Cumnor Nursery

My son has thrived at Cumnor. From day one, the kind and thoughtful nature of the staff along with their nurturing care have given me absolute peace of mind that he is in the right place. The setting itself is exceptional, the light and airy main building as well as the playing fields and woods, perfect for children to explore, learn and grow. The children get to swim, cook, dance and do music too. But most importantly, my son loves it. I couldn't be happier, the nursery is excellent in every way.

Cumnor House nursery is superb. The staff are always kind and friendly, where nothing is too much trouble and the range of activities on offer are outstanding. My child has been so happy there and is always excited to go. The facilities are fantastic as the nursery is a new purpose built building, which is bright, clean and welcoming.

My son runs towards nursery every morning. The children are lovingly nurtured and seem to partake in lots of really fun activities including forest school, swimming, art, cooking as well as learning numbers and letters. Highly recommend!

This nursery has gone from strength to strength with exceptional facilities and incredibly dedicated, experienced and kind staff. The opportunities for learning and developing within safe and stimulating surrounds are extensive. As a parent, I have had happy reports from my children and as I have observed other children interacting with mine, I am constantly impressed with the approach that the staff have with all the children. It is a haven, a playground, a classroom, an adventure.

My son loved every minute of his time here, and has just left for his first term of reception at Cumnor, a happy and confident child. The teachers were amazing in every way, guiding him to accept boundaries, to share and really building his confidence and friendships with new friends. I believe fore mostly he felt secure and listened to, therefore he flourished. Our family will always have the utmost gratitude to the fabulous team at Cumnor Nursery.

My son loves coming to this nursery. All the staff are so friendly and helpful. My son is on the go all the time and I couldn’t think of anywhere else that could meet his needs. He comes home so happy and can’t wait to tell me all the amazing things he has done. I would highly recommend this nursery to anyone.

Cumnor has far exceeded my expectations for a nursery for my son. We have used 2 previous nurseries, one in the same area and one in London and Cumnor has thoroughly impressed me and my son with their care and support. On Sundays, we are excited about going to the nursery the next day, which has never happened before. The amount the children learn even without realising they are learning is fantastic. They have so much to do throughout the day. Our Son's development and behaviour and confidence has moved on leaps and bounds, I couldn't recommend Cumnor enough.

The nursery is a fantastic environment for children. It is warm, welcoming and fun. Both my 2-year-old and 4-year-old love it and have grown and developed as a result. It has great facilities and wonderful staff. The staff have gone the extra mile for my 4-year-old who has special dietary requirements and helped make sure that he does not feel left out in any way.

My child has recently started at Cumnor House Nursery and I could not have wished for a better start. She absolutely loves it, the staff have been so welcoming and she looks forward to going. She has already brought home cookery delights made at nursery which she was so excited about! It was definitely the right choice for her and us and I would highly recommend it.

This is not only an idyllic setting but the care of the children attending is exceptional. We had been to two other settings but the staff here go above and beyond our expectations. Our child is happy, growing in confidence & independence. She simply loves each and everyday.
