Kids Planet Billinge

I cannot recommend Kids Planet enough. I was very anxious about finding the perfect nursery for my little girl but from the very start, every single member of staff at nursery has been so helpful and so good with my little girl. She loves going to nursery, she has a big smile on her face every morning when we pull up outside. My daughter's key person has been amazing and keeps us up to date every day with her progress as do all the other members of staff in her baby room. She has been attending the nursery for almost a year now and I couldn’t think of anywhere better for her to be whilst I am working. We get sent a list of activities every month that the children will be taking part in and they’re always interesting and engaging. There are even options for parents to go along and take part! My little girl was quite quiet but has come out of her shell so much since starting nursery and I can’t thank the wonderful staff enough.

I couldn't recommend Kids Planet Day Nursery any higher! The girls there do a wonderful job! My daughter is so happy and settled in there! She has additional needs which they cater to perfectly. On occasion, she chokes, due to her health. She once choked in nursery and the girls were quick to respond.

The nursery itself is lovely, well equipped, clean and by far the nicest I have seen. Child growth and development is encouraged and this shows massively with our daughter. If you're looking for a nursery for your son or daughter then I really wouldn't look any further. If there is a space I recommend snapping it up.

Kids Planet Billinge is an excellent nursery, my daughter loves coming. The staff are always so kind and helpful. They make me feel at ease when leaving her. All the rooms are always clean and tidy and they have plenty of outdoor space for all age ranges. They use an app throughout the day to update you on meals, nappies, pictures etc which I love looking at in work. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a clean, good value for money nursery.

The meals that he eats are just amazing- and he always eats the whole lot! I’m so relaxed and confident that he is well looked after and enjoying himself whilst at nursery.

Staff are friendly and approachable. The parentmail is kept up to date and is very useful. Always made to feel welcome. Children have lots of opportunities and events are regularly part of the calendar. My child is really happy there.

I found it very daunting trying to find a reputable nursery to look after my little boy. I visited 11 nurseries in total Kids Planet being the 10th. After Walking through the doors at Kids Planet I instantly knew this was the one. They were full of smiles, very knowledgeable and put my mind instantly at ease. My little boy has come on leaps and bounds since he joined at 6 months. The ladies are brilliant he’s so happy to see them in the morning which is so lovely for me as I know he’s happy and I can go off to work not worrying. The meals are full of nutrition and always something different. The parent app is my favourite when I'm able to see what he’s been doing during the day and even photos. They also put an assessment on there of how they witnessed your child’s interaction etc and where they see them coming in on the scale. Great app

I’m so glad I kept looking as I’d never come across this nursery. I can’t thank the staff enough for how they’ve helped me little boy come along.

Can’t rate Billinge Kids Planet Nursery high enough, really friendly staff, very professional, very clean and always a fun happy environment. Communication is excellent and I always feel at ease when I drop my daughter off. Absolutely no negatives and would recommend to anyone considering putting their child in the nursery, to come and have a look around, they have lots of staff in the rooms, and are very approachable. I know my child is very well taken care of and is happy to attend.

The nursery is kept very clean and is very secure with finger print entry. She seems to be really enjoying the food that is prepared each day and trying new things. Daily updates are posted on Parent Zone to confirm daily activities and food eaten.

Or daughter has come on so much since starting nursery and we're so glad we decided on Kids Planet. She has specific dietary requirements and the kitchen staff are excellent at preparing meals for her. The daily updates and photographs are an added bonus as you can see what your child had been up to during the day. 5 stars!

As a parent, who was extremely anxious about putting their child into nursery I would not hesitate to recommend Kids Planet - Billinge to anyone!

I can honestly say that this is the best nursery I've ever come across and my little girl absolutely loves it with the added bonus of brilliant staff.

Contemporary attitude towards inclusions in terms of parents views and recommendations. The staff appear to be well trained, knowledgeable and the facilities are second to none. They take security safety using biometric systems and technology to log what the children have done. They promote wellness and healthy living through nutrition and always have healthy snacks and water available. Very homely feel, the staff are caring and loving to children.
