Elm House Day Nursery Childwall

We love Elm house and so does our daughter. Joining the nursery was great, plenty of settling-in days and contact throughout. Our daughter is always happy to go in the morning and I've never had anything but good things to say about all of the staff. All of the staff seem to know each of the children, even those in different rooms, and it's got such a lovely energy to the place!

Our daughter loves Elm House Day Nursery, Childwall. She is always so well looked after and she loves going in. The activities are always suitable and fun and our daughter loves playing in the outdoor space and with all of the toys.

We are incredibly happy with Elm House Day Nursery, Childwall as a nursery for our little boy. Everything is done with the child at heart. He has exciting learning opportunities every day and is coming on leaps and bounds. Thank you, Elm House.

I would highly recommend Elm House Day Nursery in Childwall. Our little boy started in November 2022 and to begin with was quite upset leaving us, the staff have all been so loving and great with him, making him feel comfortable. They take time to update parents on how their children are doing which is so reassuring. I absolutely love their outdoor area where the children often play, there is so much space for them to explore nature. Our little boy comes home with new skills every day, new words, dances and actions. All the staff are really lovely and I feel really comfortable leaving my little boy in their care.

My son has attended since he was 1 year old. Staff are always so friendly and helpful. All so caring and loving to the children as well. It has a lovely outdoor space for the children. Management is always so helpful whenever I’ve needed to contact them.

Absolutely lovely nursery, brilliant setting with huge gardens and fantastic staff who are all incredibly friendly. It’s clear the children all have such a strong bond with them and love their time there. Great range of food offered and my child’s development has sky-rocketed since starting there last summer due to the learning and care he has received.

Choosing a nursery for the first time was quite daunting and a difficult decision, as soon as we looked around Elm House Day Nursery Childwall we just got a good feeling and you could tell all the staff really cared about the children. After 5 months of being in the nursery I can say our gut feeling was right. Our little boy is so happy there, his development has had a noticeable impact and the environment created within the nursery is that each child really is special.

Our little boy loved his time in Elm House. I was so worried about leaving him when I went back to work and we both found it really hard at first but the staff were so welcoming and patient. It didn't take long to settle, and he came on leaps and bounds during his time there. There are lots of varied activities and time outside in the great outdoor space. I love the daily diary and app for updates. Thank you so much for all of your hard work.

Elm House has such a friendly, family feel. The facilities are great with a big outdoor green space but it's the staff who really make it a 5-star nursery. They are all so friendly and welcoming with the children but also the parents and always take time to chat and give progress updates. When our son started at Elm House he was behind with his speech development but the teachers have done an amazing job with him across his various classes. They are always doing interesting activities and keep parents up to date through a private instagram and learning app. He has made great bonds with teachers and other children and when he had to take some time off with a serious illness the whole nursery was incredible with him. We're dreading having to leave later this year!

I’ve had both my daughters attend this nursery and honestly, it was the best decision I made sending them here. My girls were the happiest I’ve ever seen them and the staff have always been brilliant with them. Such a pleasant place and deserves all the praise it gets.

I couldn't be happier with Elm House. My boys have been attending now for around 6 months and they run in, so excited to see their friends and teachers. I love how all the staff engage with all the children there regardless if they are assigned to them or not, it's a real sense of unity. I struggle leaving my children with anyone but here I just know they are so happy and safe and that means everything to me. The facilities are fab and the garden area is fantastic for little explorers! I especially love the constant updates via the learning book app and social media, plus the detailed review of their day on pick up. I genuinely can't recommend this nursery enough, especially for those parents or carers who are nervous about leaving their little ones. I'm beyond grateful for all of the staff here!

My child has been attending Elm House Nursery in Childwall for the past 3 years. During this time he has always felt safe and secure and has thrived at nursery. All of the staff and management are absolutely lovely and take pride in the work they do. My son settled very quickly when I first went back to work which again showed the quality and experience of the staff. He loves going to nursery and has made some lovely friends. I believe that he has thrived more in nursery than he would had I stayed at home with him. The nursery has experienced early years staff who ensure the children build skills in readiness for school. They are taught how to behave in groups and I have seen my son form relationships with other children his age at a much earlier age than I expected. The facilities are fantastic and the outdoor space allows the children to get important physical time. The staff at Nursery are like a second family and I am grateful for the wonderful care they have given my son.

The staff are incredibly welcoming and happy to explore development opportunities specifically to my daughter's needs. Most of all, it’s a place she enjoys.

My little girl has been at Elm House since she was 11 months old (since July 2020) and we couldn’t fault the nursery at all. She absolutely loves it and has progressed really well since being with the lovely staff and mixing with other children. The outdoor area is fantastic which was a huge plus for us. I would recommend Elm House to friends and family without hesitation.

We all love our children the most and we want the best for them. I’ve been visiting so many nurseries for my first child. As soon as we visited Elm House Day Nursery Childwall five years ago, it became our favourite and it was the only nursery that both me and my husband feel is the right place for our little children. My baby boy was so attached to me and nobody could babysit him for me but I was amazed how happy he was in nursery. My second child is also there and she loves it so much. They have several outdoor playing areas and so many toys outside and inside. The owner is always upgrading the nursery with new toys, mostly educational and is busy looking after the place, so it’s very well kept and safe. My kids had no accidents over the past few years. The staff are absolutely amazing and kind. I have never seen so much love, care and kindest anywhere else. They absolutely adore the kids and I can only imagine that the manager has put so much effort and experience to choose the best employees.

Fantastic nursery and amazing staff. My daughter loved her time at this nursery, would highly recommend it to anyone looking for childcare for their children, lovely environment and atmosphere, felt so confident leaving my daughter knowing she was happy and taken care of.

Our daughter has been with Elm House since she was 1, she is now 4 and preparing to leave in a few months to start school. We have received nothing but high standards of care and professionalism from all of her key workers and managers. The bonds she has made with all of the staff is so comforting and reassuring for us as parents. Our son will be starting his Elm journey in July, we can't wait for the years ahead. Thank you.

This is a fantastic nursery, my granddaughter was scared at first to go to a nursery but after her very first day here she could not wait to go back! She's made a little friend and has really started to come out of her shell now and growing in confidence. The staff here are amazing with the children, nothing is too much trouble and you can see they genuinely love all the kids in their care, I cannot praise this nursery enough. Thank you for helping a shy little girl to grow with confidence and thank you for making learning and school a pleasant experience for her. Well done everyone.

Elm House Day Nursery - my son loves it. Staff are brilliant and very friendly. The Manager of the nursery is so lovely and helpful. My Son loves to play in the lovely garden in the nursery with his friends. Highly recommended.

Elm House day nursery is honestly amazing. My 4-year-old runs in and is so happy there. The garden space for them all to explore is so much fun. The support he has had from all the girls from day one at 10 months to now a confident kind well-mannered 4-year-old. Nothing is ever too much trouble for the girls and I can't thank them enough.
