Kids Planet Billinge

KidsPlanet Billinge and all the staff are wonderful and very caring. We always get a hello and goodbye everyday we are in. The staff have a great relationship with the children. I have recently had difficulties with finances and the management team and been so helpful in rectifying the problems very promptly. We are in our final year of nursery and it will be very sad to leave come the summer.

My son is very happy here. He has recently moved into tots where I have seen him progress really well. His speech has come on leaps and bounds and I believe this is due to nursery He has the opportunity to get involved with lots of different activities and has good relationships with his workers. It really says something when I pick him up and drop him off and there's no tears. I'm also happy as a parent with the relationship and communication I have with his key worker

Kids planet Nursery in Billinge is excellent. The staff are fantastic and nothing is ever too much. I always feel confident, when leaving my son, that he is well cared for and well looked after. I can't thank them enough.

I am happy that knowing when my granddaughter goes to nursery she is in a safe environment where I know she will be looked after

My son settled in so quickly when attending Kids Planet at Billinge following the end of my maternity leave. The team are excellent and ensured that he was cared for like their own. We were kept up to date with his progress through the app and regular parents evenings. He has especially loved his last year in pre school and will be so sad to leave!

My little boy has been attending since he was 11months old, the staff in babies are amazing! He loves going and he has developed so much since he started. I love the updates we get on the app, they always make me smile. Thank you girls.

I have a child in preschool and she's been in since toddlers, we have loved the time in nursery and we still do. The staff is amazing and welcoming. My child loves going there. She has developed so much in the nursery. I am really happy with the staff.

I feel so lucky to have moved my daughter to this nursery in Sept 2023, the tots and toddlers teams have been excellent. My daughter has come on leaps and bounds and it is in no small part due to the diligent work by the entire staffing and management team.

My child loves going into nursery every morning and runs in with a smile on her face. The staff are welcoming, well mannered polite, and professional. They will always hold a conversation with us parents, they also celebrate milestones with us as a family too! It's an enjoyment dropping and picking up my child knowing that she is definitely in safe hands all day while having so much fun. She's learnt an abundance of things from being in nursery and her social skills when outside of nursery have grown so much. I could not be more happy with the support from all of the staff.

We've had a really positive experience whilst my son has been in the Baby room at Kids Planet Billinge. The staff are all lovely and our son has made a few close bonds, which means he's generally happy going in every morning! We get updates frequently throughout the day on the parent's app, which is so nice to see. The staff sometimes take the babies to the park and are often creative and encourage messy play/exploration! Our son has also made lots of progress since he started in June... especially in terms of his social and communication skills and he's some little friends with the other babies! We will be sad when he moves up to Tots because the staff in the baby room are so lovely, but we are sure he'll have a similar experience in the next class. I would recommend KP!

Fantastic nursery, friendly, warm and welcoming. They have supported and cared for my little boy since he started at 12 months old. The staff and management have always been supportive and very informative. The deputy manager at Billinge is amazing, she was born to do that role. Good activities and creative tasks through play. Negatives/room for improvement - Structure to day, pre-school, days out, experiences such as library, fire engine, police, postman etc. Animal visits, regular updates, workbooks/reading books.

My son attended here and now my daughter does too. I did look at other nurseries closer to the area in which we live but nothing came close to Kids Planet! The only reason I looked was solely for something a little closer. I have never had an issue with kids planet in the 4 years since my son started. I cannot fault them at all it is a fantastic nursery in all aspects!

My son loves Kids Planet Billinge and he has developed so well. He has a great bond with his key worker and the other staff and children within his room we are delighted we chose this nursery.

This is the best nursery. I wouldn’t send my child anywhere else. My eldest child attended another local nursery which I loved, but once I’d visited here I never turned back. The staff make the nursery what it is. The room staff are always accommodating and listen closely to you and your child, always coming up with new ideas and think on their feet. The food is great and provides loads of variety and always cautious with allergies and preferences. The rooms are clean, well decorated and always engaging. The community spirit is amazing too, taking the children out for walks, play at the park etc whilst engaging with the locals. The most lovely thing is that the management know each child and family also, they always mix with the children in the rooms and are involved throughout. Nothing is a problem. Highly highly recommend.

I cannot praise the nursery enough. Each room my child has been in, they have really tuned into his needs and provided a stimulating, safe and loving environment. My child is now in preschool and the team are amazing. My child can be challenging but they do everything they can to help him and work through his difficulties. He absolutely loves attending and speaks fondly about his ‘favorites’ at home - which is everyone from his key worker, management team and the cook - he loves her food!

Great nursery! My daughter started here just over a year ago and she loves it. The staff are all friendly and welcoming. They provide a great range of activities and she has thrive in her development.

My child struggled when first starting Kids Planet but with all the support and hard work and compassion and care showed by all the staff, she very quickly adapted and now looks forward and enjoys every single session. The staff are brilliant at interacting with parents on a daily basis about their child's day, activities, behaviour and eating. I would recommend Kids Planet to any parent looking for a nursery.
