Brightsparks Day Nursery and Preschool Eltham

I cannot rate this nursery highly enough. My son, who has additional needs, has been going to this nursery for the last 3 years and they have gone above and beyond during his time with them. All of the staff are exceptional and treat all the children with care and respect. My son has had a really positive experience and has thrived while being here. I would like to highlight their excellent SEND facilities as well and their SENCO who is wonderful. I would recommend this nursery to anyone.

What an absolute find... My son has been going here since he was 1 and unfortunately will be leaving next year to go to school... The whole team go above and beyond for the kids in there care the activities they do and the support they offer the parents is exceptional.. I am so happy that I found a safe, happy and welcoming environment for my son if I could give them 10 Stars I would

Location wise is perfect, easy access and a lot of green areas.

The team at Brightsparks Eltham are so wonderful with my 1 year old daughter. Her socialising, motor and speech skills have all come on massively since she joined in January. They use the app which updates me and my husband live everyday on how much she eats and sleeps, and we get very sweet photo updates at the end of each day. Staff are always so friendly and my daughter loves to go into nursery every day and comes out with a big smile.

They provide a nurturing environment, and caring staff who plan lots of fun and engaging activities everyday. My little one is very happy and excited to go in and now has a better eating and sleeping routine. The app is also a huge plus! Keeping me informed all day long.

My son joined the Brightsparks family this year and after a long period of looking for nurseries, he has finally found his place! He would cry every time I dropped him off at his previous nursery, every single time! But we came across Brightsparks, just on the show around my son did not hesitate to get stuck in playing whether I was in eye view or not! He runs into nursery laughing and smiling and does not shed a tear throughout the entire day! It has made me so happy and relieved to know he has found his place! All the staff are lovely and the manager is incredible, always keeping me in the loop as a new parent to Brightsparks! Thank you all for making my son's nursery journey amazing!

We are so happy with the experience that both of our children are having at Brightsparks Day Nursery and Preschool. They are thriving due to the amazing care that they receive. It is a very kind, caring and organised place - communication is excellent and we receive detailed reports on how our children are doing plus pictures and parents meeting. The staff know our children very well and are very knowledgeable and passionate about helping the children to learn and to be happy little people! Thank you.

The baby room leader is fantastic, the Nursery manager is always thorough and the rest of the staff are just so warm and friendly. I cannot recommend this place enough when you walk in to view you just know! Thank you guys.

My son has been attending since he was 10 months old and is now age 3. Could not recommend it more!

They have a great variety of meals. My son always has the best time while there with all the activities they do.

Knowledge and experience within the team are a godsend. They know things that care professionals couldn’t tell me after many visits to urgent care (thank you to the manager).

All staff are very professional and friendly at the nursery and I can see in my child how happy she is and how attentive the staff are as they know and notice even a small change in a child.

My son loves this nursery. Friendly staff and a wide variety menu for the children. Each room has its own outside playing area with the children in classes based on age. Would highly recommend 10/10

I have had a really good experience with Brightsparks. I feel that they are nurturing and caring and they know my children well and tailor their approach to suit their differing needs. They learn lots and have lots of fun experiences. The staff are approachable and kind. I have no complaints!

Always a good experience my daughter has never come home and said she has had nothing but a great day. Staff always polite and very helpful. Other children and parents that attend are always friendly and any requests we have had towards our daughter's care have been met

He still seems to be settling into the nursery structure, but we are receiving enough support and honest feedback from the staff, which is very important to us as parents. I cannot recommend Brightsparks highly enough for anyone who is in search of a new nursery.
