I can not fault the staff at My First Friends Droitwich. Each member of staff has gone out of their way to make my children feel comfortable and achieve while they are in their care.

My First Friends is a fantastic nursery with a highly dedicated, friendly, wonderful team behind them making each day a day of discovery and fun for the children that attend. My daughter has loved the nursery from day one, I could not be happier with the care and support she receives from the staff who are extremely professional and caring. The staff also take their time to send daily logs to keep parents updated with their children's progression and also to keep parents in the loop with upcoming dates/events at the nursery.

I would highly recommend My First Friends to anyone looking for a nursery.

Our little girl settled in really well. We were anxious as she was just under 6 months when she started, but she has flourished in her time at the nursery and is coming on so well developmentally. The staff are really friendly and have taken the time to get to know her so well and understand her needs really well.

Our daughter has come on leaps and bounds since going to My First Friends Nursery.
Her confidence has soared, her social skills and independence has significantly improved.
The staff are friendly and go above and beyond to make the children happy and settled, providing exciting and educational activities throughout the day.
The outside facilities are great with a play area and vegetable patch etc.
The wide range of meals provided are of good nutritional balance and has encouraged our daughters to enjoy new tastes.

As parents, a safe environment is priority number one and overall, we couldn’t be happier with the nursery and would recommend to anyone.

Our son has been at First Quest since he was 12 months old and his development has been fantastic and the team have been great in managing him.
The outside facilities are brilliant and I love the time they are outside maximised by the team.
The management have looked after us and been responsive to our loyalty with flexibility and good communications.

Would highly recommend to all.

My 2yr old has been at First Quest since Jan 17. There's a lovely atmosphere and the staff are all friendly and talk/update you when drop off/pick up.
They do lots of different activities and have a lovely outside space. I like to get the updates on the Tapestry App to see what she has been up to.

As a whole, they are an enthusiastic team where my daughter has developed confidence and ability. She loves going there and we would highly recommend it.

My two boys have been going to First Quest for over a year, in preschool and in the before and after school club. They have both had such a great experience and love the time they spend there. The staff are amazing and build amazing relationships with the children. I love that it always feels so calm and relaxed but the kids also learn an amazing amount. Everyone at the nursery seems really committed to supporting the children and helping them to develop and enjoy nursery.

Overall Experience
The whole nursery is a nurturing, emotionally warm environment. The staff get to understand each child's needs and preferences. There is a fantastic balance of inside and outside play and my daughter has progressed since attending. She looks forward to her sessions and has enjoyed all rooms.

The support the nursery has shown to me as a single parent has been amazing, supporting our family in our change in dynamics.

My Son has attended First Quest nursery since August 2017. When he first started he was very shy and didn't like mixing with other children. Since being at Quest he has grown more confident and can build relationships with other children. He has developed so much in such a small amount of time and it's all down to the hard work of all the staff at First Quest.

Our daughter has settled in really well since transferring to First Quest last November. She enjoys going so much that sometimes she doesn't want to leave! They are fantastic with her and look after her really well. It's very reassuring to know she's in safe hands. First Quest were also very helpful when I was organising our daughter's transfer from her previous nursery.

My daughter has been attending First Quest since she was 8 months old. She is now 4 and due to go to school this year. First Quest have always gone above and beyond to ensure both my daughter and us as her parents are happy.
We used a sling with my daughter when she first started, and her key worker was more than happy to carry her in this when she needed to feel safe, or even for her naps! When we used cloth nappies, the staff took the time to learn how to change them and didn't request us to put her in disposables for ease. They created an environment as close to home (but far more fun), as possible.

As my daughter grew, it became apparent that she has additional needs. First Quest are so inclusive. Their staff took time to meet with other professionals involved in my daughter's care, created resources and constantly been in touch regarding her development. I will be very sad when my daughter graduates from here. She absolutely loves it.

My child goes to after-school club at the nursery and I found it really difficult to find somewhere suitable for him to go after school. He loves his key worker and all other nursery staff and enjoys all the activities they do in the cottage. They pick him up from school as well which is great.

When I moved to the area I was a newly single mum with two young children. I’m a childcare professional myself and have high expectations on who takes care of my children. I have not faulted First Quest. They both settled in incredibly quickly. My youngest has been there two years now, all staff are friendly and chatty. Their school readiness is top notch, their child-led play is constant with loads of outdoor activities. Staff interacting in the play not just supervising.

I’ve never had an issue with getting my girls to go in, they are eager. And if they are not feeling in a great mood there is always a member of staff willing to give them a hug. Staff are professional yet caring and nurturing. I don’t need to worry about my children are.

First Quest have been amazing! My son started here in October 2017 after a few "issues" at his previous nursery. To say I was nervous was an understatement. I didn't take moving him to a new setting lightly and I worried about this big change.
I had absolutely no reason to worry at all. Staff are welcoming, friendly, professional and always trying their best to make sure both child and parents are happy. Their knowledge and the setting are second to none and my son has come on in leaps and bounds since starting. His speech is fantastic for his age now whereas before he wouldn't talk much. They have helped with routines, are always on hand for advice and I couldn't be more happy with my desicion to move him.

I used to dread going to work and having him cry everytime I left him. He now runs in with a smile on his face. Thank you so much.

First Quest is a brilliant nursery whose staff genuinely care for the children and go above and beyond. They have helped me no end with my son and I would recommend the nursery to anyone and everyone.

My daughter has been attending First Quest nursery for more than 2 years now. Over those years I have been extremely impressed and pleased with the care she has received. The staff are always very welcoming and take the time to talk to my daughter as she enters and again at pick up, they find time to let me know how she has been.

The care at the nursery is excellent. Most important to me is that my daughter is always happy to go to nursery and is excited to tell me about the wonderful experiences she has had at First Quest each day.

My daughter has attended First Quest for four years now and started at the beginning of the Quest journey. It's been a pleasure to see her grow in her achievements and develop through each stage of her time at the nursery. The staff have always been amazing with her and she loves her time there. Shes always enjoying the set activities and enjoys playing in the play area and woodland space outside. She has been encouraged to plant veg and plants and look after the pet rabbits in the garden.

I'd recommend this nursery and have done.

First Quest is a brilliant nursery and the staff are so friendly and helpful. My child has come on so much since being at First Quest. I always highly recommend your nursery if anyone asks about a nursery in Droitwich.
If there is ever a problem, the staff are always there to help. Brilliant nursery, I'll be sad when my child leaves next year.

Well done, you're doing a brilliant job. The facilities and outside space is brilliant and always stuff for the kids to do.

Hello, I'm Leanne, and I'm the Nursery Manager here at The Old Station Nursery Droitwich.

As a nursery, we are always focusing on making sure the children in our care have plenty of access to meaningful and age-appropriate resources, as well as regular outdoor play, to make sure that they are constantly developing vital skills, as well as having fun at nursery!
