I had many different problems with them when my son attended. He was only there two days and I pulled him out within the first week. The manager is rude and becomes aggressive about money. When I wanted to pull my son out she was agitated and rude to me about why I wanted to pull him out. They told me he had been morngy all day which I find very unprofessional, they were charging me for his dinners which is fine but then never encouraged him to eat just left him to it. I was told to bring his own water bottle for covid and was coming home not touched which makes me believe he went five hours without even a drink of water. On the visit to look at the nursery, the manager said I was not allowed to ring in and ask how he was doing as they had a parent app that uploaded photos throughout his day. I never received one photo, I wouldn't recommend, this nursery was a horrible experience, they make it sound brilliant when really it isn't and will be going to Ofsted about it all.

My little boy has been attending the nursery since January 2019 when he was eleven months and so he has grown up with the staff. He’s always been well looked after and the manager is always willing to answer any queries straight away. They were great while closed over lockdown in 2020 and even called us during this time to check how our little boy was. Since going back I’ve been hugely appreciative of all the steps they’ve taken to keep all the children safe. They have managed to make the nursery fun, with smiles on their faces despite the difficult situation of wearing face visors. All the workers are lovely and the app they use to provide updates is really reassuring while myself and my husband have been at work.

My daughter started this nursery a half year ago. I was very worried how she would adapt, especially while during Covid-19 as she wasn't socialising. At first she did cry, but amazing support was given, not only for her, but for me as well and she is going to nursery with a big smile now. An app is used to record a child's day where observation, pictures, meals and information is posted, which I find very informative and useful. Thanks for amazing work Kinder Haven @ Town Gate Wyke.

My daughter has been at Kinder Haven for 2 years now (she’s 3 years old) and I’m still 100% happy with the amazing service and care they provide for my little one. I really enjoy getting daily updates of activities on the app so I can talk about her day with her. She loves nursery and the development they give her is fantastic- she’s absolutely thriving. My daughter is regularly coming home and talking about one practitioner, she wanted to invite her to her birthday party and this morning when leaving, was excited wondering if she would see this person today. It’s so reassuring that your child has built up such a good relationship at nursery, in my mind, this shows what a fabulous job they are doing. Thank you to all of the staff at Kinder Haven Wyke, you do a great job and we really appreciate you.

We are no longer allowed on the premises due to covid which is a shame as I used to enjoy watching my child interacting with her friend's upon arrival and leaving. She considers the practitioners her friends too. For example when I ask her did you play with your friends today she will say yes and the practioners name is always included when she reels off the names.

Very friendly and attentive staff, who in my opinion, provide the best home away from home care. After 5-months away from nursery, my little boy who is two with some developmental delays has phased back to three full days and is running into the nursery at drop off time. Not only is that a great sign of a great environment, but my little boy is also much happier and playful since being back at nursery, so their care has greater lasting effects beyond the time he is there.

I would not recommend this nursery and can think of many other excellent providers nearby.

Amazing facility and staff. My son has come on much in a short space of time which is just what he needed before starting reception! He is always keen to go into nursery and is always excited when I drop him at the entrance!

Excellent nursery in all respects. Very friendly staff and we are extremely happy with the care and development of our daughter. Her days are full of activities and she always says how she has had a great day at nursery.

My child has attended this nursery for about 18 months now. I can not fault this nursery in any area. He absolutely loves going. I had previously removed him from an inadequate nursery and obviously, after my previous experience, I was nervous. I had no need to be, they tick every box and my son thrives here. The staff are excellent and I would recommend this nursery to anyone looking for child care. Thumbs up all round.

My Daughter started here on September 19th when she was 18 months old for one day per week, initially on a Monday, but she didn't seem to get on well on that day, so with no hesitation, the nursery changed her day to a Friday as per my request, and she has just thrived, she cried every week for the first couple of months, but the staff were great with her, so patient, and week by week it just got less and less, and now she is sad when she leaves. She asks every day if it's a nursery day, she talks about it all the time, storytime is her particular favourite. She has come on leaps and bounds with being more sociable and confident. I can't recommend the nursery enough.

My daughter has just started back there after a break while I was on maternity, I started her at a playgroup but nothing was anything like it is here. My daughter comes home shattered and says she enjoys her day.

I am extremely happy with both the level of care and education my daughter has received at Kinderhaven. My daughter started attending when it was brand new and in that time we have watched the nursery and its staff grow. The nursery clearly has brilliant management and its staff excel in their care of the children and dedication to their development. If you want a nursery where your child will be cared for and educated, then this is the one.

Love this nursery and staff, they have worked so hard with both my daughters. My first daughter started when the nursery just opened, my other daughter started the day before her first birthday. They love coming to nursery, smiles on their faces as they approach. They clearly recognize the nursery and enjoy there time there, they love playing and being free in the soft play room. I can't thank the staff at Kinder Haven enough for what they have done for my girls.

The nursery is of very high quality, fantastic rooms and a very warm and welcoming setting. The staff are great, my son settled immediately. The curriculum followed is great for pre-school and for helping children to adjust into pre-school life. The outdoor play area is fantastic and the food is great, my son follows mainly a vegan diet and this was easily adjusted at the nursery. Safeguarding and security are very good and I am very happy for my son to be placed at this nursery.

My daughter started this nursery in 2017 doing 2mornings a week She was very shy and I can’t thank all the practitioners enough for helping my child develop. She is due to leave this year and i will be very sad to see her leave as the nursery is a great place of learning! My son only started at the end of 2019 and he has learned so much already and his speech has come on so much with the help of the practitioners. The practitioners are all friendly and helpful giving the low down on what both my children have been doing. I would also like to mention the manager she is great, friendly and always happy to answer any questions I may have ?

I cannot recommend this nursery enough. My son has come on so much with his speech and behaviour since starting at the end of last year. Such lovely staff and very polite.

My son has been attending this nursery for over a year now. He only goes once a week but we are so happy with the care that he is given on this day. His nana picks him up and she always has a story to tell me from the day. He's made little friends and also gained confidence in talking and learning new words. I always get told how he has a special bond with the staff that look after him. He always seems to enjoy the meals they provide which are healthy and sound delicious. We have managed to toilet train our son with the help of the team at the nursery and the advice they gave us in preparing for this stage was really appreciated and really helped us along the way. I would have my child in more days of the week if I could as the level of early development, education and play combined is amazing. The pictures, information and updates we receive on our app when he is there is also good as being an anxious parent, it really helps to know what he is up to when I'm not with him. Always 100%.

My grandson has been coming to this nursery from the very beginning and we will be sad to see him leave in July. The practitioners are amazing and always keep us well informed about our grandson's progress whether it be in person or via the parent app. He has come on and learned a great deal since coming here. Overall it is a fantastic nursery providing excellent childcare, along with nutritious meals which are well planned out.

The building is always very clean! Food rota is great and healthy!
