The Grosvenor Day Nursery

I cannot recommend this nursery highly enough. The nursery manager and the team are completely dedicated to the happiness, development and care of the children. My son could not be happier in this setting. It's a fun, joyful environment, backed up by the solid foundations in learning and knowledge. The staff cannot be faulted for their kindness and genuine care for the children. This is the kind of place where, if you bump into one of the staff of a weekend, the kids are so excited to see them! Who could ask for more? Deciding where to send your child is hard, especially when they are tiny, but after 2 years with the Grosvenor, I wouldn't choose anywhere else.

We had visited other nurseries but they'd all felt a little clinical. We got a totally different impression when visiting the Grosvenor - it felt immediately welcoming and homely.

Our daughter has additional needs and the staff have been amazing. She has progressed amazingly since starting and most importantly she absolutely adores going to nursery every morning.

Our child is confident, expressive, kind and thoughtful and I attribute these strengths to the commitment the Grosvenor family has had to his development and well being. Our son looks forward to his days at nursery and comes home with new skills and a growing sense of accomplishment. I am so happy that we chose Grosvenor for these fundamental years in our son’s life.

The nursery is personal, loving, individual, friendly and tailored to each child. Every staff member knows the children in the nursery individually and they are all wonderful, loving people who go above and beyond to look after your children. I would never hesitate to leave my children with these wonderful ladies! Thank you for all you do. The nursery is fun, secure and happy! And child-centred - everyone spends time on the floor with the children and managers are always around - with the children being in the heart of what they do!

Absolutely fantastic nursery! I highly recommend The Grosvenor to anyone. My son has been attending since he was 9 months old and I felt fully reassured he would be fine there due to the amount of settling in sessions that were offered. The staff are very kind, experienced and attentive and have really worked hard to ensure they are making my son's time with them the very best it can be. In particular, they have given extra advice and help with his speech and language and most recently potty training. They really do go the extra mile! The value for money is excellent. Food, resources, building, garden, location (on the outskirts of the city centre), are also fantastic. My son never wants to leave at the end of the day!

We will definitely miss them when school starts and is time to say our goodbyes.

Mum, I was very nervous about leaving my daughter but have not had a single problem since she started. She absolutely adores the staff and is always excited to arrive. Nothing is too much trouble for the team. She has progressed so much while she has been there and I would highly recommend to anyone!

This is a lovely nursery, they treat everyone like family and you know you are leaving your child in safe hands. They focus on learning as well as playing, with lots of outside time. I couldn’t rate this nursey more highly! Also when I have had a last-minute problem they have always come through to look after my child for me. Which makes me know they care.

The daycare is amazing. Our son can’t wait to go every morning! The activities fully support his development and you can see the confidence that he is gaining. The staff are extremely attentive and make the days fun and educational for all the kids. I would highly recommend the nursery.

Really happy with how well cared for my daughter is and how happy she is when she comes home after a day at Grosvenor. She has come on in leaps and bounds and it is lovely to see how interactive everyone is with my daughter.

Choosing a nursery was the most important decision to us (as any parents returning back to work), choosing the Grosvenor has been the BEST decision we have ever made for our little boy. His confidence has grown immensely, the staff are beyond excellent and every time we drop/pick him up we always feel welcome and our little one is ALWAYS smiling! The nursery have fantastic communication with parents (given daily updates via seesaw - always makes my day) they have also been very flexible with my little one's day, allowing me to continue with my studies knowing he is somewhere safe and happy during the day, which always reassures me! Dropping him off at the Grosvenor is as easy as dropping him off at family, as they always give him the love and attention he deserves when we can’t be with him! Best nursery around! THANK YOU!

The team are so helpful and accommodating when days are changed due to work commitments. Would recommend to anyone looking for a nursery for a child of any age.

We all really like The Grosvenor Day Nursery. The staff are friendly, kind and approachable. They have got to know my son really well and plan fun, engaging and educational activities for him. They cope with his more complex medical needs successfully and we are confident they understand what they must do to keep him well. He likes going and settled in very quickly. We thought the outdoor space might be disappointing but actually, it’s fantastic because they use it in all weathers and often twice a day.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Very flexible with hours. My children really enjoy their time there and are learning so much. Would completely recommend this nursery.

A wonderful, honest, nurturing, caring environment for my son. All staff are friendly and open. It is imperative that when you leave your child in a nursery setting that they are settled and happy. My son couldn’t be happier here at Grosvenor and every single person who works there makes his experience so happy every time he goes.

The updates via SeeSaw are fantastic. I love receiving his ‘report card’ for the day and I feel connected to him even when I’m away at work.

Choosing a nursery for my little girl was a very lengthy process and was something any parent can be quiet anxious about. My mind was completely put at rest when I visited The Grosvenor Day Nursery, the managers are very accommodating to our needs and my daughter. I wanted to find a nursery that was authentic and upon visiting the nursery this became apparent seeing all of the children happy and enjoying themselves. The staff are always in good spirit and nothing is too much trouble.

Excellent nursery, a real family environment the staff are genuine and friendly compared with large corporate nurseries.

I love this nursery. They have brought my son along fantastically and he is really becoming a character. He loves the staff here and they all seem to love him. It is easy to leave him there knowing he is happy and that I do not have to worry about how he is getting on.

The food menu is always diverse, but they will happily offer an alternative if they do not like it.

I just feel that this nursery cannot be matched.

My daughter loves going to nursery. She always has a lot of fun. I feel very comfortable leaving her because the staff are so friendly and really care about the children. I would highly recommend.

Excellent nursery, my son has several allergies and can be very difficult at times. The staff are always so lovely and caring and helpful. He is always smiling when I collect him.
