My daughter attends Monkey Puzzle West Acton and I cannot recommend them highly enough. The management are so supportive and accommodating to our needs. They have created a loving and warm environment for all the children and as a parent, I have really seen all the positive changes that have taken place this last year. We are really happy we took the decision to keep our daughter at this nursery.
The activities are tailored with the child at heart. The garden is lovely as well as all other amenities such as toys and nap area.
All staff are welcoming and motherly creating a family for the children.
I advise anyone thinking about this nursery to come and see before jumping to conclusions.
We had our daughter join the nursery in January 2018 when they first opened and we saw the high turnover in staff. There is still no structure in place 9 months on. There is still chaos and it is a very disorganised place with a poor management in place. The latest members of management seem to lack experience especially with concerned parents and don't provide credible information. Some of the practitioners are very unprofessional. There is yet no established routine, food menus and development plan.
My daughter absolutely loves going to this nursery and made friends with all the children and teachers. She developed her social skills and independence in a short period of time.
All the staff are friendly and knowledgeable, I felt really grateful to find this lovely daycare nursery for my daughter.
Absolutely lovely nursery. Friendly and welcoming staff especially the managers. You can tell the children love them as they get lots of cuddles in the morning. Would definitely recommend to other parents. Nursery facilities are always clean and well looked after. The garden is amazing! Managers are very down to earth and understanding. Feels like a lovely family x
Excellent staff that take care to meet the needs of our little one. Staff always try to accommodate any special requests, such as following the dietary requirements for the baby or having a flexible attendance schedule.
My son loves his new nursery and talks about it all the time. The staff are genuine and approachable and smiley!
The management is strong and always there and are daily in the rooms with the kids and staff.
It's a super friendly place and we love it!
My son has attended this nursery since opening in January 2018. He started at 18 months and has grown to adapt quickly to this new and exciting environment. The staff are led and guided by a strong management team who are always present. The team as a whole have a really strong work and team ethic and this reflects on the children's learning and development. My son loves this nursery and I couldn't be more happier with the progress he has made so far. Any concerns are addressed immediately and exchanged for reassurance. Brilliant nursery!
He was in another nursery for 2 years before joining this, and I have to admit they are incomparable! 5 stars plus for such an amazing, positive, safe, encouraging environment for my kid

Our daughter has attended Monkey Puzzle West Acton since March of this year. She loves going to nursery each day, she is excited to arrive. The staff are great.
It's been around two months since my son started going to this nursery. I am very happy with the progress he has made in these two months. Very friendly staff, very creative environment and I like the way they handle the kids.
He never struggles to go to the nursery every morning. I never had to persuade him even once, and in fact, he is so looking forward to going to the nursery.
Everyone in the nursery treats him so nicely, it is a very friendly environment and they are having lots of activities every day.
They actually did implement the learning in fun concept.
The teacher will brief us about what have our little one has been through every day, all the activities they did together.
The best thing I see in the school is everyone is so passionate with children, not only to my son but to every single child.
I really owe them a "BIG" thank you for welcoming my son with a big smile in the morning and allowing me to bring the happy face back every day.

Hello, my name is Shpresa. I proudly co-own Monkey Puzzle West Acton. I am a mother of 3 wonderful grown children. My experience in childcare started as a foster parent; for 14 years, my husband and I cared, nurtured and educated children of different ages, genders, backgrounds, faiths and abilities and welcomed them all to be apart of our family.
As my children grew older, I began to do babysitting and nannying roles. Looking after and caring for children, keeping them safe, helping them develop and ensuring they have positive outcomes into adulthood has always been at the forefront of my mind. I am very passionate about all the children that have been a part of my life, be it as a mother or a carer, we all want the best for our children and I am so overjoyed to be coowning such an establishment that does exactly that.
