Tops Day Nurseries: Christchurch Nursery

Tops have always been very caring towards my daughter and helped her settle in well. She loves going there and has developed confidence in making friends and learning. The team keep us updated with regular photos and videos which is great. Flexible shift booking system.

The practitioners are great, and the manager goes above and beyond. I've been sending my son here for nearly four years and my daughter for two years. I will be safe when they move on. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Tops Christchurch.

My daughter loves Tops Day Nurseries: Christchurch Nursery. She has been going just over a year and always comes home happy, with stories of what happened. She has made good friends. The app is invaluable to keep me up to date with her progress and see pictures of her.

Brilliant nursery. The staff are wonderfully helpful. They are easy to contact and are superbly flexible which is useful for both parents in the NHS. The hours are great and only chargeable up to 15 minutes. Covid has unfortunately shortened the times but hopefully these will expand soon. Both of my children have attended here and my third will too in the new year. We have been attending this nursery for almost 3 years and can't recommend it more!

The outside space is fantastic, and it’s excellent how much time in the fresh air the children spend.

My son has been going for nearly three years and is due to start school in September. We were concerned about sending him in due to Covid, but being a nurse it was essential. The safety measures in place are reassuring as are the group bubbles. My son enjoys going and loves the staff who are very dedicated.

My daughter has been attending Tops for three years and I've never been disappointed. The staff work hard and it is a happy and safe environment. Thank you Tops for happy memories! It's nice to see cards and artwork made on special occasions. The food has been nice and varied. My daughter has enjoyed the menu!

I am very happy with the nursery. The staff are responsible, caring and very friendly. The rooms are well set up and spacious. Also, I like their garden a lot, not only for children to play but to learn from.

Tops Christchurch is superb. My little boy loves attending twice a week. The staff are fantastic and both of his lead practitioners so far have been first class. His learning has accelerated since starting at Tops Christchurch and he is keen to share what he has learnt when he comes home. He has also forged some great friendships and this has been encouraged and nurtured by the team. Overall, the facility is great and the blend of indoor and outdoor space gives my little boy so many opportunities to learn and grow in a safe environment.

Although I like this nursery, however since the change of management I seem to dislike dropping and picking up my boy. The Manager is just not friendly at all and when I have asked a question, he has no idea. The other nursery staff are brilliant. My only downside would be a drop off and pick up point as there is none and also standing at the door, I have knocked on the window to get attention but staff don't tend to hear. Maybe use a door bell or something.

My two children really love coming here. The activities appear to be very varied and really fun for them. I love that there is an emphasis on the environment and taking care of our planet. They always come home smiling and happy. The staff are all friendly and approachable and the outdoor space is really great.

Fab little nursery.

The staff at Tops Day Nursery - Christchurch are all so friendly and welcoming. My son settled straight away and I can see a lot of progress already. The Eylog is a great tool to keep parents updated. All supported by pictures and videos. I wish my son came here earlier.

My son has developed and learnt so much whilst being at Tops, the staff are so friendly and understanding. He’s made so many friends and enjoys going to nursery. I’m 100% happy and confident with my son being there.

Very friendly staff. Good activities and facilities for the children. I just love how flexible Tops are for booking different hours each which works so well for shift workers like my husband and I are.

My daughter loves it here it’s the second nursery she’s been to, this one I’ve had no problems with and I love the nursery too!

My 3-year-old has been here approximately 5 weeks now and is absolutely thriving. She has been in a Montessori setting previously which did not suit her - Tops Day Nursery Christchurch has been a breath of fresh air and my daughter's personality has been allowed to shine, which has seen a huge improvement in behaviour. She loves the staff.

I highly recommend this nursery/preschool in it's beautiful setting.

All staff are very approachable and are always happy to answer any questions.

I have always received excellent support and assistance from their receptionist and manager.

I cannot express enough how excellent, friendly, professional and supportive the staff at Tops are. They are so nurturing to my little one's development in an amazing way, she is excelling thanks to their input!!

Excellent nursery with caring and competent staff. They handle nervous and/or upset children brilliantly. Lovely facilities particularly the garden which my daughter loved on first sight. Despite only being there a short time my daughter has enjoyed trips out into Christchurch and many varied activities within the centre including coming home with her own bread roll that she had made (possibly with a bit of help!!). I love the website that gives you updates and photos and keeps you generally well informed.
