Sandhills Day Nursery Heath Mill

My daughter has been coming to Sandhills since she was one and is now three and a half.

She loves the staff and has made many friends that she constantly talks to us about.

The Sandhills team are very friendly and professional and always willing to help you.

My daughter loves all the activities that the staff set and it has really helped with my daughter's development.

I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Sandhills Day Nursery to anyone who was looking for a brilliant nursery.

The new owners and the manager have the children at the heart of their decisions and as a result, have created a lovely atmosphere where I am confident my son will grow and develop. The manager is excellent, she is extremely caring, positive and a great manager, her knowledge and professionalism is fantastic. My son has not been well recently and the nursery have been excellent in ensuring he receives the prescribed medication he needs. He will be at Sandhills for a few years and without question we know he will receive the very best care. We cannot wait for him to be with the teachers in Mr Mischiefs and in Mr Bumps, both are staff who have ensured he has settled well. Thank you.

Sandhills provides a warm and welcoming environment for both parents and children. We have been extremely impressed with all aspects of the transition since they have taken over the nursery. Our daughter loves coming to nursery and we feel comfortable leaving her with staff that know our child 100%. The adaptations to the building have been a very positive change, making it more safe and secure but also ensuring the children’s ages and stages are well planned for. We love keeping up to date with what our daughter has been up to at nursery through conversations with staff but also through the EY parent log. It great getting updates for observations through the app and also being able to add pictures and videos of things that she has been up to at home. Well done Sandhills!

We have a been extremely impressed with how Sandhills have taken over the nursery and turned it in to such a positive place. My daughter loves going in to her class in the morning and is always in a happy mood when collecting her. I couldn’t recommend the nursery more.
