Amazing caring nursery.. looking after the needs of my child who enjoys attending. The staff are very kind and attentive supporting the needs of the child very well. The Easter hunt was very enjoyable.

My daughter's vocabulary is super advanced and she comes home super happy every day, which is amazing.

My son has been attending Busy Bees, Haling Park for the last 18 months and has grown both in confidence and abilities. He loves his key workers and staff and enjoys the mix of different things they do daily. He now is very vocal about his day and speaks fondly of his friends. We really love this nursery and hope to bring future children one day.

The team at Haling Park is amazing and caring. We all engage with the nursery activities and we feel welcome since day one. Our son is always mentioning Busy Bees and can't wait for his next session. The environment encourages him to develop different skills and the room managers have a clear plan of what our child needs to achieve in the short and long term, which is something that was shared and discussed with us. My daughter was with Busy Bee Croydon, Haling Park since she was 11 months old until 26 months old age. We had to leave Haling Park this year because we moved house. I couldn't be more grateful for the wonderful staff at Haling Park. They were wonderful. They kept track of her miles stones and updated us as parents. I felt at ease at Busy Bees because they have an app that gives you updates on what is happening to your little one.

Staff retention is understandably a challenge across the industry however constant changes in the key worker team seem to have a significant impact on child’s engagement and development cycle as a whole. Consistency in the team will go a long way in improving the standards as children will engage better, their development can be better planned and tracked etc.

- Learning-related activities especially in preschool are worth reviewing. I trust that there are great ideas and efforts being input at that end. If more activities in line with the national curriculum can be introduced to prepare the children for schooling would be a great step.

The team is fabulous and always on the outlook of innovative ideas and improving standards which is remarkable. Thanks Haling Park team!

The staff are amazing at the nursery! My kids love going and are always excited to attend due to the staff’s care and attention. My kids are always being taught new skills and the nursery is always on track to help develop my kids needs further. All in all, my kids are very happy in the nursery as am I!

My daughter has been attending the nursery for 3 years. She absolutely loves it! The staff are kind and caring. The staff have been brilliant throughout the pandemic and have dealt with a number of changes of management whilst ensuring the care of the children haven’t been affected. Lovely nursery and I would definitely recommend it.

My little girl has been attending this nursery since she was nine months old in the baby room and she is now in preschool and absolutely loves it! One of the reasons we chose this nursery was that after seeing eight others, when we walked in, this nursery was clean and that's not because the children don't do enough messy play, they just have a very high standard. The staff are incredible, they have been going through quite a few management changes however, everyone always steps up. Especially in Covid-19 circumstances, they have been absolutely brilliant and have made everyone feel safe. They stick to their bubbles and even the slight "outbreak" a couple of months ago didn't go very far because they are so careful and attentive. The menu is always balanced and the onsite chef is a really lovely lady! Little one has been learning so much thanks to them. This nursery is a home from home for my little one! I would highly recommend them!

My 18-month-old daughter was at this nursery for 3 months, initially for a month she had a lot of difficulties coping and I felt so bad leaving her at the nursery that I almost wanted to quit my job. The staff assured me that she will settle down and that kept me going. After a month of being there, she was so happy, used to come back singing, loved her friends and the staff. The staff are very helpful and loved the food there, I didn't have to worry and I didn't even call to check how she was on a daily basis. Her learning was really good too although I wish we knew more of their daily activities. Overall, a very good experience for my toddler.

Deciding to send my son to nursery younger than I did with the rest of my children and where I wasn't based, was really hard me; being practitioner myself.

My son started Busy Bees soon after it had opened in 2016 and is now in pre-school. He has come along leaps and bounds, thanks to the warm welcome received every day he goes in, and hard work of the team. With the open partnership, he is developing very well and is happy to attend; he speaks fondly of all his experiences there.

The nursery took on a whole new level of service when the new manager was appointed (happy days!). I've also recommended a number of people in the past few months whose children now attend.

I wasn't surprised when the nursery was awarded an OUTSTANDING! Well done all!

We are very happy with the care, compassion and attention shown to our 19-month-old daughter. She is always happy to attend Busy Bees each and every morning and has grown very fond of all the staff. This gives us every confidence that she will be well looked after throughout the day which is further supported by the great updates we receive through the parent zone app, giving regular meal and activity updates. We couldn't be happier with Busy Bees at Haling Park over the last 9 months. Thank you.

The nursery atmosphere and cleanliness is a home from home and maintains an impeccable high standard always. The food and menus are amazing. I would 100% recommend everyone.

My daughter has attended Busy Bees since August 2017, and I honestly cannot put into words how much WE love it! Each morning she says 'Mummy please can I go to nursery today?' and each night 'When I wake up it's time to go to nursery isn't it?'. Leaving my children with anyone has always been a challenge for me, so choosing a nursery I thought would be difficult, but she has been happy from the first day. I genuinely feel the staff care for the children individually and 'act as mum' while I'm at work. This is exactly what I wanted, and more importantly, needed from a nursery. The pre-school staff can't be praised highly enough - they are ALL amazing at what they do.

The nursery has impressed me beyond expectation with my just turned 3 year old nearly writing her name, the way that the children in pre-school are encouraged to learn is impressive, to say the least.

I honestly cannot write in 1000 characters why we love Busy Bees Haling Park as much as we do. Just go and see for yourself!

My daughter joined Busy Bees at Haling Park in early November and she has excelled in her learning milestones. She is able to confidentially use phonics, recognise all numbers and spell her name. The staff are brilliant.

What else does a mother need from their child's nursery?

All of the staff are so warm and welcoming. The food always looks great and my boy seems to enjoy it. They're so many activities for the little ones, I notice differences in my child every week, where he has learnt something more. They really are faultless and I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a nursery that your child will be left in safe hands with the incredible staff here.

Even though our time at Busy Bees has only been eight months, my daughter settled in very quickly with the help of the nursery teachers. They have a lot of patience and really try and work with you on the continual learning, in and outside of class, especially for preparation for reception. Thank you ladies!

All in all we are very happy and would recommend the nursery to our friends and family.
