Blue Sky Day Nursery and Pre-School

They were brilliant in his last year before school in helping teach and learn core things the children will start doing when they go to school. His pen control, letter and number recognition and phonics certainly saw a massive improvement in his last year. Communication through the app was inconsistent to start but in his last year was regular and great seeing updates.

All of the staff are kind and caring and go above and beyond to ensure the children have a wholesome experience . The communication is excellent and there are regular updates on activities undertaken and any issues that arise. The staff are so patient with all the children and make sure they're having fun as well as learning. My daughter had some settling issues whilst there and her key worker changed several times over a short period at one stage, however she was never impacted by this situation; they helped to identify the underlying cause of her settling issue and actively put measures in place to help her feel more comfortable. She has left a confident and happy child, able to take the next step in her education.

Blue Sky Nursery has been a very special part of our family for many years (6 years), with all three of our children attending. Our youngest has now graduated, bringing a wonderful chapter to an end.

We are incredibly grateful to the whole team for their care, kindness and support. They especially helped us recognise our eldest child's additional needs and supported us in getting an EHCP, which continues to make a huge difference to his education today.

The entire team has always been amazing, caring and helpful. We honestly cannot thank them enough for everything they have done for our children over the years. Highly recommended!

I've sent both of my children to Blue Sky, and it has always been a wonderful experience. When my oldest was prepping to start school, they nurtured him and helped him with phonics and other school ready skills. With my youngest there now, she had to start quite early (8 months) and she has blossomed into a confident, bubbly little girl, she always feels safe and secure and looks forward to going to nursery every day. I would always recommend Blue Sky!

Both of our children have been through Blue Sky Day Nursery and we couldn't be happier with the experience we have had.

From day one when they first opened their doors to now when our youngest is leaving, they have received nothing but love and great care from the whole team.

They provide a safe and caring environment where both our children have been able to express themselves, grow and learn. The nursery team has felt like a second family for our daughters and genuinely been there for whatever they needed.

I can't speak highly enough of the way the nursery is run and the way they dedicate themselves to the children's development. We have always felt comfortable and confident leaving our kids with them as we know they are in a safe and loving place.

We wholeheartedly recommend Blue Sky Day Nursery to anyone who wants their children to grow in a happy and caring environment that is a home away from home.

My son has been at Blue Sky day nursery since he was 2, he has loved going to nursery. He has always been happy to go in the morning, he loves the food and all the adults that have worked with him, he's made some lovely friends and he's learnt to share and play nicely with his peers. For me it has been perfect as they offer term time only and the 30 hrs funding etc and the managers Hollie and Daren are lovely and approachable... I would 100 percent recommend the nursery to others and I will miss it once he starts school in September.

My Son has attended this nursery since he was 9 months old and he absolutely loves it as do we. It feels like such a family and he has come such a long way since starting. They do great activities with the children stuff that I would never think of at home. He has also grown a love for books and talking since starting!

Both of our girls have attended Blue Sky Day Nursery and we have been so happy with the provision offered. Our eldest is now at school and made the transition without any problems as she had an excellent preschool experience. Our youngest is still there and absolutely loves going in each day. She is now learning her sounds, shapes and numbers and because of the updates we get, we are able to have meaningful conversations about her learning with her when she gets home.

She always goes in and comes home so happy and her development has been incredible to watch. We receive regular updates and communication on the app, which are lovely to see. Cannot fault Blue Sky at all!

A big thank you to the Blue Sky Nursery Team, when my daughter has been extremely happy and joyful every single day for over a year now. We are sad to leave you, but we would like to thank you for all the support and dedication you have shown, especially two members of staff, in particular, and a few more other who unfortunately are no longer part of the team. Also thanks to the new staff We totally recommend them. Obviously there is always room for improvements in all kind of aspects, but my daughter has taken what was best from that environment. Everything else she needed is provided by us, the parents.

I suffer with chronic illness that causes me joint pain and back pain, the staff at Blue Sky are always happy to help me take my daughter upstairs and bring her down. They have adjust supported my daughter. They have also supported me as her mum. The team really do work with the families.

Our little one is confident, sociable and hitting all her milestones, and I credit Blue Sky with a lot of this. The Manager should be very very proud of what she has created here.

He knows everyone that works there and it feels really homely when he comes in and everyone's saying hello and saying his name. We moved him over from a bigger nursery and it was the best decision for him.

Fantastic nursery, loving, nurturing and kind team members. Good communication with the parents. The children have so much fun. The rooms have lots of activities. The food is good and enjoyed by my child.

Our daughter has been attending Blue Sky Day Nursery for over 2.5 years and has loved it. The staff are great and you can see they have lovely relationships with the children. They have a great range of toys and do lots of activities to support development. We're happy with Blue Sky Day Nursery - thank you to The manager and the team for everything you do and for making it an amazing, happy place for the kids!
