My son has been at this nursery since the end of 2020, and I couldn't recommend it more highly. Their teachers and leaders are thoughtful, empathetic, creative and supportive. I'm amazed at the variety of activities, from dance parties to toasting marshmallows over the fire and meeting lizards! My son has a light disability and not only has the nursery been an incredible partner and supporter to us in parenting him, but he's not even the only child in the group with special needs - we've made friends for life in some of the other children, and he has really flourished and been very happy here so much so that we chosen to keep him in the attached primary school. Big thanks Little Learners!
First school at the Little Learners: St Saviour's Nursery is such a fantastic setting. Our child has really enjoyed being there and has learned a lot about nature, growing plants and vegetables and where they come from, the environment, fire and their precautions, animals and how we should look after them, outdoor activities and a lot more. The whole team of teachers are exceptional and we wish the adventure could continue for longer.
We have two children at Little Learners: St Saviour's Nursery and both absolutely love it. Their carers are wonderful, attentive, supportive and observant. The grounds are large with very creative outdoor space. The inside is magical, full of books and decorations and activities. I can't recommend it highly enough.
Thank you for taking the time to write this lovely review.
An excellent nursery, run by a team of incredibly caring staff-members. Our son has absolutely loved his time there and that's all down to the staff. He runs in excitedly every day.
My son, who is now 4, has attended St Saviour's Nursery since July 2016 when he was 20 months old. I wouldn't hesitate to highly recommend it to parents for young children of any age. I have always found the staff to be warm and caring, they are creative and put the children at the forefront of everything they do. The rooms are bright and varied and the outside space is exceptional and extensively used. I feel my son is very much part of the wider family at the school as well and the overall atmosphere at St Saviour's is a very welcoming one.
I am very pleased with this nursery. My son has settled well and is learning lots! Staff are great although a few have unfortunately left recently. I would definitely recommend it to others.
Nursery workers are very nice and take a lot of pride in their care for the kids. It always surprises me when they remember the parent's names, too! Good feedback and almost always keep us informed about what's going on. I say almost always, but my child is only in 3 days a week so less of an opportunity to pass on relevant information!
My child has been in this nursery since he was one and is now in the final class before he goes to reception. We have had a very positive experience so far as the staff are caring and accommodating to my child's individual needs. The nursery also provides the children with fun activities and helps the children become more independent in their self-care skills. My only point for improvement is, over the years there has been a high turnover of some staff and my child has found this a little unsettling. Maybe the nursery should have a longer notice period for staff leaving in order for the nursery to replace them appropriately and on time. Recently, as result of staff leaving, I feel that the level of care has somewhat decreased and have found on some occasions when picking up my child, the environment to be chaotic and not well managed. Also raising the fees twice in under a year is a bit unfair, particularly if you have two children attending the nursery, but annually is acceptable.
This is an excellent nursery. Staff are caring and professional and treat every child with such kindness and warmth. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to friends and family.
Thank you. I will pass it onto the team.
The staff are excellent. Very warm and welcoming. The provision is outstanding! My child is extremely happy at the setting.
The staff are very friendly, and always give you a good review of the day, to let you know what they have eaten and what they have learned for the day.
My daughter is always happy when I pick her up and she talks about what she had learned today. She is always very excited to go to nursery the next day.
I would recommend this nursery to others.
I'm particularly happy with the amount of time the children spend outdoors and like the variation in activities. Sammy Sounds and Forest School are big hits with my 3.5 year old and generate a lot of talk at home about what was done or learnt in the sessions.
I feel like I'm given a lot of feedback at the end of the day and the regular posts on to the parent's app are a really great way of seeing what they've been up to and generate conversation at home with them.
My two children have been at this nursery for years and my husband and I are very happy. It provides a safe, nurturing environment for them to learn and thrive. The outdoor space is incredible (forest school). Staff and management team are not only competent and professional but also friendly and very approachable. Preschool and reception work closely together making the transition to school easy for children. Very happy overall, and we are always recommending it to friends with young children.
I am very pleased with Little Learners St Saviours. My son is extremely happy there, learning new things every day and is very stimulated. The teachers exhibit genuine care and understanding towards the children and nurture them in every way they can.
Leaving my daughter at a nursery was scary and I have nothing but praise and thanks for the carers who have made both myself and my daughter welcome and supported. The nursery helped transition my daughter from Bunnies (approx. 1-2 years) to Tigers (approx. 2-3 years) in January and it was similar to the first joining Bunnies at just short of 12 months, full of love, patience and care. Since moving to Tigers the development of my daughter's speech and understanding has been phenomenal. She has a strong bond with both her peers and the carers. The nursery is great at reporting back on my daughter's activities and emotional state (nearly always excellent happy mood) for the day, not to mention her meals, naps and nappy changes. The nursery is clean with great facilities and the option for Forest School is brilliant. I'm so impressed by the staff, they are always friendly and on top of everything. I am extremely grateful for this nursery and the staff who are amazing.
Little Learners is a great nursery with fantastic staff and great facilities both outdoors and indoors.
We absolutely love it and would highly recommend it.
