The Old Station Nursery Droitwich

My little boy loves nursery so much, he settled in immediately and cannot wait to go to nursery every morning. They have been excellent in terms of communication regarding my child's development and are always happy to have a chat at the end of the day when I'm collecting him.

My son had never left me before starting at the nursery so it was a massive change for him, but all the team have done an amazing job with him now he smiles every time I leave him.

My son has attended nursery here full time since he was 9 months old and he absolutely loves it! It's a fantastic nursery and i couldn't wish for a better place to send him too. I love that we receive daily updates on what he's been up to and what he's eaten throughout the day. The staff are lovely. Extremely friendly and caring. Couldn't recommend this nursery enough!

My daughter was born during the first lockdown and therefore hadn’t socialised with other adults or children until she started at My First Friends. Thanks to their patience she’s now a confident, sociable toddler. They also have great facilities.

I started back at work in Droitwich so managed to get my son back into My First Friends, as I love it there. The staff are brilliant, and the activities the kids get up to on a daily basis are brilliant. Also the variety of foods they try, it’s not every day you get chance to create new things. Well worth the money!

My son has been at My First Friends for 18 months and he absolutely loves it. The staff are so caring, accommodating and the communication is always excellent. The outside facilities are amazing and the children do such a range of activities. I can't thank the staff enough for their support for not only my child but also us as parents, especially with the pressure of a pandemic! Every member of staff is first aid trained which gives me huge peace of mind when you're leaving your child for the day knowing they will be safe. So glad we chose this nursery!

My First Friends is a welcoming and friendly nursery. Our daughter has been attending this nursery since August 2020 and she absolutely loves it. The staff are very kind and attentive, I cannot recommend this nursery enough. We relocated to a new area and therefore our daughter had to leave a nursery she loved, naturally we were anxious. However, the staff were so understanding and caring, we really didn’t have any concerns after her first week, she settled in so quickly. My First Friends have a great outdoor space, there are lots of outdoor toys, a vegetable patch and woodland type area. Our daughter regularly participates in arts and crafts and they have daily activities for the children to take part in.

First friends have prepared my child so well for school. The staff are wonderful, and always willing to assist with any problems. Without you all, my child wouldn’t be the confident individual he is. Big thanks to the team who has known them since they were 9 months old and has nurtured them from babies.

My son has been attending My First Friends for the past 3.5 years, and we are extremely sad we will have to say goodbye to staff this week as he is leaving to start school. We have known some of the staff since before then when our eldest son attended and they have become like our family. We are extremely happy with the care he has received at nursery, which has been exemplary, and we would not hesitate in recommending My First Friends. All of the staff are very warm, kind and caring, and every day the staff offer a large range of different activities. The meals are very generous and nutritious. The app provides lots of information. We are just sad that due to Covid we have missed out on building relationships more with staff and getting to know other children who attend and their parents. The staff did a wonderful graduation ceremony via Zoom, which all of our family watched proudly. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you; we will all miss you all.

An absolutely lovely nursery and preschool. My little one has had years of enjoyment there and is now off to primary school. The staff and key workers have worked with him for each step and transition. He has always been happy and supported, and all of us will be sad for him to leave.

Would fully recommend My First Friends Droitwich to anyone!

My son loves coming to My First Friends. He has so much fun and has really progressed, and even though he has got another year left until he starts school, he is ready to start now. The staff treat every child as an individual and work with their own personal needs.

But I know the girls have completely prepared him for his next adventure!

My son is just getting ready to leave, but he has absolutely loved his time at My First Friends Droitwich. The bonds and memories created with the staff are beyond measure, and he will miss them all loads. My son has attended since 2019, and every morning we get greeted with a smile, they really do go the extra mile, and I knew my son was 100% safe in their care 5 days a week. They provide healthy nutrition throughout the day, menu's my partner and I envy.

Staff are fantastic and always kept up to date with upcoming dates and events.

There are several good nurseries in Droitwich and several poor ones but we have found, after experiencing several that My First Friends Droitwich to be the best one. From day one, my son fell in love with everyone. We have noticed how quickly he started learning with the nursery staff in songs, language, dance and numeracy. Excellent work guys! The staff are excellent, lovely and above all extremely capable. We feel relaxed leaving our son in nursery because I feel so reassured that he is going to be well looked after and have a lot of fun. Fantastic outside area, the biggest I ever seen! Highly recommend My First Friends Droitwich.

Our daughter loves My First Friends Droitwich and always comes home happy and excited after a fun filled day. The staff are amazing, passionate, caring and cannot do enough to ensure that my daughter is happy, she is constantly developing and learning new things. We like the outdoor area which includes park, woodland and play sheds to keep the children amused, they try to ensure they get some time outside every day. The app is great and keeps us updated throughout the day of meals, nappy changes, sleep and what my daughter has been up to. We get many pictures on the app every day which keeps us going while we are at work. The staff use the app to post regular observations and development reviews. My daughters eating has improved since attending nursery and the varied menu and snacks she is given has really helped with that. The nursery has a relaxed community feel, communication from management is excellent and we are kept up to date with news. Very pleased we chose this nursery!

My First Friends is an excellent nursery filled with dedicated and loving staff. My son started just over six months ago and settled in right away, he loves it so much he will often try to walk to the door when we are passing at the weekend. The care he receives from the team is second to none and certainly provides peace of mind for working parents. Every day is filled with fun and stimulating activities which appeal to the childrens interests as well as supporting their development. My husband and I have been amazed by the level of detail added to the app each day and it is lovely to see exactly what our son has been up to. We feel extremely lucky to live so close to such a fabulous setting.

In the two months that my 19-month-old has attended My First Friends after transferring from another local nursery, his development has improved massively. He seems happier within himself and is always happy to go in the mornings. He is now also virtually symptom-free after previously suffering from intolerances and toddler diarrhoea thanks to their meals and allergy policies. Their use of Makaton/sign-along at such an early age is great to see and gives us a new method of communication whilst he is still learning verbally. He is taken outdoors to play at least once a day, which he absolutely loves and their garden is incredible. Nothing is ever too much to ask and he has built strong bonds with staff and his key worker already.

Lovely nursery, great outdoor space. My daughter loves coming to nursery every day. The staff team are amazing, nothing is to much. She has come on leaps and bounds throughout her whole time at nursery.

Overall I am extremely happy with this nursery and I wouldn't send my daughter anywhere else.
