The Grosvenor Day Nursery nurtures the growth and development of every child by providing a bespoke service to children and parents.

The nursery prides itself on being as flexible as possible, with staff understanding that everyone’s needs are different. They always try and accommodate children’s and parents’ individual needs, to make going back to work as stress-free as possible.

All food, formula, milk and nappies are included in the price to make getting out the door in the morning that little bit easier.

The Grosvenor Day Nursery strives to provide opportunities for children to learn through play whilst ensuring a healthy balanced diet in an active environment. The caring and passionate Grosvenor team have the same outlook and vision for the setting and work well in delivering the best care for your child. They believe these are the key elements when it comes to the important development of your child.

The nursery is open 7:45am-6.15pm, 51 weeks a year, offers year-round term-time, part-time and full-time places and is always happy to assist with fitting in with parents shift patterns.

Really happy with how well cared for my daughter is and how happy she is when she comes home after a day at Grosvenor. She has come on in leaps and bounds and it is lovely to see how interactive everyone is with my daughter.

Choosing a nursery was the most important decision to us (as any parents returning back to work), choosing the Grosvenor has been the BEST decision we have ever made for our little boy. His confidence has grown immensely, the staff are beyond excellent and every time we drop/pick him up we always feel
welcome and our little one is ALWAYS smiling! The nursery have fantastic communication with parents (given daily updates via seesaw - always makes my day) they have also been very flexible with my little one's day, allowing me to continue with my studies knowing he is somewhere safe and happy during the day, which always reassures me! Dropping him off at the Grosvenor is as easy as dropping him off at family, as they always give him the love and attention he deserves when we can’t be with him! Best nursery around! THANK YOU!

Amazing nursery, my children have loved their time here. My eldest child is so ready for school now and has come on leaps and bounds with her spelling, colours and sounds.
The team are so helpful and accommodating when days are changed due to work commitments. Would recommend to anyone looking for
a nursery for a child of any age.

We all really like The Grosvenor Day Nursery. The staff are friendly, kind and approachable. They have got to know my son really well and plan fun, engaging and educational activities for him. They cope with his more complex medical needs successfully and we are confident they understand what they must
do to keep him well. He likes going and settled in very quickly. We thought the outdoor space might be disappointing but actually, it’s fantastic because they use it in all weathers and often twice a day.

Choosing a nursery for my little girl was a very lengthy process and was something any parent can be quiet anxious about. My mind was completely put at rest when I visited The Grosvenor Day Nursery, the managers are very accommodating to our needs and my daughter. I wanted to find a nursery that was
authentic and upon visiting the nursery this became apparent seeing all of the children happy and enjoying themselves. The staff are always in good spirit and nothing is too much trouble.

A wonderful, honest, nurturing, caring environment for my son. All staff are friendly and open. It is imperative that when you leave your child in a nursery setting that they are settled and happy. My son couldn’t be happier here at Grosvenor and every single person who works there makes his experience
so happy every time he goes.


The updates via SeeSaw are fantastic. I love receiving his ‘report card’ for the day and I feel connected to him even when I’m away at work.


I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend The Grosvenor Day Nursery and I’m so thankful I took the time to check this one out before settling on a provider elsewhere.

I love this nursery. They have brought my son along fantastically and he is really becoming a character. He loves the staff here and they all seem to love him. It is easy to leave him there knowing he is happy and that I do not have to worry about how he is getting on.


The food menu is always

diverse, but they will happily offer an alternative if they do not like it.


I just feel that this nursery cannot be matched.

We moved into the area in November 2017, and with my wife and I both working full time, it was a priority to find a nursery for our son.


Our son had been in a nursery in the 12 months prior to us moving so we knew what to expect and what we were looking for.


The Grosvenor Day Nursery was just

one of a number that we looked at, however; this was the only one that met all our requirements. My wife actually found it and when she was telling me about the pricing, location, etc. I thought she must have made a mistake. This place is a true gem in the heart of Exeter.


The staff here are extremely helpful, caring and considerate. From day one they have been attentive to the needs of my child and the family as a whole. They go above and beyond what they need to do to make sure you and your children are happy.


The meals and snacks are produced on site by their own chef. The food is healthy and balanced and, remarkably, included in the price you pay. There are no hidden costs.

My son has been attending this nursery for over 3 years, throughout that time he has learnt so much. He is always well fed and comes home telling us about all the amazing things he had learnt and done during the day. The staff are always very friendly and you can tell they have a real passion in regards
to working with young children. We will be very sad when he leaves to go school next year.

My grandchildren love going to nursery, they get so excited when it's a nursery day. My eldest grandchild is in the pre-school room and my youngest in the baby room, I love how enthusiastic the staff are they are always so welcoming. The nursery is so spacious and everything is open plan, it's lovely
walking into the nursery and seeing them playing before they spot you. The nursery is always flexible with my shift patterns and helping fit them in at last minute which is an absolute godsend! The girls are always shattered after a day at nursery which is always a good sign!

This is a great nursery! My daughter has built lots of confidence and has developed her speech and numeracy skills since she started here just 2 months ago. I feel she is being taught but at the same time, being treated as if she were family.

My daughter is very happy in this nursery. She settled in very quickly thanks to a lovely attitude of the nursery nurses. She has established a good relationship with the nursery nurses and mentioned them at home on the days she is not in the nursery. I know she feels safe and well looked after. She
enjoys a variety of activities that the nursery offers like drawing, dancing and messy play. She is establishing social relationships with other children which I find extremely
beneficial to her development.

I absolutely love this nursery and so does my daughter, the staff go above and beyond to help parents and the children. They are very kind, caring and friendly. The standard of care provided for the children is exactly what I would like for my daughter and she is always excited to go to nursery as they
offer a varied range of activities every day.
They help to encourage friendships between the children which is great to hear my daughter happily talking about how she is friends with all the other children and playing well together. Basically, an all round great nursery and I feel very comfortable and happy sending my child there.
