One such experience is child-friendly cooking classes, helping to equip children with valuable skills and deeper knowledge of the cooking process.

There are four age-specific rooms which allow children to develop at their own pace. Children move from each room over time as they grow their skills, confidence and independence; all the while being supported by the nursery team ensuring each child is happy.

Attached to the nursery they have a large garden which the children make good use of - no matter the weather! Outdoor learning and play are extremely important at Heath Mill and they ensure that children are able to explore and discover the natural world.

We have a been extremely impressed with how Sandhills have taken over the nursery and turned it in to such a positive place. My daughter loves going in to her class in the morning and is always in a happy mood when collecting her. I couldn’t recommend the nursery more.

Very happy with Sandhills Day Nursery
My son is so happy and sees such a difference in his development.
The staff are so polite and friendly.
I can relax while my son is at nursery and know he is being taken very good care of.
