Little Rascals Pre-Prep

Our daughter has been at Little Rascals since 2020 and joined Pre-Prep this year. The manager is a great manager for the pre-prep, and our little girl has fun every day with a variety of new activities (inside and outside) that keep her entertained. The rest of the staff are so caring and she has made great bonds with them, even as she’s growing up and moving rooms.

We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Little Rascals Pre-Prep.

Our child's been at Little Rascals since November 2021 and we've been really pleased with the staff and the experience our child has had. She's ready for school and has positive connections with her caregivers. A good range of activities and a good balance between structured and unstructured play. Would recommend.

My son has been at Little Rascals since 9 months old and spent 1.5 years in the pre-prep. They are a lovely team of people who really care about the children they look after. My son has been so happy there and made great friends and grown so much. I couldn't recommend them enough for everything from their care, to the food, to the way the nursery is laid out and the outdoor play. They have helped him prepare for school and supported that transition brilliantly and I feel so much more confident that he will do well on his next chapter than I would have done without their support.

Since moving to the borough, my son has been welcomed with literal open arms into the preschool. He has an amazing outside space to explore, so many daily creative and educational projects, and a nice healthy dose of messy play. He is well fed, happy and confident. Staff are attentive and kind, I really could not ask for more.

There is a relaxing feel with lovely, thoughtful activities and an excellent garden which our son really enjoys. Staff are always happy to discuss things at drop off and pick up and the children all seem happy, kind and friendly. We are very happy with our choice of preschool!

My son has attended Little Rascals Pre-Prep for approximately eighteen months and absolutely loves it. The staff are caring and provide an excellent range of activities for all the children. My son has made some great friends and we have seen his confidence grow during his time here. The staff are always supportive, thoughtful and responsive to any questions you have as a parent. I feel his time at Little Rascals has really helped him in his early years and is setting him up well for school.

My daughter's been at Little Rascals for over two years. She has really enjoyed her time at Little Rascals and has grown in confidence and independence. She enjoys the learning activities and loves the outdoor space in which they spend lots of time. She always comes home with a smile on her face and talks about her friends and the activities she did. The staff are always friendly and helpful and really care about the children. The location and hours have been useful too.

The staff and management are very kind and supportive when settling my daughter into the nursery. They have a lovely outdoor space and large classrooms.

Little Rascals is a friendly and fun environment. My daughter has been with Little Rascals since 2020 from nursery up through Pre-Prep. She loves the staff who have helped her become much more confident and we as parents feel very happy leaving her in their care.

Our little girl has loved Little Rascals Pre-Prep, from starting at one year right through to moving onto school. The staff are really friendly, fun and caring and form close bonds with the kids. Interesting activities are planned all the time and every day my daughter comes home telling me about something new she has learnt. I think Little Rascals has done a great job in ensuring she is ready for school. She loves the food and the menu is really varied. My daughter goes in every day happy and when I collect her she always wants to stay longer to keep playing - so really can't ask for more than that.

My son has really enjoyed his time at Little Rascals Pre-Prep. He developed independence during his time in the younger pre-prep room and his move to the older pre-prep has helped prepare him for school; by learning through play. The team know each child very well and the staff dote on them. He has made friends and is happy. I am reassured to go about my day knowing he is well looked after and safe.

This nursery seems glossy on the surface but the substance doesn’t match.

Our boy has really thrived at Little Rascals, having been there for nearly 3 years now. The staff are friendly and know the children well, the safeguarding system works well and the facilities seem good. Unlike some nurseries I've heard about, the menu seems to be balanced and varied. The location (next to the train station, in the centre of town) and the slightly longer than usual hours are added bonuses.

We feel the staff have coped really well during the lockdown under trying circumstances and hugely appreciative of the hard work the whole teams puts in to make sure our son and his friends stay safe, healthy and engaged.
