new things and being pampered by everyone as he’s the “baby” of the nursery which I’m sure he also plays on and loves all the attention.

Our little boy's integration into nursery has been an absolute pleasure of a journey with the gentleness, empathy and expertise of the staff at Blue Sky Day Nursery. He has gone from a little boy who had never left his mum or dad's side to clapping his hands when we pull up! He is confident and happy and has settled beautifully into the nursery. He is learning so much and the staff provide a home from home environment and I never feel that my little boy is lacking a mummy as all the staff take over the mum role and provide him with all the comfort he needs. We wish Blue Sky Day Nursery was around 5 years ago for our first!

He started out as a clingy baby who, if I left the room, would become upset. He is now a happy, confident, inquisitive toddler who has come on so much. The team are all part of how my son has developed and I couldn’t fault them. I have no issues recommending the nursery and know my little boy is happy to go and be left at nursery whilst having lots of fun.

Every staff member has made me feel a lot more at ease to leave my little boy to go to work as I wasn't comfortable parting with him. They are kind, welcoming and always answer any questions I have on my mind. I would highly recommend Blue Sky Day Nursery.

I’m so pleased with the quality of care and great communication you guys have shown since my son started at Blue Sky Day Nursery in early January this year. I’d happily recommend Blue Sky to anyone looking for a homely, clean, comfortable, well run nursery to send their child to as I feel it’s an all-round great nursery setting. Fantastic leadership, and lovely, friendly and competent staff. A business run by mums that know other mums' struggles and I can really relate and help out when times are tough too. Our child has attended Blue Sky Day Nursery since June 2018 and he has a great time! We know that he is well-cared-for every day with lots of different activities and toys which have really benefitted his development. Since being at nursery his confidence and independence have really grown and this is thanks to all the lovely staff!

I have regular updates on how my son is getting on through his purple book and the Tapestry links, which my husband and I really enjoy looking through. I have recently recommended a friend of mine to use them for her son and she has started him there and is very happy as well.

Both my children have attended Blue Sky Nursery (my youngest still does) they have come on leaps and bounds since starting here, their confidence has grown so much and their knowledge of certain things have widened also. The staff are absolutely amazing, never had any problems at all. The food they offer is very nutritious meals which are always good to know, you get newsletters to find out what’s on the menu, what they have been learning about etc.... I love this as asking a 3 year old what they have eaten or what they have been learning about can prove quite a challenge. My youngest cannot wait to leave in the mornings to come to Nursery! :) thank you to the Manager staff.

My son has been attending this nursery since it was first opened. As a first time mother, I was extremely nervous about leaving my son and was very particular when it came to choosing which nursery he would attend. After visiting Blue Sky, I knew immediately that this was the right nursery for my son. The girls were lovely and made sure I was comfortable leaving him and would do anything to make this transition easier for both me and my son. I didn’t need to worry as he loves nursery and is always happy to go. I have found it has helped his development tremendously and he has just come on leaps and bounds. I feel the girls take great care of my son and couldn’t ask for more.

My grandson has been attending Blue Sky Day Nursery for 4 months now and I and his mother could not be any happier.

From the moment he started I have seen his confidence grow and he cannot wait to go to Nursery in the morning (he even points to the Nursery if we drive past and wants to go).

The food is great and they have been really helpful in accommodating his dairy allergy, their cook is first rate.

My grandchild has been attending Blue Sky Day Nursery for nearly a year now and cannot stress how happy we all are with his care. I get to collect my grandson most days he is at the Nursery and I am always welcomed with open arms and I am made to feel involved with his learning and were delighted that I could also share the Tapestry account to see all the fun activities he has taken part in. I especially like their garden which although is a little small is full of exciting things to do and he loves the water garden kitchen. The nursery have also invited me along with his parents to mother's day celebrations and Christmas which I thought was extremely thoughtful and shows that nothing is ever too much trouble for the manager and her team. I would highly recommend anyone thinking of taking their little ones to a day nursery to choose here.

I am so glad we found this nursery! My son has been attending for a few months now and he absolutely loves it and is thriving. It is a lovely setting and so convenient for my older son’s school. All the staff are fantastic. It is the first time my son has been left anywhere other than family but the staff are so caring of him he has built trusting relationships quickly. The manager and her team are amazing. Our precious little son has been with them for a few months now and he absolutely loves it. It’s so evident that it’s more than just a job for the girls. My daughter loves attending Blue Sky Day Nursery, she has been going there since it first opened. She has learnt a lot from going and has progressed very well. The staff are warm and friendly and I am never concerned about leaving her, I know she's in good hands.

A brilliant nursery, after having issues with a childminder I sent my daughter here. She has come along so much in under 3 months. The days she doesn’t attend nursery she asks if she can go. This in itself shows she’s very happy here and I couldn’t ask for anything more. The staff are amazing and nothing is ever too much for them.

My daughter started at Blue Sky Day Nursery when she was 13months. What attracted me to the nursery is the new building, friendly staff as well as the professionalism and hands on personal care for the children. Initially this was a scary experience for me because I had never left my child with anyone (not even family). I had to return back to work so I had 'mummy quilt' But the ladies at Blue Sky Day Nursery was very good at keeping me informed with my daughters progress and making contact with me during the day to keep my mind at rest.... When I drop my daughter off in the mornings she can not wait to go to nursery. Her bond with ALL staff and children is amazing. She had learnt to walk after 4 weeks of being at the nursery and loads of talking too :-) Personal hygiene is 100%
