Kids Planet Wyke

Overall my daughter absolutely loves this nursery and everything she learns! Keep up the amazing and also very hard work!

The whole team at Kids Planet Wyke have been amazing throughout my daughter's development from baby to toddler. Outstanding care and support always with supporting my daughter's needs and supporting her with her learning and development. I have nothing but praise for the team the work that they do and the care that they provide the child is outstanding.

We have always had a great experience with our kids here. They are so well cared for and not only have brilliant relationships with their keyworkers but with all the staff there. They love going each day and engaging in all of the fun activities inside and outside. They love the soft playroom and are always coming home teaching us new songs and skills they have been learning. The food must be really great too as they "ate all" every day.

My daughter has attended the Kids Planet Wyke site since April 2024. She is very fond of the setting, staff and children. She enjoys her time at the setting and the app is great for updates. All the girls are so friendly and helpful and the management team are also great! All emails are replied to quickly and efficiently.

I have recently put my 2-year-old daughter into this nursery and to be honest, she has struggled the first week, but with the lovely staff that are at hand she has really grown and come out her comfort zone. She cannot be happier when the day comes to go to nursery. The staff here are very welcoming and reassuring that she will have the best time and it gives me confidence that I can leave her in safe hands.

I was nervous at first leaving her but with her loving it, it’s easy for me to leave her every day. She loves the food. The staff who look after her smiles as soon as she sees them.

My son started in the toddler group in September. He has settled in nicely. He is excited about coming to nursery and always eats well. His key workers are great with him. It is lovely knowing that he is happy whilst we are at work. Amazing work, Kids Planet; thank you for making the days enjoyable for my son.

My daughter was really struggling with starting nursery and me leaving her. We did it slowly, a few hours a day, until she was comfortable. A few weeks later she's playing not crying as much and has an amazing bond with staff.

My eighteen month old has attended Kids Planet since June. When she is dropped at nursery she will smile or dance towards the rest of her peers, which was a good indicator that she enjoyed her time at nursery. The staff are all very friendly and parents are provided with updates throughout the day on the app and also on collection. Interest is also taken on the child’s development and milestones. Highly recommend, thank you girls for taking care of my child.

My little girl has been going to Kids Planet since July. The girls in the Tots room are amazing with her and she loves going! She has created such lovely bonds with them all and I cannot fault them! They do so many different activities with them and she is coming on so well. The management team are very approachable and great with her too. Well done girls!

My daughter has been coming to this nursery for a few months now. They have been extremely helpful with giving tips on getting her settled in. Her key worker is amazing at sending pictures and updates during the day. I've needed to change her hours a few times, as I've been extending how long she is at nursery and the staff have been really helpful with this too. The nursery manager is also really good at getting back in touch after any inquiries I have had. Would highly recommend this nursery to anyone.

I am happy with this nursery. My little boy loves coming here. His key worker understands him a lot. The nursery help with my little boy's needs, especially his allergies. I can’t find anything to fault this nursery. The new manager is lovely and so understanding when my little boy struggles. Hats off to all the staff.

My daughter has settled at this nursery so well! The staff are amazing, friendly and very approachable! I love this nursery! Keep being amazing! I would 100% recommend this nursery to anybody I know, I am always telling people in the local village how fantastic you all are. Thank you!

This reflects on past events. Hopefully things stay as they are now as it has been improved (but only after numerous complaints). I was not happy with my daughter's care - felt my complaints weren’t being dealt with correctly. Now the manager has changed things seemed to have improved.

Good new manager. Feel very comfortable leaving my child. May cry going in but the staff soon comfort the child and they become settled. The staff do good activities with the children and teach them new skills. The nursery is very clean and smells clean and nice. All the staff are polite and dressed smartly. The staff are helping with potty training. I have no concerns about leaving my child at nursery.

We love Kids Planet Wyke nursery, two of our children have attended and they have been amazing, they really helped my daughter who has additional needs and really supported her and followed her lead. They have been great and supportive to both of my children and kept us informed at all times about all aspects of care our children received.

We couldn’t ask for a better nursery for our daughter; the progress she has made since starting there just over a year ago has been incredible. She is completely obsessed with the nursery practitioners and can’t wait to see them each morning, which is a testament to the strong relationships they have helped her to form. The communication via the app is excellent and we love receiving photos of her having a fabulous time. We would 100% recommend Kids Planet Wyke to anyone!

My son's to-be key worker is amazing with him and she understands his needs, what he wants, everything as he is behind on his speech he is unable to communicate his needs fully.
