Brightsparks Day Nursery and Preschool Eltham

I am very happy with the overall care provided and would definitely recommend this nursery to other parents.

The staff are very attentive and I always feel like when they debrief me at the end of the day, they fully know exactly what my child has been doing that day and how much food they have had. The app is updated regularly as well.

I previously had my daughter at another nursery and after bringing her to Brightsparks it was like a breath of fresh air. I could relax when I went to work, knowing that she was being thoroughly looked after, at the age of 7/8 months old. It was also warming to know that Brightsparks separate the babies from the toddlers, giving them two separate rooms as naturally, this is completely two different stages of a child's development, which I feel gives a more safer environment. The staff are always willing to help, along with listening to any concerns you may have. My daughter's development has improved massively since being at this nursery. I also like the fact that they have a live app, that allows you to track your child's journey throughout the day, seeing what food they have eaten and seeing pictures of them learning and playing.

My son started at this nursery in May 2021, he has progressed so much since he joined. He is well looked after, and as parents, we feel we are very well informed of his progress on a day-to-day basis. It is very useful to see how well he napped, what and how much food he had during the day, and most of all, they seem to have a lot of activities throughout the day, and it is always reassuring to see how much fun he has at the nursery, and how much he learns through those activities. The staff are very friendly and responsive. I definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking for a nursery in the area.

My daughter started at Brightsparks Day Nursery, Eltham when she was fourteen months and the staff here were absolutely amazing in helping her settle in. She is now nearly three years old and absolutely loves going to nursery, she talks about all the fun activities she does and the about the wonderful staff to anyone who will listen. She has come on so well since she started and has really advanced with her development. Brightsparks Day Nursery, Eltham teach a very wide range of fun, educational activities and I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a nursery for their little one, even though your not with your child whilst they are at nursery. Brightsparks Day Nursery, Eltham staff keep you well informed and up to date with what your little ones are doing, eating, sleeping and activities, with pictures and videos.

My son has attended Brightsparks Day Nursery, Eltham for the last seven months and he absolutely loves it! When greeted at the door by staff they are welcoming and happy to see my son. This is so reassuring at the “dreaded drop off.” Once I pick him up, they are informative about how his day has gone and happy to answer any questions I may have. They have a range of activities within the nursery to stimulate and support my sons learning and development. They have even organised a trip outside of the nursery to the local park! I am happy that he is happy to attend Brightsparks Day Nursery, Eltham.

My Daughter has been at this nursery for nearly 2 years now, and I cannot express how brilliant they are! I would highly recommend this nursery to anyone. My daughter is always talking about her friends, and the staff and all the things that they have been doing, and always comes out of the nursery with a massive smile on her face. The communication is outstanding and the staff always keep you up to date. The staff are very dedicated and hard-working. My daughter absolutely loves going to nursery. They are all very friendly and polite.

My daughter absolutely loves going to Brightsparks Nursery Eltham and as parents, we can only speak very highly of the nursery. The staff are the most wonderful people, there’s ongoing clear communications to parents and learning activities for the kids are fun. We particularly love the focus for the kids to learn about many different cultures and backgrounds.

My son has been attending this nursery for 8 months. The staff were excellent at helping my son settle in. He really enjoys going to nursery. They have lots of activities and his confidence and learning are thriving. Staff members are polite and kind. They are great at keeping me informed about how my son is doing at nursery. The online learning journal that tracks your child’s development is also fantastic. The pictures and videos are most appreciated, more so during this pandemic. My daughter had attended another nursery in the previous year from age 2 which she really liked so initially I wasn’t sure if I should put her into a new setting. However, I’m glad I did, as once she started at Brightsparks Day Nursery, Eltham she loved it! I noticed she instantly warmed to the staff at the nursery as she mentioned how nice and caring they are! Also, she has made a lot of new friends. Within the past few months, she has shown development within her own self and I am happy that come September she will begin reception and the nursery have contributed towards her preparation! So we have them to thank.

The manager showed me everything properly and really helped me and responded to all my questions. We are really like how helpful and lovely the manager and her all bright staff has been.

My son has grown so much especially with his fussy eating habits since being at this nursery and has tried and is eating foods he would never touch before!
