Elm House Day Nursery Childwall

My son started Elm House in March at 11 months. I was so impressed with the facilities and outdoor space and how friendly the manager and staff seemed. They were so helpful and flexible with organising settling in sessions. I was so worried about him starting being a lockdown baby and so used to being with me all of the time. The nursery staff really put me at ease and I can't believe how well he has settled. Communication with his key person and the manager is excellent and has allowed for a seamless transition. It is so obvious how happy he is there already and I am so relieved I made the choice to put him in Elm House. Would definitely recommend to friends in the area, thank you Elm House!

I would highly recommend this nursery. I have liked it as much that my little boy will soon be starting his journey through the nursery. They are also very accommodating considering his medical requirements.

The garden facilities are the best I’ve ever seen. I wouldn’t hesitate sending another child here. Managers aren’t just in the office, they get involved with the children and know all of them. Their food is great with different healthy meals daily.

My son has been in Elm House Day Nursery for 8 months now. When I first went to look around the nursery I loved the building and the garden straight away I could visualise our son exploring all the areas in the natural garden I knew he would love it. I was greeted by the manager who was very welcoming and gave me a tour around the nursery. The manager introduced me to all the staff, who were very welcoming and warming. This feeling has carried on since my son has been in the nursery, all the staff are fabulous and will go out of their way to reassure him in every way. I go to work and feel relaxed knowing he is in safe loving hands, having loads of fun. Amazing nursery and staff couldn't think of a better place for my Prince I wouldn't have him anywhere else.

We cannot praise the staff of Elm House Day Nursery enough. Our children have settled happily and quickly into their new nursery thanks to the high quality care which the staff give. As parents we couldn't be happier with the service this nursery provides. Its gardens are beautiful and full of adventure for our two little explorers. Each room in the nursery caterers perfectly for its given age range with lots of engaging and educational activities to enable our children to develop further. The food is to an excellent standard and is a hit with our children. We would highly recommend this childcare establishment.

This nursery is absolutely the best! Staff are amazing never to much trouble.
