As a mum, I couldn't have been happier with the care and education my child received at Brabyns Nursery. The staff were warm, skilled, and genuinely cared about helping each child thrive. My child made wonderful progress with early phonics and reading, gaining confidence and enthusiasm for learning. The balance between structured teaching and creative play was perfect-each day was filled with imaginative activities, music, art, and outdoor fun. It was clear the team knew every child well and planned with real thought and care. Brabyns gave my child an exceptional start and a true love of learning.
Thank you so much for your kind words. As Brabyns Nursery moves into an exciting new phase it is wonderful to receive such positive recommendations.
My son has come on leaps and bounds since joining Brabyns a year ago! I couldn’t recommend Brabyns enough, the learning environment, care and focus from his teachers and curriculum couldn’t be better for little ones to develop. I have made the perfect choice for my son’s nursery.
Thank you so much for your kind words. It's been a pleasure to see your child flourish over the last year and we can't wait to see how he progresses moving forward.
The teaching is differentiated according to need, ability & reports & comments made indicate staff know my grandson extremely well. His enjoyment at this nursery is undoubtedly derived from the breadth of activities provided; well-planned play, singing & dancing, artwork, foreign language, topics, literacy & numeracy activities & PE (& lots more!). Meals are enjoyable & nutritious & good behaviour is rewarded appropriately & with positive outcomes. My grandson is in caring, energetic & competent hands & most importantly he is happy at Brabyns!
Thank you so much for taking the time to leave a review. As a staff team, the reason why we work at Brabyns is because we love it so much, and it's wonderful to hear that our families can see how our passion impacts the children's school life! Your comments are very much appreciated.
We enrolled our daughter in January 2023 and since joining she has absolutely flourished. The school follow a proper curriculum which enhances the children’s learning instead of just providing child care. Every week there is a focus on something different, and it’s great to see my daughter’s knowledge grow- she’s 3 years old and has picked up songs in Spanish! The teaching staff are amazing! You can tell they have a genuine love for all of the children. They are so friendly and welcoming and are always happy to have a chat about how your child is doing. They provide daily updates online so I am able to check what my daughter has been up to on a regular basis. I’m so glad to have found Brabyns, taking our daughter out of a regular nursery and sending her here was one of the best decisions we’ve made.
Thank you so much for leaving such a lovely review. We really appreciate your positive comments. We are exceptionally proud of our rich and diverse nursery curriculum and how its impact enables the children to shine educationally, emotionally and socially on a day-to-day basis. It has been an...
All the team are so involved with supporting learning and ensuring that the children have a tailored approach that suits them and their learning style. They truly take the time to get to know the children and the families and to make sure that everyone is working towards the same goals for the children.
Brabyns Preparatory School is a childcare provider where you can truly trust your child will be loved, safe and developed. Having sent both our children to this facility over several years, we can vouch for the excellent staff, who are warm, friendly and knowledgeable. If you are looking for an environment for your child to thrive, Brabyns is an excellent choice.
Thank you for your kind words. It's been an absolute pleasure to have you all as members of our Brabyns family!
The nursery is absolutely wonderful, and the educational and emotional support my child receives there is outstanding. My little one is thriving and eagerly looks forward to each day at school. The curriculum and activities designed for the children are truly exceptional.
Thank you so much for taking the time to let us know about your nursery experience. It's been a pleasure to welcome you all to the Brabyns family!
We enrolled our 2 boys into the nursery at Brabyns Preparatory School in February, and it has been the best decision we ever made.
Each day we get in-depth updates and photos about what our boys have been up to.
The structured sessions are a personal favourite of the boys! They love the outdoor play area and always have lots to tell us about what they’ve been up to.
They get a fantastic variety of food each day with lots of fresh veggies and fruit which has really expanded the boys palates at home too.
Best of all is the staff, full of care and love. Nothing is too much of an ask and they go above and beyond each day to make sure the boys and us as parents have a great day.
Thank you to all the wonderful staff, we’re so glad we picked you!
Thank you so much for taking the time to tell us about your experience of our fantastic Early Years setting. It's been an absolute pleasure to welcome you all to the Brabyns family!
My child has been at Brabyns Preparatory School for 8 months and she absolutely loves it! It's such a lovely and friendly place. Everything on offer is great, there is a lot going on to get involved with. The staff are attentive and really tailor their support to focus on my child's needs. Great communication and nothing is too much trouble. The days are structured and there are high expectations which is fantastic.
Thank you for your positive comments regarding our all encompassing nursery setting. We are delighted that your child is so happy at school and very much appreciate you choosing Brabyns to start her educational journey.
