Everything within the nursery is amaxing wonderful staff and very supportive all the way through any situation. The activities, learning, playing with toys, garden very fun and open. So much kindness, love and welcoming within the setting.

We couldn't be happier with this nursery. The staff are incredibly kind and compassionate, and it's clear they genuinely care about every child. After a few emotional moments our little boy I now so happy there and puts out his hands to his key worked when we drop him off!
Communication is
excellent - the updates on the app are detailed and reassuring, and staff always take the time to chat properly at pick-up. We always feel informed and involved in his day.
We also really value the range of activities on offer. There are lovely opportunities for messy play, garden time, and even off-site adventures, which give the children such varied and enriching experiences.
'Parents' evening' was especially reassuring. The feedback was thoughtful and completely individualised - they clearly know his personality, his strengths and even his little quirks. It means so much to know he is understood and valued as an individual.
We feel very lucky to have found such a nurturing Nursery

Happy with care provided. Good handover end of day or though apps. Plenty of reassurance given when settling in. Enjoyable, engaging activities provided. Good facilities. Regularly asking for feedback, taking in feedback provided and action as required, evidently. Excellent and trustworthy members
of caring staffs.

Excellent nursery highly recommend. It is a small nursery with a big brand name, our child is known across all the staff even those not looking after him, as everyone takes an interest.
Care is excellent with regular touch points throughout the day as well the opportunity every day to ask
questions.
Interactions with our child is super and we've been surprised at the range of activities offered daily. The food is also very good (excellent) offered throughout the day and is of the highest quality.
Nothing is too much trouble and you don't feel as though the child is a number compared to other nurseries we have looked round.

Child has a great bond with key workers as he's moved up a room made another great bond.

We have had a excellent experience at nuffy bears so far, all the staff are kind, caring and professional and always have a smile to give. They always set up and have different activities each day and keep a nice balance of updates throughout the day so I always feel I know what my son has been up
to. Also, during the settling in process (baby room) the staff are incredibly honest and will tell you if your child has had a good time or emotional time which instantly builds trust as I never felt 'fobbed' off or 'lied' to even on my son's more emotional days. I would definitely recommend this nursery if you are looking for a safe, happy and fun place for your child to thrive. My son is so happy there.

Our daughter has been st Nuffy Bear North Bristol since she was 11 months old - she is now 18 months old and I can honestly say we couldn't be happier with her nursery setting; the wonderful staff she spends her time with and the environment they create there is all we could have asked for, when
taking the leap to having other people look after our pride and joy! The staff in all rooms and areas know her by name, they are so attentive and great at communicating with us in person and throughout the day using their app. We would recommend Nuffy Bear, in a heart beat. Thank you.

Our little boy has been at Nuffy Bear North Bristol for around a year now, since he was 11 months old, and we are so glad we picked this nursery! He's done so well there, he's made lots of little friends and seems to be doing something fun and different every day. The staff are so, so lovely,
friendly and caring. Even the staff in the other rooms know our little boy's name and always say hello and goodbye to him, one of the benefits of it being a small nursery. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone.

Nuffy Bear is a fantastic nursery and I am so grateful I managed to get my child in, the support I have received for my child and my family is remarkable and I can't express how grateful we all are. I would 100 per cent recommend Nuffy Bear to family and friends. My child settled in so well and
absolutely loves going to nursery. I am at ease knowing my child is happy safe and well looked after at all times.

This is the safest place I can put my child in. They are caring and kind. My daughter learns something new every day. She has a smile on her face when she enters the nursery. And she talks about whatever happened that day when she is at home.

The staff are very approachable, knowledgeable, caring, friendly and professional.
As parents, it has been easy to establish a rapport with the staffing team and they are always willing to provide time to discuss concerns or provide extra support if required.
They display sound knowledge of our
children’s needs and will always strive to tailor plans/care to meet their needs. They are very responsive and have supported us in implementing strategies at home to support our children’s emotional/behavioural/developmental well-being. They have also provided resources to do this.
The children have always established a good relationship with their key workers (who have been amazing).
The whole team are extraordinary.
The manager is very responsive and has evidently been a great asset to the setting.
Most importantly our children are happy.
Despite moving out of the area, we ensured our children remained within the setting.
I honestly would not want them to be cared for by another team.

