Hi,

I'm Faye, the Nursery Manager at Nuffy Day Nursery.

I have worked in the Early Years sector for over 10 years, since graduating University. I have worked in a variety of Early Years settings, and as a Nanny.

I have also recently completed my Early Years Teacher Status Qualification!

My heart really lies in Early Years - I love watching the children flourish and develop and as the Manager of a team, I love supporting the team to offer the best possible care to the children we look after.

I have worked at Nuffy Nursery for a number of years, and have a Level 3 Early Years qualification.
I really enjoy helping children to achieve their goals and milestones, and seeing their personalities develop!

I also feel that there is such a lack of male professionals in Early Years roles, and I strive to be an example of why more men should work in the sector!

I have worked with young children for a number of years - I started my career in the Early Years sector as a private nanny, and then moved to working in nursery settings for 8 years, taking on both Room Leader and Deputy Manager roles, before starting my won family.

I enjoy working with children as part of a team. I love to see the children grow and develop & I like to be busy and always enjoy a new challenge!

Hi, I am Courtney.

I am a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner and have worked with children of all ages from birth to 5 years.

I enjoy working with children as no 2 days are the same. I like to encourage and praise the children, whilst supporting their development & preparing them for school.

I like to work with and support the children to see them achieve and extend their own learning as they become individuals.

I have 5 years of experience in early years, ranging from the baby room to preschool. I completed my level 2 and level 3 early years qualification through an apprenticeship. I love being a role in the children's development and enjoy every child's unique personality. I always want the best for the children in my care and will adapt my approach based on each individual child's needs and ways of learning. I am caring, empathetic and form strong bonds with the children. I am paediatric first aid trained too.

I am Sara, an Early Years Practitioner at Nuffy Nursery.

I started working here in October 2021 and have recently completed my Level 2 Early Years Qualification.

I really enjoy outdoor play with the children, as well as signing songs.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, and reading.

I have worked at Nuffy Day Nursery for a number of years after starting my career in the creche.

I enjoy working with children because I like building relationships with the children and their families.

One day, I would like to use my qualification to travel, and learn about Early Years Education around the world!

Hi, my name is Natasha and I have worked with children for over 5 years. 3 years of that time was in a Special Educational Needs school.

I love working with children because I love seeing their progression and seeing them develop their social skills. It's amazing to watch them blossom!
As I have experience of working with children with additional needs, I love to make a positive impact in supporting children with their individual needs.

In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my daughter, socialising with friends and going for walks.

I've worked with children for about 11 years. Within that time, I have worked as a Baby Room Leader and worked in a Toddler room for the majority of my career, stepping up to the Room Leader role for 3 years. I hold a level 3 qualification. I enjoy lots of messy play activities and like to utilise my creative skills within the nursery by creating story sacks and other fun activities!

Hi, my name is Mai.

I've always been keen to work with children and after having my son, I went to work in a nursery for a while whilst he was in the Preschool Room. Most of my experience has been in the Baby Room, but I've also worked with older children too!

I love watching the children grow and develop and now, after having my daughter, I have come to work at Nuffy Bear Day Nursery!

My spare time is mainly focused on my children; we love going on adventures and days out!

Hi! My name is Leah, and I've worked in the Early Years Sector for over 5 years. I have also completed my Foundation Degree in Early Childhood.

Being able to build positive relationships with the children and support their growth and learning in a way that they enjoy is one of the many reasons I enjoy coming to work!

In my spare time, I like to spend time with my friends and watch my favourite movies!

I have worked with children for almost 3 years, and I find it very enjoyable as I'm not only helping to shape and support their early development, but I also learn so much from the children every day and have fun being curious and supporting them to take calculated risks. I admire their never-ending energy and enthusiasm for everything!

In my spare time I enjoy being sociable and spending time with family and friends. Watching a film and going out for food are some of my favourite things to do!

Hi, I'm Jodie.

I am Level 3 qualified and I have over 10 years of experience of working with children in both Preschool and Primary School settings. Throughout this time, I have also supported children with a variety of Special Educational Needs.

In my spare time, I enjoy being with my family and friends. I have 2 children, and lots of pets so I'm always busy! I love music, films, going to the gym and a bit of dance fitness.

Most of all, I like to laugh and have fun!

I have worked in the Early Years Sector for over 25 years!

I enjoy helping the children to develop, and supporting their imaginative play and story-telling. I also enjoy learning more about developments in Early Years by attending a variety of training courses to keep my knowledge up to date and provide me with fresh ideas on how best to support the children I look after!

Outside of work, I enjoy visiting National Trust properties as I have a keen interest in history!

I was born in Lisbon, and my favourite place to be is at the beach!

My journey in Early Years began over ten years ago in London. I always enjoyed observing children's creativity and curiosity about the world around them. Through play, positive interactions, safe environments, communication and language, we can help every child to reach their full potential during their formative years.

I love that children live to the motto 'It's all about play!' everything else comes second!

My two children have both attended the nursery and as a parent, I understand children's needs and eating habits.
I have a passion for nutrition and healthy eating!
