Sunnydale Nursery

It was a tough decision to put my son into a nursery at only 6 months old so I could go back to work and we viewed all the nurseries in the local area but none compared to Sunnydale nursery. We found the place itself beautiful and the staff amazing. This is my first child and they gave me advice and played a massive part in decisions like weaning and gave me the confidence to try things with him that I was nervous and worried about. My son has come on in leaps and bounds and loves going to his Sunnydale family.

Fantastic nursery very welcoming and friendly, my son has settled in lovely in a short space of time.

I also use the shack for my eldest who is school age. After school, he is guided with homework and also taught about being self-sufficient. He now loves making his own toast! There is always music and laughter and a sense of belonging. Some great friendships are being forged! I would hesitate to recommend this nursery for all ages.

Amazing place, our second family. The staff are amazing and are always working with the parents on the next steps for their child’s developmental needs.

Excellent nursery, family orientated, provides a safe, fun and exciting haven for children. My son loves attending Sunnydale and always comes home with lots to tell from his days adventures.

I have nothing but good things to say about Sunnydale Nursery. From day one our daughter has been happy there. The staff love her as if she was their own and we have always felt comfortable leaving her in their care. The nursery has a very homely and nurturing feel to it and children are able to learn at their own pace. We always leave parents evenings feeling incredibly proud of our daughter’s progress - which is ahead of her age in many of the indicators used. There is always a great variety of trips, activities and experiences for the children to help them learn and develop. A good variety of fresh and nutritious home-cooked meals (which our daughter loves!) are served and menus are made available so you know that your child is eating healthily.

Enrolling our daughter at Sunnydale Nursery was one of the best parenting decisions we have made and I never hesitate in recommending the nursery to other parents.

My oldest attends the after-school club which is fabulous. The after-school club guy goes out his way to make the kids happy. My oldest adores him. He is always there to help and such a friendly face to have around. Thank you to everyone at Sunnydale!

Brilliant nursery amazing staff. Family feel nursery. My autistic 3 year old couldn't really speak and now, since he been at nursery, is a completely new child. The love and affection they give to children like they are their own.

My son loves this nursery and he is ten years old. Couldn't wish for better staff they are amazing with him they also help with his homework which I find to be of great assistance. They do lots of activities and I couldn't recommend this nursery enough they are fabulous.

Just wonderful! Staff go above and beyond to provide a loving, safe learning environment for the children. My son adores going to nursery and I feel very confident and comfortable leaving him in the care of the staff.

The difference in my son's social skills since joining the nursery in June 2017 is amazing to see being an only child this is extremely important to us that he mixes well with others and learns to share. They are always teaching him new things which shows in his development. The staff are so friendly and approachable that we have no problem with dropping him off first thing in a morning while we go to work and are able to concentrate rather than worrying about him all day.

I love the fact that Sunnydale Nursery has their own minibuses so when they go on trips my son is safely transported rather than having to go on public transport (with no car seat)! My son loves the nursery so much when I ask him if he's going to nursery today his answer is always yes, he genuinely loves the staff and they love him. Our son is our pride and joy and we wouldn't send him anywhere else. I cannot rate Sunnydale Nursery highly enough.

Since returning to work, both my children go here, wow what can I say.

My daughter goes to the after-school club and she loves every moment of it. When it's my days off she hates the fact I have to collect her from school. They don't just stay in the grounds of the nursery they are always off out and about somewhere so much fun for her.

They have supported her with reading and she's made so many friends.

My son, who is now one, goes all day. All the staff in the baby room are just amazing! Peace of mind knowing he is somewhere where they are so loving and kind. Again they do trips to support development and learning.

The team, as a whole, are like a family and provide home from home care for our little ones. They have been great working around my rota at work.

I can not recommend this nursery setting highly enough. The staff are so friendly and helpful, the food is all freshly cooked and my children have such a rich environment to thrive in. As well as being in the nursery setting, they try to take the children out at least once a week even if it’s only to the local park or on to the field to pick leaves or spot different animals and insects.

Our daughter has come on leaps and bounds since starting in January 2017. Her social skills, confidence and speech are second to none since she began. I have nothing but praise for the staff and management at the nursery.

Since starting Sunnydale my little boy has developed so much. The staff are amazing with all the children and nothing is ever too much trouble. There is so much for the children to do and I couldn't recommend this nursery enough to people.

Sunnydale go above and beyond for my child. He is happy and settled here and that is because of the fantastic staff. They ensure he is hitting his age related goals and he has come on leaps and bounds in numeracy and literacy since attending Sunnydale.