My son has been attending 2 days a week since February. From the beginning, the nursery has been very organised and communicative, which was not my experience with all other childcare providers. I have no complaints at all. The staff are very friendly, the standard of care is high, communication is
strong, he seems to do enough and have fun and I'll be happy for him to attend till school.
All childcare is expensive but I feel like it is worth the money for decent care for long work days.

Fantastic nursery! My little girl is so happy here and I know she is always in safe hands, all the staff are amazing and so caring, they provide great activities and it is very well run.

My son started going to Nuffy Nursery a few months ago and he loves it! The settling-in sessions offered were really helpful in getting him familiar with the new environment. I love that I am regularly updated on my son via the app. My son enjoys the range of interactive and educational activities
and the staff are all very friendly, and welcoming and keep you well-informed. The staff are doing an amazing job and are definitely active contributors to my son’s development.

My children both love coming to this nursery. The staff are really friendly and can’t do enough for the children. They have both been thriving since coming to Nuffy Bears, I have recommended Nuffy Bears to my sister too so my nephew will also be coming here.

All of my three children have attended Nuffy Bears, and I can honestly say that it is a wonderful place to send your children. They will be known by name, by all staff, regardless of which room the staff are in - your child will be exceptionally cared for and valued for who they are. All staff are
excellent, work well together and have a genuine interest in your child's progress, happiness and enjoyment; you can leave your most important person in the world there while you work, and know they will be having an awesome day. The new app is a great way to communicate with staff, see observations of your child's progress, and quickly message the team - making the team's already great parent-nursery communication even easier. The nursery manager and assistant manager are a great team, and really respond to parent suggestions and queries - you honestly couldn't ask for more. My children have moved area, so we've had to move nurseries; whoever receives my children's places will be very lucky children indeed!

My daughter has been at Nuffy since June 2023 and settled in so quickly. The nursery has a lovely homely feel and is a nice size. The staff are so caring and my daughter has formed close bonds with them as well as with the other children. Getting regular updates on the app about food, sleep,
development milestones, general news, etc is brilliant and it’s great to see it in real time.
I can’t get over how much she has developed since she started there!

Our son loves going to Nuffy Bear at Bristol North! He’s been going since September 2023 and he’s come on so well. He’s more confident, eating really well and is developing with his speech and language too! He loves the staff and I know that they care deeply for him too. The updates we receive via
the app are brilliant and I love knowing how he’s getting on throughout the day. I know I’m leaving my son in a lovely safe environment and am so pleased we chose Nuffy Bear for him.

My son has now been at Nuffy Bears for just over a year, and we have been incredibly impressed. I was hugely nervous about transitioning him from a child-minding setting to a nursery setting as he can be quite quiet and reserved, but the staff have been so supportive and my son has developed really
close relationships with lots of the staff. We’ve also been having some behavioural issues recently, and the support from the staff and the management have been brilliant - not only by making sure my son is looked after but by making sure I am ok too! They host regular parents' evenings, but they’ve always been willing to meet at a separate time to talk about process or any issues. They also host parties where parents are encouraged to attend - it’s a really lovely opportunity to see the kids in this environment. And it’s clear when you do that the staff care so much about the children and the children love it too. Highly, highly recommended!

We have had the best experience with Nuffy Bear Nursery. Our son is thriving and has an amazing relationship with his lovely key worker. We're always astonished at the amount he does and learns at nursery and the detailed updates we get from his key worker. He is quite sensitive but the caring team
have really helped his confidence grow and he now walks in, smiling and often forgets to say goodbye to my partner at drop-off! We can't recommend this nursery enough!
