Brightsparks Day Nursery and Preschool Eltham

My son has been attending Brightsparks Day Nursery, Eltham since he was 8 months old. He is now almost turning 4 and will be transitioning to school very soon. Over the last years, my son has been looked after at Brightsparks with much care and support. Staff members treat children in a loving and caring way, which is fundamental for children to grow up happy and confidently. My son has been identified as having special educational needs and has received great support from Brightsparks Day Nursery. This support made him overcome some of his difficulties and improve greatly in many areas. He has also been supported in his transition to primary school. I’m very pleased with the care my son has been receiving at Brightsparks Day Nursery, Eltham and recommend it to parents looking for a supportive environment for their children.

Overall 10/10, can't recommend it enough.

I was not impressed by the outside of the nursery first but when you step in it feels like a homely and cosy space for the children to play and learn. I like the creativity and preparation for the activities on a daily basis. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone.

My son thoroughly enjoys attending Brightsparks. My husband and I love seeing the photos and comments on his Learning Journal of what he had been getting up to whilst we are at work. The staff are very friendly, helpful, caring and kind and you can tell that the care, growth and development of each child is paramount.

Great nursery, fairly new and clean. Staff is excellent and very motivated, however, sometimes there's the feeling they could do with extra help. Communications are generally good even if there are some minor inconsistencies on how daily reports are handled. I'd encourage parents evening happening more often. But overall, it's a great nursery and I'm happy we have chosen it!

Totally trust Eltham nursery to look after my son who is 2 1/2 years old. He is confident, happy and his vocabulary is amazing. He is excited to go to nursery to see his friends, couldn't ask for more.

Very friendly nursery. Fantastic service and staff. Both my daughters loved every minute of time spent here. My oldest daughter learnt so much from her time spent at Brightsparks and my younger daughter has come on leaps and bounds since starting. I would highly recommend this nursery to anyone, much love to all the staff you are all great and do a fantastic job.

Her vocabulary has developed so much since joining and it is nice that the nursery has tracked my daughter's progression and update parents via an online portal, it makes me feel very much involved.

My daughter started in September and settled in amazingly with all the staffs support, she comes home each time from nursery talking about all the staff and all the exciting things she gets up to during the day. I especially love how much messy play they do as this is something that I can’t always do at home and know how much she enjoys it! The range of meals they do have really helped with my little picky eater and I often cook meals off of the nursery menu now! My daughter recently become asthmatic and has to have regular medicines which the staff have always been on point with. I absolutely love seeing observations on her journal of what she gets up to during the day gives me so much reassurance she is okay! Keep up the amazing work everyone!

My son started going to Brightsparks around 11 months old. He was at a different nursery before this and we are really happy to have changed to Brightsparks. We feel that everyone at the nursery are very welcoming and purely having a great time with the kids. Staff are patient and handle babies really well. My son made good progress in sleeping habits and he enjoys meals at the nursery most of the time. Weekly activities also seem to give him a lot of joy - I feel very well informed with what has been going as well. Very good nursery and would recommend to others for sure.

Have recommended this lovely nursery to so many of my friends who’s children are due to start nursery. Brightsparks is the nursery to go.

Brightsparks Day Nursery, Eltham really helped my child settle into nursery. He has developed greatly over the last 12 months and especially loved the play outdoors! Very friendly and helpful staff.

Caring staff, my son loves it there! Lots of activities to help the kids develop. Glad I moved my son to this nursery.

My children go to this nursery and honestly the staff are amazing. My children are happy there and they have developed so much. My 3 year old is counting and knows his alphabet. They are also very helpful if there is a change of circumstances. Overall it’s amazing and would recommend to other parents.

Brightsparks is run well and all the staff are happy and I am very comfortable leaving my children there, age 2 and 3.

My son has been attending Brightsparks in Eltham two days a week since summer 2018. In this time, me and my partner have noticed major improvements in my son's speech, communication and social skills. Although I realise that these are things that he will learn as he grows anyway, I believe that the environment and activities the nursery provides have accelerated these attributes.

My daughter loves going to nursery and gets really excited when we turn into the gates. They are always participating in activities relevant to the time of year and communication with parents is excellent. Thank you Brightsparks team.
