Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery Eltham

We really recommend this nursery - we have had 2 of our children attend and our third is due to start later this year. Every room has been such a great experience, they have a brilliant schedule of varied activities and the staff are so welcoming and lovely, they know every child so well. They are really effective at making the children happy, our daughter loves going in to see her friends and we love hearing the stories of her day. Our daughter who left for primary school was so confident after being in this setting it really eased the transition into school for her.

All the staff are so lovely and friendly and my son’s face lights up the minute he sees them. I couldn’t recommend this nursery any more!

My son is coming on leaps and bounds since starting recently. He is my second child to attend the nursery and I am so happy to have a setting I can trust will meet his needs and support him to develop. He loves his key workers and talks about her at home. He takes part in lots of activities and brings crafts home. I love seeing the updates knowing he is having lots of fun.

Both of my children have attended Monkey Puzzle Eltham and experienced a nurturing, fun and creative environment, with teams in each room who clearly care deeply about every child. My daughter has just made a smooth transition from the Baby to Toddler rooms and I cannot praise highly enough the support she received from the Baby Room team, as well as the management and kitchen staff, in light of her medical condition, which requires a special diet and care needs. Everyone went above and beyond and we’ll never forget their kindness, nor the massive smiles on our daughter’s face whenever she saw her key worker and other members of the team.

Overall couldn’t be happier.

I cannot say a bad word against Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery Eltham. When you send your child/children to a nursery, you have many fears of how they will be treated/looked after, but I can honestly say I drop my son to such caring, kind, loving members of staff, and I walk away without a single fear. You are updated throughout the day on everything your child has eaten, nappy changes, naps and many pictures of them having such fun. The variety of activities they offer the children to do each day is something I could never offer my child as a working parent, so knowing they are able to experience all this and are not missing out takes away some of the mum's guilt. This nursery is like an extended family to my children. I am forever thankful for the love and care both my children have received and are still receiving.

My boys have only been in this nursery for two months but have had the best experiences! They have been so happy and settled and really enjoy going to this nursery. This is the second nursery we have tried, and it has been 100 times better than their previous nursery. All those working there are so friendly and engaged, and my boys love them! I feel like they learn so much, and they do so many activities. Would very much recommend it.

My niece attends Monkey Puzzle Eltham 3 times a week and we couldn’t be happier with the staff and facilities provided to her, she is always so enthusiastic and excited on her days to attend which makes drop offs and pick ups a pleasure and never a dread. The online system is also great as I'm able to see what she’s up to during the day and all the fun activities she gets involved with. We couldn’t be happier.

Absolutely love this nursery, all staff are brilliant and so kind (not just the teaching staff, all of them) I feel like I leave my daughter with a member of my family when I drop her in, very caring and they genuinely care for the children. Best nursery I have put my children in, couldn’t recommend enough.

Our boy has been there since baby room and has now graduated from the 'big' school - couldn't have been happier with the care he received and the friendships he's made.

My child has just finished his time at Monkey Puzzle, and we would really recommend this nursery. Since he started in 2020, it’s improved hugely in terms of its curriculum and education offered for the children. The staff are really good and enjoy being with children. They get to know your child and will work hard to meet their needs. My child made some great friends at this nursery and has had a brilliant start to his education. Thank you.

My child has thrived since starting in the baby room in January. She may be grumpy at home sometimes, but she loves going to nursery and smiles all day. She adores the adults, and her physical and emotional development is well-supported.

This nursery is truly amazing. I took my son out of a nursery before coming to Monkey Puzzle and was so nervous about how it would be, but I shouldn’t have worried because he loves it, and the women are amazing. I never have to worry about him because the care is just exceptional, from the activities to the kindness and caring nature of the workers.

My son has been attending Monkey Puzzle for just over two years now. He is leaving at the end of this month and starting big school in September. Since starting, he has come on leaps and bounds and absolutely loves all the girls at Monkey Puzzle. For me, the staff have been amazing throughout, and I could not fault them at all. They are a great bunch, and we will both miss them all dearly.

My son has thrived at Monkey Puzzle. He is always eager to start his day and get involved in the numerous activities that are prepared for the toddlers. I can honestly say I have not picked up my son (and I do pick him up at random times) and noticed he needs a nappy change. A true sign of great care. Thank you, Monkey Puzzle.

My little girl is currently in the preschool room, and my baby boy is in the baby room, and I couldn't be happier with how both of them are getting on. I feel happy to leave them, knowing they will be cared for and happy. The communication I receive from the nursery is excellent; daily reports, photos and regular newsletters. The staff are all exceptionally friendly and very professional.

Fantastic nursery! Our boy has been here since a baby. He receives excellent care and has a lot of fun whilst I am at work. It's a fabulous setting with lovely staff, brilliant facilities, yummy meals and a whole range of planned activities to keep young children happy. I always enjoy finding out what he's been up to on their helpful app - although now he's old enough to tell me himself too!

We could not be happier with this nursery! The staff are kind, honest, hard-working, and full of energy. They care so much about the children that they work with and plan fun, timely activities which link well to the interests of the children, the seasons, current events and focus books that they share with the children. All of my children know that they are safe and cared for, they have fun every day and love the food too. A perfect start for our little ones. Thank you!