Our second daughter is beginning her time at Brabyns Preparatory Nursery following on from our first daughter who was involved in both Little Learners and Pre Prep. We would highly recommend the nursery. The environment is excellent and the nursery combines fun play with learning, helping to build the children gently towards reception. Staff are experienced, innovative and proactive with amazing ideas to bring the little one's imaginations to life. The setting has wonderful views, a well-thought-through play area and is also near to a park which is often used for forest school activities. Being part of a wider school also helps utilise specialist teacher expertise with fun performing arts and Spanish drop-ins as examples that connect with the wider Brabyns team. Our first daughter loved her experience and started school life confident and well-prepared. Our second daughter absolutely loves the nursery and has settled in quickly and is enthusiastic about attending each morning.
Thank you so much for your kind words. We are so proud of our wonderful school and it's a joy to have both of your girls as part of the family!
Both my daughters have attended this nursery and thrived in the setting! The staff are caring, attentive and focused on building the foundations needed for children to succeed in later years. My children always came home with lots of exciting stories about all the fun activities they had done during the day. I could not recommend the team and nursery enough!
Brabyns Nursery is a lovely setting. All of the staff are so friendly, caring and helpful. Both of my children have thoroughly enjoyed their time in the nursery. A great beginning to their educational journey.
Thanks, Brabyns.
Our daughters have both attended the nursery. The level of care, love and focus is amazing. The staff show a genuine passion for their development and regularly seek you out to discuss this. Constant pictures and videos via the app, which is great, not to mention an interest in their development at home. The head of early years and kindergarten teacher and three other staff members, in particular, have all been fantastic. I would absolutely recommend the nursery.
Highly recommend - a brilliant preschool in every way. The teachers are so amazing with the children and you can see this with how much the children love them. My child has come on so much after joining Brabyns as the 1-1 care is so fantastic.
Thank you so much for your review of Brabyns. It's great to hear how much your child enjoys their time at school. We will pass on your feedback to the team.
We could not have hoped for our son to have had a more perfect, well-rounded experience. The environment and teaching schedule are marvellously holistic, engineered and adapted to fit in with the children's needs, interests and passions, and much more besides! The staff; gentle, and experienced have given him a well-rounded start to his education, a wonderful budding confidence in his own abilities and a healthy curiosity of learning. When it became apparent that our son has some additional needs, the support offered by school and their SENCO but particularly two nursery teachers have been amazing. They reassured and supported us all, throughout the process. They know our son down to a tee and so was easy for them to understand our son's needs, and even offer some suggestions for us to try at home on top of recommending some brilliant specialists to refer him to. The speed and professionalism in which strategies were implemented and put in place are second to none.
Thank you for your review of our nursery at Brabyns, we're delighted that your son has had a positive experience at the school.
+ Facilities and specialist teaching: As the nursery is attached to the primary school it can take advantage of all the facilities and specialist teaching (e.g., Spanish, Music, Dance) This is a real bonus!
+ Staff: Each and every one of the staff: both within the classroom and out - really strive to get to know the child. This was evident right from before our child joined the school and has continued ever since.
+ Differentiation: As a result of knowing each child they always look for the appropriate learning opportunities for the child - stretching them or supporting them as required.
+ Communication: This is fantastic - there are multiple channels to ensure there is an active dialogue so that we as parents can continue to support the learning at home.
Overall we have been very pleased and highly recommend Brabyns to other parents.
Thank you for such a lovely review of Brabyns. We're delighted to hear you and your child is having a fantastic experience at nursery.
He struggled leaving me at first, as he had never been to a nursery or childminder in the past, but the teachers persevered with such kindness and patience they very soon won him over and he now loves it!
They have been outstanding with his food allergies too. I was astonished to be approached by the catering staff to have the opportunity to speak in more detail about this and his preferences.
I feel my little boy is very well cared for in a loving, family environment by dedicated staff who are so incredibly hard working. Queries are swiftly answered, along with a huge provision of resources and feedback to further support learning at home. Academically I'm very impressed too. The teachers enthuse him to learn and he is progressing well. The days are varied and fun and have the benefit of music/performing arts with a specialist teacher, which he loves.
Thank you for your review of Brabyns. We're delighted to hear that your son is having a great experience at Brabyns and we have been able to cater to his needs.
Our daughter has attended Brabyns nursery for almost a year now since we moved to the area and she has thrived and grown so much during her time there. She is naturally quite shy but in recent months she has grown in confidence, likes to regularly chat about her friends and teachers and what she has done at nursery. We have been nothing but impressed with Brabyns and look forward to sending our younger daughter in February.
Thank you for your lovely review of Brabyns. We're so glad your daughter is thriving in nursery.
It has such a warm, friendly, family feel which was one of our primary reasons for choosing it. The staff really took the time to get to know our daughter and as such, she settled in really quickly.
The children have access to so many lovely activities and our daughter is always so excited to go to “her school.” Communication is also fantastic and means we get a glimpse into the wonderful time she is having there.
We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anybody.
Thank you for your review of Brabyns. We're so glad that you and your daughter are having a great experience with the school.
