My child enjoys the environment and has made many good friends. The staff are friendly and always greet us with a smile and always keeps us informed. A playful and enjoyable environment for kids. We recommend this nursery without hesitation.

My daughter has been there since she was 3. She is very happy and has developed some special friendships. The teachers are very kind. Communication is very good. Lots of activities for the children every day. Would highly recommend the nursery.

Overall we are very happy with Building Blocks Pre-School.
The staff and key workers are really friendly and professional which make the experience fabulous. Big thank you to the staff who helped our daughter to settle in, she now loves going there.
We also really appreciate the management team which
keep us in a loop of what has been done this week. Thank you.

My daughter has been attending Building Blocks since she was 2.5 years old. Having visited other daycare providers I knew immediately that this was the right one for her. The staff are extremely welcoming and clearly have excellent relationships with the children. When my daughter had difficulty settling
they took the time to reassure her and comfort her and she now looks forward to her days at nursery! The setting is extremely flexible in terms of the hours you need and even runs a breakfast club from 8 o’clock. I would highly recommend!

This nursery uses a small but well-equipped building belonging to St Barnabas church. It’s a multipurpose building, which is also utilised by other groups in the evenings (Scouts, Brownies etc). Location-wise it is on a main road and there are plenty of parking spaces outside. The nursery itself is
upon a slope so there are quite a few steps to walk up, it’s not very accessible if you need to use a pushchair for younger siblings, although you may be able to use the driveway which is to one side. In front of the building is a small grassy fenced off area for outdoor play.
The staff at Building Blocks are always welcoming and friendly. The children are well behaved and engaged in their activities. Communication is very good, I get feedback every day on how my child has been. I like how the staff seem to know the children well and have an interest in their wellbeing. I feel happy that my child is being looked after safely and appropriately. I would recommend this nursery!
