It's hard to put into words the wonderful experience my daughter has had at Springfield Nursery. The teachers are loving, know each of the children well, are calm and adaptable to different preferences or simulations. The environment is spacious, I particularly love the outside area and garden where the children seem to really come to life. I chose Springfield as I liked the idea of my daughter having a stepping stone before starting school - it has offered so much more than we expected. It's fun, safe and loving, which has helped support my daughter to blossom into the individual she is. Thank you.

I moved my boy (who is 3) from a different nursery because of his very bad behaviour and not listening. It was the best decision I could make in moving to this nursery.
The change in him is unrecognizable. They were explaining, not punishing him. They were and still are very kind and gentle and my boy changed. I am so happy about it.

Also, they learn phonetic sounds so it will be easier in reception.

Springfield Nursery is a warm, caring and friendly nursery that my four-year-old has been attending for a couple of months now. They have fantastic free-flow play with a great outdoor space. My little one loves the outdoor mud-kitchen" He has grown so much since beginning and I am sure they have given him the confidence to make a smooth transition to school. Would recommend to anyone!

Can't thank the teachers enough for all the time and effort they put into making my little girl welcome when she started. They are amazing teachers! Any problems I've ever had, they've helped me. Amazing!

Springfield Nursery is an incredibly nurturing setting for any child. The knowledgeable staff have been wonderful with my son, who has additional needs, encouraging his independence and focusing on individual support and development. The spacious free-flow rooms and large garden provide an enriching and exciting area for children to learn and play. The school's SENCO and nursery staff have worked closely with us as parents to help my son reach his full, happy potential. We love it here!

My daughter started at the nursery in January and she loves it. She can be sensitive in new environments and had a hard time settling at previous nurseries, but at Springfield she settled really well within the first week and she's thriving. The teachers are amazing, they helped her feel secure and were very supportive. She can't wait to go to nursery, she is very happy there. I only have good words to say about the teachers and the management of the nursery, they are always welcoming and available to parents' concerns. The physical space is great, and really well taken care of, with plenty of indoors and outdoors spaces, with freeflow to the garden. The communication with parents is regular, including the children progress on their daily activities. The children participate in the school assemblies weekly, and they also have lunch together with the school children. This is an excellent nursery within an amazing little infant school.

My son loved going to this nursery. The staff were all so lovely and easy to talk to and helped my son settle in very quickly. He went for a year and he was so happy there we applied for the school where he continues to be happy.

The facilities are great in nursery with 2 large rooms for loads of different activities. The outside area is lovely and big and they are free to come in and out. I would not hesitate in recommending this nursery to anyone. It's brilliant.

Springfield nursery is truly wonderful. My daughter currently attends and is thriving. She loves to go every day and enjoys all the activities. My eldest daughter also attended and Springfield nursery gave her an excellent foundation for starting school.

The staff are amazing, truly caring and take a genuine interest in the children. The facilities are clean and colourful with a huge range of play-based activities. My daughter is learning so much. Her personal favourite is the planting. I can't recommend this great setting enough.

My daughter has just started nursery this term, she is my 2nd daughter to attend Springfield Nursery.

I cannot praise the nursery enough. The children are nurtured beautifully. They have wonderful opportunities to learn and finish their time in the nursery and truly ready for school itself (one already has) and the transition is seamless. My daughter that is currently attending the nursery is thriving, she absolutely loves her nursery days. I couldn't be more happier currently.

Both our children have been to Springfield Infant School and Nursery and they both love it. The staff are great and really care about the children. Being part of an infant school has lots of benefits as there is all the space and facilities you might want. The children also get the social interaction with older school children and if they end up attending reception it makes the transition very easy and straightforward. No hesitation in recommending enrolling your child a "Duckling".

The staff and setting for this nursery are perfect for my child. The staff give such special care to the children and make them feel happy and secure. The learning is phenomenal, I am so proud of the knowledge my child has learnt within Ducklings. The resources are so varied, there are lots of activities set out daily and the outside space is exciting for the children to play and learn in.

I started as a nursery practitioner at Springfield in September 2022, I have worked in childcare for the last 5 years in different schools and I enjoy every moment of it. I’ve always known I wanted to work with children, it’s such a rewarding job. In my spare time, I really enjoy going to the zoo as my favourite animal is a giraffe.
