Brilliant Nursery.
Both my children have flourished at this nursery.
Communication with staff and management have always been good.

Over time we have formed brilliant relationships with the staff that work here.

Overall Experience

Our experience of My First Friends nursery has been excellent. The staff are very attentive, friendly and caring. They have taken the time to get to know our daughter and her personality and do an amazing job of looking after her throughout the day. We get regular updates on the app to see how much fun she is having and this is very reassuring for us. our daughter loves attending nursery and seeing the staff and her friends.

The staff at My First Friends have made the nursery transition for my little boy so easy. They always communicate with me and I get regular updates throughout the day SO I always know what's Going on. They do lovely activities and have great facilities. My little boy is always happy when I pick him up and I can tell he has had a great day. The staff are all so friendly and welcoming and I would definitely recommend to other parents!

Can't fault anything, the time & care they provide are fantastic. There is an excellent range of activities & things to do.

The food is also very varied allowing the little one to try all sorts of flavours & textures.

My First Friends has been part of our lives for the last 3 1/2 years and I could not have asked for more kind, nurturing and supportive people to take care of my son.
The staff know the children inside out and are 100% committed to ensuring that they that they are nurtured and happy, alongside providing opportunities for them to develop socially, physically and emotionally. Parental communication is exceptional: daily updates are given and it is also easy to contact the nursery managers (the response is always prompt).
In addition to this, even though this is already an outstanding setting, managers listen to parental feedback and are constantly striving to make improvements (e.g the carpark, internal renovations, brand new resources/equipment).

I am so grateful to everyone at My First Friends for the most wonderful start they have given him.

Staff are very attuned to my childrens needs & progress. They seem genuinely interested & very supportive. The updates on the app are lovely
They do lots of nice/creative activities that we don't always have time to do that at home.
Outside area is great.

Would love it to be cheaper!

A great nursery! So pleased with the care given to my children. The staff are so friendly and really care. In particular the staff were excellent in helping with potty training. They took the stress away and made the whole process so much easier.
Staff in the baby room have been wonderful in helping baby settle in very quickly.

Great staff, love the kids which makes leaving them easier.
Management always helpful & sensitive to needs.
Would love more photos for our daughter has been better in last few weeks.

I'm sure she does loads of activities & goes outside lots so love to see (but appreciate you are hands-on with babies).

I can't give this nursery enough positive feedback! The manager and her whole team are the most incredible people, always putting the children at the heart of everything they do. They always do everything they can to support both the children and parents!
The rooms are all kept clean and tidy with lots of exciting toys and well-planned activities and natural light, giving the children the best environment. The room leaders and other staff members are always so attentive to my child's needs and I really feel like they all genuinely love and care for him as much as I do and do everything they can to help him succeed!
They do such an amazing job at keeping me up to date through the app about everything my son gets up to throughout the day.

My son has been with this nursery since he was 9/10 months old (he is now 2) and I have never had a bad experience with any aspect of the nursery or the team. My son is always happy and excited to go to nursery here and I can't ask for much more!

Excellent nursery with very professional staff.
Son is always happy in clean clothes and nappy at the end of the day where you get a handover to explain everything they've done throughout the day.

The app is extremely useful and staff update it regularly throughout the day with pictures and descriptions of activities and meals.

My First Friends have gone above and beyond to care for my son since he started. The staff are genuinely invested in the children and they always greet him with a huge smile. My son has additional needs which nursery have been fantastic in meeting and keeping us informed of progress and changes to his day. I can't recommend this setting enough.

I cannot rate this nursery highly enough! They have always been so accommodating and so kind and nurturing with my daughter. There was a medical emergency with my little girl and they were incredible! They went above and beyond and then some - when I fell apart. My daughter always comes out happy and always looks forward to going. The handovers are always thorough and informative and the app used to keep in contact during the day always provides us with some much-loved photos of her day. We will be forever grateful to My First Friends Droitwich for everything they have ever done for us as a family and our little girl too.

I highly recommend My First Friends Droitwich. It has been a fantastic start to our daughter’s life when she has been allowed to thrive, learn, socialise and develop.
The staff are caring, nurturing and supportive. The setting is lovely, with a large outdoor area, facilities which suit all the different ages, and often extracurricular activities. The activities they do allow the children to learn but have fun at the same time. Our daughter has been going here since 10 months, she goes in happily, and talks about what she has been up to at home which speaks volumes. She adores her key person and they are someone we trust and feel so comfortable around.

We are very happy here.
