The nursery offers exceptional care, enriched by unique learning opportunities for your child. One such experience is child-friendly cooking classes, helping to equip children with valuable skills and deeper knowledge of the cooking process.
The baby room, situated upstairs, caters to the youngest children up to about 16 months, with three adjoining rooms designed to offer ample space and natural light. Connected to this room is the room catering for children aged from about 16 months to 2 years old. Both rooms are equipped with a range of equipment designed to encourage walking and promote steady development.
The room for children aged around 2 to 3 years old is divided into four smaller areas, allowing the team to focus on each child's individual developmental needs. The pre-school area for children aged around 3 to 4 years old is split into three smaller rooms, providing plenty of space for children to learn and grow.
The garden area is equipped with an allotment where children can learn about sustainable living through planting and growing their own food.
The garden also includes a play park situated within a vast woodland area on the nursery grounds. Here, children can enjoy a range of child-friendly equipment, including a sandpit, construction area, firepit, mud kitchen, and a bug hotel, affectionately known in the nursery as 'Buggingham Palace.'
This setting provides an outdoor classroom for children to connect with nature and enjoy learning in a unique environment.

My First Friends Droitwich is an amazing establishment. I send my daughter who is 17 months here 4 days a week and just seeing in the past year how much she has developed and learned is incredible. The staff that take care of my daughter show her and myself so much love and warmth. They are welcoming and always excited to see my little girl. I can check up daily on how she is doing at the nursery via the app and while at work I get to see pictures of my daughter playing and smiling (which is priceless). They have recently renovated the garden and it looks amazing. My daughter loves going outside to play. She gets a healthy balanced diet and they do different activities daily, focusing on different elements of my girls learning. If I explain to a member of staff something I'm doing at home, e.g. with her sleeping or potty training etc. they make sure they keep my daughter in the same routine.
Overall I am extremely happy with this nursery and I wouldn't send my daughter anywhere else.

My First Friends is a fantastic nursery with a highly dedicated, friendly, wonderful team behind them making each day a day of discovery and fun for the children that attend. My daughter has loved the nursery from day one, I could not be happier with the care and support she receives from the staff who are extremely professional and caring. The staff also take their time to send daily logs to keep parents updated with their children's progression and also to keep parents in the loop with upcoming dates/events at the nursery.
I would highly recommend My First Friends to anyone looking for a nursery.

Our daughter has come on leaps and bounds since going to My First Friends Nursery. Her confidence has soared, her social skills and independence has significantly improved. The staff are friendly and go above and beyond to make the children happy and settled, providing exciting and educational activities throughout the day. The outside facilities are great with a play area and vegetable patch etc. The wide range of meals provided are of good nutritional balance and has encouraged our daughters to enjoy new tastes.
As parents, a safe environment is priority number one and overall, we couldn’t be happier with the nursery and would recommend to anyone.

My 2yr old has been at First Quest since Jan 17. There's a lovely atmosphere and the staff are all friendly and talk/update you when drop off/pick up.
They do lots of different activities and have a lovely outside space. I like to get the updates on the Tapestry App to see what she has been up to....

As a whole, they are an enthusiastic team where my daughter has developed confidence and ability. She loves going there and we would highly recommend it.

My two boys have been going to First Quest for over a year, in preschool and in the before and after school club. They have both had such a great experience and love the time they spend there. The staff are amazing and build amazing relationships with the children. I love that it always feels so calm and relaxed but the kids also learn an amazing amount. Everyone at the nursery seems really committed to supporting the children and helping them to develop and enjoy nursery.

My daughter has been attending First Quest since she was 8 months old. She is now 4 and due to go to school this year. First Quest have always gone above and beyond to ensure both my daughter and us as her parents are happy. We used a sling with my daughter when she first started, and her key worker was more than happy to carry her in this when she needed to feel safe, or even for her naps! When we used cloth nappies, the staff took the time to learn how to change them and didn't request us to put her in disposables for ease. They created an environment as close to home (but far more fun), as possible.
As my daughter grew, it became apparent that she has additional needs. First Quest are so inclusive. Their staff took time to meet with other professionals involved in my daughter's care, created resources and constantly been in touch regarding her development. I will be very sad when my daughter graduates from here. She absolutely loves it.

My child goes to after-school club at the nursery and I found it really difficult to find somewhere suitable for him to go after school. He loves his key worker and all other nursery staff and enjoys all the activities they do in the cottage. They pick him up from school as well which is great.

When I moved to the area I was a newly single mum with two young children. I’m a childcare professional myself and have high expectations on who takes care of my children. I have not faulted First Quest. They both settled in incredibly quickly. My youngest has been there two years now, all staff are friendly and chatty. Their school readiness is top notch, their child-led play is constant with loads of outdoor activities. Staff interacting in the play not just supervising.
I’ve never had an issue with getting my girls to go in, they are eager. And if they are not feeling in a great mood there is always a member of staff willing to give them a hug. Staff are professional yet caring and nurturing. I don’t need to worry about my children are.

First Quest have been amazing! My son started here in October 2017 after a few "issues" at his previous nursery. To say I was nervous was an understatement. I didn't take moving him to a new setting lightly and I worried about this big change. I had absolutely no reason to worry at all. Staff are welcoming, friendly, professional and always trying their best to make sure both child and parents are happy. Their knowledge and the setting are second to none and my son has come on in leaps and bounds since starting. His speech is fantastic for his age now whereas before he wouldn't talk much. They have helped with routines, are always on hand for advice and I couldn't be more happy with my desicion to move him.
I used to dread going to work and having him cry everytime I left him. He now runs in with a smile on his face. Thank you so much.

My daughter has been attending First Quest nursery for more than 2 years now. Over those years I have been extremely impressed and pleased with the care she has received. The staff are always very welcoming and take the time to talk to my daughter as she enters and again at pick up, they find time to let me know how she has been.
The care at the nursery is excellent. Most important to me is that my daughter is always happy to go to nursery and is excited to tell me about the wonderful experiences she has had at First Quest each day.
