Been at this nursery for a number of years, two kids have gone through and have experienced various rooms and practitioners. Youngest is currently in the preschool room. The facilities and activities are great, all very new, fabulous resources, interactive whiteboards, sensory room, proper art lessons,
yoga, in-house chef, my eldest went into reception doing phonics and writing thanks to this nursery. However, this is not why I rate them highly. What really matters and makes a huge difference is that their practitioners truly care about the children. We receive accurate, honest feedback. They know each child incredibly well. We have experienced another very popular nursery in the area prior to this one and when comparing the two, there really is no comparison. The bonds our children formed with the practitioners and management team at this nursery are at a different level. Children feel loved, safe and are very happy here. We are lucky to have such great childcare available to us.

We couldn't be happier with our experience (and our children's experience) of The Winchmore Hill Day Nursery. They love going in and love all the staff they interact with.
The staff are all so caring, attentive and friendly. Feedback is very regular via the app, showing full range of activities completed
during the day with plenty of pictures. Management communication is very quick, helpful and accommodating in any way they can be.
What we love;
The amount of learning and activities the children are exposed to.
The social interaction with adults (staff) and other children.
The manners, routine and values which all the staff seem to instil in the children.
The quality of food (organic, cooked in-house from scratch - nothing processed).

Absolutely fantastic nursery! The team at Winchmore Hill Preschool are incredible. They listen to your concerns and wishes and always try to accommodate you. The children are their utmost priority and my son absolutely loves his key workers. The food is made from scratch every day (bake their own bread
etc). They will try to follow your child’s home routine as much as possible. No complaints, great nursery

This is an awesome nursery. From the positive morning greeting to the communicative handover at the end of the day, and a fun-packed, caring and educationally-helpful day in between, I cannot express enough good things. I would highly recommend this nursery, and much credit goes to the tremendous staff.
Needless to say, our child absolutely loves it. Bravo to all the team including all support staff!

Son loves going to nursery everyday!
Staff are absolutely lovely and genuinely care and love my child.
I feel reassured dropping him off everyday!

We are fortunate enough to have 2 kids raised by the thoughtful, caring, passionate and friendly staff and management at Winchmore Hill Nursery. The progressive learning opportunities have given our children an open mind and a head start at school. Children are also taught to be kind and fair, generous

I am so glad I chose The Winchmore Hill Day Nursery for my son's early years education. It took a little while for him to settle in, but with the care and support of all staff, he soon settled in and now loves going to preschool. Seeing how much he has excelled since starting in January 2023 is amazing.
The staff go over and beyond for him, and it’s a joy to see.

My son and daughter attend this nursery. I can wholeheartedly recommend it. My wife and I are extremely impressed. The staff are amazing, the setting is excellent and the management are supportive and helpful. The communication between the nursery and us is like no other and really puts us at ease.

I highly recommend Winchmore Hill Preschool. Our child was unhappy at other nurseries he had attended and the difference at this one is that the staff really care about the children. I truly feel they care about his wellbeing and emotions. Making sure to greet them at the door every morning and accompany
them to their room and bringing them out for a one on one chat with the parents at the end of every day. They do so many amazing activities with them that I would never be able to fulfil with him at home with dedicated art class and yoga. We are so happy we have a safe, loving place for him to be all day while we are working.

We are both thrilled with the care, attention and encouragement our child receives at The Winchmore Hill Preschool. We were automatically welcomed from the moment she came in and made to feel at ease. They are well equipped with a range of toys and activities to keep her happy and engaged! Everyone
is incredibly friendly and the constant communication via the app to keep us informed on what they have been doing but equally, our child's progress week on week, is even more than we hoped for. We cannot recommend this nursery highly enough and feel lucky that we were able to secure our child a place here. We both feel completely confident leaving them in the capable hands of the staff. Really happy with the nursery our son is thriving there. Staff are great and there are lots of structured activities. Good feedback on the app each week. Would highly recommend! Good outdoor space and play area too.

My daughter is currently in the rising 3’s room at The Winchmore Hill Preschool and has been attending the nursery since she was 9 months old.
My daughter adores nursery and without fail is excited to attend every session.
Online updates and pictures give me a glimpse into her education where I can
see it is full of creative and imaginative play, giving her a solid grounding and allowing her to meet her EYFS targets.
The nursery staff work in a collegiate manner with every member of staff knowing my daughter's name and stage of development in the necessary detail. Each morning she is greeted at the door with a smile and a hug. Staff are keen to hear updates from me and are quick to act should I need help or support in my role as her mother.
I recommend the nursery without any hesitations.

We have been very pleased with the care our child has received since starting at the nursery. The staff are knowledgeable and caring, they take into consideration children's interests and plan fun and engaging activities. They get to know the children well and communicate with families well. The children
are kept safe and the setting is well resourced and kept clean and tidy. The recent Ofsted inspection shows a true reflection of a wonderful setting! Would definitely recommend!
